The Hook Boxing Gym

I cant give any of the coaches less than 5 stars. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and have above par experience. The social environment is very friendly everyone is willing to help the beginners. There is no gym in Kuwait where the subscription is 85KD but you get around 6 classes everyday and you can join all of them without paying an extra fee. You will find all the equipment you need. You can train on your own if you please. This gym has unlimited options and world class coaches. I know ill be here for a very long time. Again cheers to the coaches for creating a great environment and a set of great classes to develop the best athletes.

This is a legit boxing gym with lots of equipment, bags, and cardio machines. They have several options for training, including individual training with the coaches, group classes, and open gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. The gym is always clean and spacious. My only complaint is that there is no parking within the building. There is a shopping complex across the way where one can park for a 300 fill per hour fee.

Bad cauches, one was laughing at me in the begining, the other was tottaly unfriendly while training, in means of asking him for an explenation and he gave it sarcasticltly and without effort. The only professional was coach Dutch, after 3 classes less than one week I asked for a cashback they refused, bad parking area around it, and it's in the middle of the city center next to the malls where it's very crouded. I would give it less than one star if possible, I bet you it will be down in less than a year.

The Hook is an Amazing boxing GYM. Trainers are top notch, and very talented. The first trainer is a very well known fighter, his name is Art "One Glove" Jimmerson. He was a US champion and he also fought at UFC. The other trainer is Mahmud who is a very skilled workout trainer. Having those 2 trainers made the GYM so different than any GYM that I have ever been too. We are surprised in Kuwait that the very first boxing GYM is on a total different level than all other boxing GYMS across the world.

Outstanding gym! Staff is knowledgeable and supportive, gym is always clean, and the location is convenient. Excellent place to learn boxing. Highly recommend!

Loved their class with coach Dutch he keeps a close eye on you and make sure your movements are well executed. The gym is big, all equipments are well maintained.

النادي للاسف تجاري بشكل فضيع انا اشتركت شهر عندهم وتوه خالص اشتراكي النادي مافي تفرقه بين المبتدئين والمتقدمين من ناحية الكلاسات ومافي باد وورك ولا حتى فوت وورك صارلي شهر بنادي ولا واحد من المدربين الثلاث عطانا تمرين واحد فوت ورك او باد ورك كلهم نفس تمارين شادو بوكسينج جيس وسبارينق كنت متوقع وايد افضل النادي لانه شفت لاعبين ممتازين بس طلع الوضع اذا تبي اتعلم ادفع فلوس برايفت غير لاشتراك

They let beginners spar from day 1 which resulted on a guy I know getting injuried. All the boxing gyms in the world would at least train you 1-2 months before sparring. So unprofessional!

Very handsome coach, very good training, no one can touch me now without going mubarak emergency room hospital due to very good coaches.

شخصيا اشوف انه النادي محتاج معطرات لانه روائح الرياضيين واثناء التمرين شي طبيعي التعرق بس في الاوان الاخيره الراوئح مزعجه جداا ولايوجد رقم للاتصال او الشكاوي ! وبلغت الرسبشن بالموضوع ومازلت نفس المشكله .

One of the few true boxing gyms in kuwait that offer an authentic boxing experience. This gym is solely focused on boxing for both men and women.

Yea , only one good English trainer and the rest are low temperd(uzbky trainers ) and expensive .
