Such a nice iftar meal for two! Their lamb ghozi is hands down the best, with incredibly tender meat and flavorful rice. The cheesesticks and the fresh, spiced Bahraini kebab really stood out as well.

When it comes to Arabic breakfast, the first place that comes to mind is HouseBoat avenue. They consistently deliver excellent quality and amazing flavors, all served with warm hospitality. Special thanks to the wonderful food attendants Regina, Suhil, and Roger for their attentive service. I always come here and feel completely comfortable.🫀🥰🥰

The ambience was warm and inviting, with comfortable seating options both indoors and outdoors. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant dining experience. We ordered the Broccoli & Cheddar Soup, Hummus with Meat, Mansaf, Mac & Cheese, and Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing great attention to taste and presentation. The only minor drawback was that the soup was served lukewarm—we would have preferred it hotter. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and would happily return.

المطعم ممتاز واكله جميل والخدمه ممتازه والمدير ابو سلطان متفهم اخذت منهم شوره حامض حار وكذلك رز برياني وكذلك دجاج مكاني ودجاج تكا مسالا كلها لذيذه صراحه ولكن يؤخذ عليهم بالسعر مرتفع قليلاً وسعر المشروبات مرتفع وابلغت مدير المطعم بالملاحظه وأخذها بعين الاعتبار والشكر موصول لهم جميعاً

A truly delightful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to enjoy authentic Bahraini breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, rich in flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care and quality ingredients. The service deserves special mention: the staff were friendly (specially Ela who take care of us), attentive, and genuinely hospitable, making us feel comfortable without being intrusive. Every detail, from the food recommendations to the presentation, reflected pride in the culture and cuisine. A wonderful place to experience tasty Bahraini breakfast paired with excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back in my next visit to BAH Thank you Ela & team

Very delicious food and service was wonderful. Good variety of options with Japanese, Chinese, Thai and stuff for kids. Had the hummus, wontons and dynamite shrimp which were the highlight.

Amazing experience at the restaurant! The food was delicious, hot, and arrived quickly without any delay. Special thanks to Mohammed for the excellent service — he was friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. Truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

مطعم Houseboat تجربة جميلة وممتعة. الأطباق لذيذة، والأجواء رائعة سواء بالداخل أو في الجلسات الخارجية. سلة الريوق الجاهزة لطيفة جدًا، جربنا البحرينية وكانت ممتازة ونكهاتها مميزة. التنوع في الأصناف جميل ويضيف للتجربة. أنصح بالمكان بشدة خصوصًا للفطور. ملاحظة بسيطة: عند طلب السلة الجاهزة، لا يمكن تغيير أي مكون فيها – مثل إزالة البطاط أو اللحم من البيض – وهذا لم يكن مناسبًا لي. عمومًا، الشاي والكرك ممتازين والتجربة تستحق التكرار. ⸻ Houseboat offers a lovely and enjoyable dining experience. The dishes are delicious, and the atmosphere is great both indoors and outdoors. We tried the ready-made Bahraini breakfast basket — it was excellent, full of flavor and variety. The overall menu is diverse and creative. Highly recommend this place, especially for breakfast. One small note: you can’t customize items in the breakfast basket — for example, you can’t remove the potatoes or meat from the eggs, which I didn’t prefer. Still, the tea and karak were delightful, and the experience is definitely worth trying again.

المطعم كبير وهادئ، طلبنا مجبوس دجاج بحريني، اعطيه 10\10. الطعم لذيذ والنكهات موزونة كأنه طبخ بيت. سلايدر اللحم، 7\10، الخبزة ناشفة والطعم عادي. الشوربة والسلطة حلوين والنكهات موزونة. الموظفين خدومين وسريعين. شكرا على التجربة
