Hotel Oasis

I went to get beers from the alcohol e-permit shop based at the Hotel Oasis. What a load of nonsense liquor store it is. I had all documents required for obtaining beer, wine and liquor, But was refused for not having an uploaded document of an electricity bill with whom I’m staying with, which is at my in-laws. So, I gave them a hard copy of an electricity bill where I’m staying and yet they refused. They wanted me to upload this on my e-permit. When I’ve tried to upload this electricity bill to my permit, it won’t allow me because it’s telling me this e-permit already exists. What can you do when you’ve got to work with these clowns. They kept me hanging on for an hour and then they refused.What a joke, I didn’t offer them any monetary funds because it felt like this is what they are after. PLEASE TRY AND AVOID THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOULL JUST GET THE RUN AROUND. There was one clown speaking broken English to another customer who arrived from Delhi and not Mumbai. What is the difference where they arrive from. If you got a permit, then you should get the correct allowance of alcohol required. I hope the owner of Hotel Oasis knows about this or is he in with them. Not a happy camper and will have to take this further. I’ve come for a holiday not an Ordeal.

Hotel is so good, staff behaviour is very polite,food is also very good and over all hotel is so perfect👍🏻😊

Hotel Review I have been a regular customer at this hotel because of its excellent location and superior room quality, which is among the best in the surrounding area. However, during my recent stay, I was quite disappointed by the decline in services. 1. Service: The service is not proper. Staff responsiveness and attention to guest needs have noticeably declined. 2. Amenities: Basic amenities like a dental kit, shaving kit, and quality soap and shampoo were either not provided or were of very poor quality. For a hotel rated as a 3-star property, these are expected and should be standard in the rooms. 3. Value vs Expectation: Even though the hotel claims to be a 3-star property, it felt more like a regular hotel due to the lack of facilities and declining service. 4. Declining Standards: As a loyal, regular customer, I’ve observed that the quality of service and amenities has been going down over time, which is very disappointing. It’s unfortunate because the hotel has great potential with its prime location and room quality. We just stayed in hotel for night, as we were in transit.. Overall property is good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was included in package , which was freshly made.. Muffines and other bakery products were really good. Parking space, swimming pool and good service was key points.. Bheemsen and Raghav were prompt in their work Only thing is they don't have working elevator yet.. It's under construction.. Overall we had nice experience..

My experience at Hotel Oasis was excellent. From the very beginning, the staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any needs. The manager, Pranav, in particular, stood out for his willingness and warm approach. The facilities are cozy, and although the pool is small, it is perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the garden, which provides a peaceful and pleasant setting. Additionally, during my stay, I had the opportunity to attend an Indian wedding and a birthday celebration, which made my experience even more special. Without any doubt, I would recommend this hotel for its hospitality and welcoming ambiance.

Advice never enter in hotel, I am regular traveller in gujarat, in a month I used to travel 25 days and stay in hotel. This is the first hotel who demand advance of room tariff. Even they are not ready to provide dental kit, soap and other basic amenities in room.I think management not understand hotel business. This is because whenever you ask to hotel staff they said we received such msg from boss. Staff of hotel are good. It is also noted frequent change of manager in hotel. Frequent change of manager in hotel shows that there is a management problem in hotel. So advice not to visit hotel

We truly appreciate the continued changes done at your hotel. We are delighted to see the positive changes, especially under the new management of Mr. Pranav Bhai. It’s wonderful that I have seen improvements in room cleanliness, staff behavior, and the quality of food. We also appreciate your valuable facilities, specifically the daily-use items but still require some improvement. Gel and shampoo to be. Provided in the bathroom instead of local soap.

It was good experience with Mr Bheemsin also he help me to checking late night and also Give respect and his nature is really very good and polite. And also Raghav done good his all responsibilities and roll at hotel. Overall very good experience

Very impressed from last time I stayed in January 2024. This place has improved so much. Special candle light dinner at affordable prices. Fantastic service. Very welcoming and warm staff. I have never seen such a beautiful hotel with 100% service of staff. Staff & manager are so friendly & supportive that it feels like home. Food is too good... Swimming Pool, Wifi Breakfast Facility, Long Garden Area... It's a heaven not only because of it's beauty but due to the people who manages this hotel...Staff, Manager & Everyone...

While the rooms were good size and the pool had been recently renovated, the overall infrastructure could use some improvement. The food is delicious. However, the staff specially the manager could use some training. He has annoyed us for making the balance payment of the property admist our functions and literally stood at our gate as if we were to run away with the guest still in the premises. This is not expected from the hotel which has been booked for 3 days with advance payment for wedding functions. Apart from the rude and arrogant behavior of the manager everything else was decent.

Pranav Sir's management is great in this property, now the Hotel is very much better then before. Banquet facility and food is good and affordable. This Hotel is becoming popular again.

I had a best stay in Hotel Oasis Staff is soo amazing and they make you feel like home. Best service and friendly atmosphere. Everyone is always ready to help you out by going out of way. Surely gonna visit again whenever in Surat.
