We are the members of CII, AICCI.
This day, in your hotel is one of the worst hospitality I have felt.
Myself and 3 of my friends came for a function at Anna lakshmi, keepauk. We had our stay at Hotel Abu Sarovar.
Since we have our train from egmore, we planned to stay in your hotel which is opposite to egmore station.
We booked room numbers 306 and 308.
By 5pm, our very important client came to meet us. She and her son are on their way to Tirunelveli. Before that, they wanted to refresh. In the reception, we informed the receptionist about the guest and we conveyed them that,they would leave in sometimes. Within 10mins, we started recieving calls from the reception. Stating, when is the madam leaving?. I clearly explained him again that, she will refresh and will leave in some time.
Within another 3mins, we recieved another call stating that, the manager is forcing the guest to leave immediately. I said, ask your manager to call me, let me deal with him.
Immediately the manager called, Asking, Manager:what sir? You wanted me to call? Ask the lady guest to immediately leave the place or if you want me to come up?
Me:What's your problem? The doors are open, your cleaning staff is in front of our room, they are refreshing and getting ready to leave... why do you force us like this and illtreat like an criminal? moreover, the guest is with her 10year old son.
Manager:No we won't allow ladies to room.
Me:Then who are they staying in the room next to us?
Manager:They are family. You immediately ask her to leave.
Finally my guest felt bad and she left immediately..
This is the worst experience we had ever.
Either recruit some better manager who can recognise or differentiate guest and criminal at first sight. Or better train him.
We all are also married and having kids.. we are not any porambokku..!
Very badly treated..!
