Really pretty place, kind people and nice service. Rooms are spacious and confortable. However electrical plugs do not always work … Furthermore they have really bad WiFi ! The WiFi system to get WiFi is just inconvenient: you need a code to enter on the browser and to get the code you need WiFi (because it is sent via WhatsApp). Furthermore since it’s not a simple code to enter the WiFi keeps to be forgotten by the phone and you need to add it manually every time again. Moreover, the quality is poor not the standing of a 5 stars hotel !!! If you were to attend important meeting online, you would have pixels images and a sound that does not always work. In short perfect for a phone detox but horrible if you need to be reachable !

Very very poor staff and experience . The staff doesn't responds , 30 mins and still no one comes to even attend you . The table is dirty . Very bad experience

Udaipur, feels like heaven!! Few years back I visited this place with my friends and we enjoyed lot. As we landed in the city of palace and of kings, we received a royal treatment at the hotels and all other things were just beautiful!! Cherishing those moments!!

Udaipur, the city of lakes, Beautiful city and the hotels are also lavish and gets a feel of royalty. Had a great time!! One thing is, one of the hotels staffs were bit rude.. otherwise, it is the best place to enjoy the holiday!! Thumbs up to HRH Group of Hotels!!

I Visited Udaipur 2 years back and stayed at The Fateh Prakash Palace hotel. Must say that I got the royal treatment. The cuisines were delicious. Scenic view was blissful to the eyes. Keep up the good work HRH Group of Hotels!!

Along with my family, I stayed at Jagmandir Island Palace in Udaipur. The place is superb!! From rooms till dining and spa, each and every thing is perfect. Memorable days!! Thanks HRH Group of Hotels!! Keep up the good service!

our friend has recommended us your hotel gorbandh palace. so, we booked 3 rooms @ 24,000 rupees your gorbandh palace for yesterday(1st january,2020), and thanks for ruining our NEW YEAR DAY! we arrived at your hotel on 5 am, and asked for check in. your staff rejected us saying that we are early, then started telling stories that how "we have no room to give you early" and said that "today there is no FOREIGNERS in the hotel and INDIANS are very bad at check outs. INDIANS usually check out very late so you will get your room on 2pm only". We had to face racism from our people only. they have this bias for our colonizers because they gives TIP well. now you understand this thing that, we were 8 peoples including children! it would have been great if we had got our rooms early to at least refresh and use toilets. Then around 9 am, 100 people checkout as they were of same group and buses were waiting for them. so, a lot of rooms got empty, MANY OF THEM WERE FOREIGNERS WERE THEY EARLIER SAID US THAT THERE IS NO FOREIGNER IN THE HOTEL. Ignoring all those lies we went to the reception and asked to check in. AGAIN REJECTED. now they started making story that rooms needs to be cleaned. we said "ok then at least a lot us one room, we are of same family and until 2pm we will use same bathroom." Now they started arguing with us that "this not how things are done and giving rooms before the time is anti-rule". If it is anti-rule then why were you telling us from the morning that you will get room if one gets empty! they didn’t gave us room at that time. we 8 people were waiting on sofas since 5 am morning deprived of sleep. They could have given us room but they didn’t because of their rule policy. even after giving 24,000 rupees were treated as 2nd class people and feel us like we are there to live for free. Later after talking to 6-7 people and exercising our sources, they gave us ONE room around 11 am with a very bad mouth and said "you will get your other rooms only after 2pm". and we asked for adjacent rooms(side by side). tell me one thing are they managers or lawyers!? Full of argumentative properties and doesn’t think of customer's view point! it took hardly 1 hour to rest and use bathroom(all 8 of us) and went for our tour as you see we are not in Jaisalmer to be in hotel! and came at night 10pm. we got rooms not adjacent but on DIFFENENT FLOOR! THIS ALL HAPPENED ON THE DAY OF NEW YEAR. YOU HAVE BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY AND HIGHER POTENCIAL OF BUSINESS TRUST ME BUT YOU RUDE AND LAWYER-MANAGERS WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN TO YOU. ONE THING I TELL YOU THAT I HAVE A HIGH INFLUENCE IN THE SOCIETY AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET THE LEAST BUSINESS FROM MY AREA OF INFLUENCE IF YOU DONT TAKE ACTION THESE MANAGERS.

this Lakeview looks like a good looking place is very large and very colourful looks like very natural and amazing day this is a nice hotel but this is a back side it is a little water resources is very beautiful build quality number one very famous local place in the Rajasthan cities very old place wow The best trivia about this place is that the Lake and the Monsoon Palaces were used in the filming of the very famous James Bond movie Octopussy Owing to the great publicity and the popularity of the City Palace and its surroundings, Udaipur is also known as the Venice of the East rajasthan forts...

The workers at the City Palace provided poor service and were far too disrespectful. Please refrain from eating while at the palace.
