I’ve had a great experience with this bank’s services. The staff ,Zeal Shah is very professional, patient, and genuinely helpful, making every interaction smooth and stress-free. Transactions are efficient. Overall, the service was efficient and well-organised, making what could have been an inconvenient situation completely stress-free. Why i have a message saying they got my renewed card i didnt renew anything and I didn't use hsbc for a ling time why im still contacted and connected here. The agent who told me that's its automatically will close after a year. Its the time I wanted to close it after just received the card as my salary account but its been years so why still connected and I haven't renewed anything....

Very misleading experience with HSBC. I opened an account and made a deposit specifically because of a bonus promotion that was clearly advertised. After meeting the conditions, the bank simply refused to pay the bonus, claiming the program had “changed.” This feels like classic bait-and-switch marketing. Extremely disappointing behavior from a major international bank.

Service is too late if you transfer the money, it will be taken more than 10 days or I don’t know. I sent money to my family almost now eight days they didn’t receive. I called customer care and they they don’t assist properly they’re not listening to you properly and they cancel the call always specially that joy is not assisting properly even in chat or if you call I don’t want to give even one star.

HSBC UAE has been one of the most disappointing banking experiences I have encountered. Despite multiple emails, registered complaints, and several visits to the HSBC Abu Dhabi branch, I have received no response, no resolution, and no accountability. Your customer care team has failed to respond to repeated follow-ups, and there has been complete silence from the concerned departments. This lack of communication has caused me ongoing stress and inconvenience for several months. I have followed all official channels in good faith, yet HSBC has shown no urgency or responsibility in resolving an issue created by your own internal processes. I request immediate attention and a written response confirming how and when this matter will be resolved. Continued inaction is unacceptable.

Extremely disappointing experience. HSBC Middle East combines the worst aspects of legacy banking: outdated infrastructure, slow execution, hidden costs, and extremely poor customer service. Communication is practically nonexistent. Requests go unanswered, and there is a general impression that clients are treated as an inconvenience rather than customers. Basic administrative accuracy is not even guaranteed, and simple issues can take weeks or months without resolution. This bank operates as if it were stuck decades in the past. In a region where many banks offer efficient and modern services, HSBC stands out, unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.

After several bad incidents with this bank, I can say HSBC has by far the most deficient system and worst banking customer service in the UAE. The phone banking and mobile app do not work, it’s impossible to reach a human agent, and even when you register an official complaint the team offers no help. Avoid completely. I got your credit card stolen and until now (almost one month later) I was not able to get a replacement nor get a refund nor get an agent to assist. The mobile and app services get automatically blocked and no one could fix it

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service by Zeal Shah I came in with a really bad mood, but left with a smile — and it’s all thanks to Zeal Shah. She was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. No matter how difficult or demanding I was (and I know I can be a hard client!), she remained calm, kind, and most importantly, patient. She went above and beyond to support me, trying every possible way to help with what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and takes their time with you — but Zeal truly does. If you ever have the chance to deal with her, consider yourself lucky. She’s a gem!

I had a very disappointing experience with one of your employees in dubai mall brunch . They were unwilling to listen to me or offer any kind of assistance. Their attitude was rude and unprofessional, and they spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. At one point, they said: “I don’t want to repeat myself twice, what you heard is enough,” which I found extremely inappropriate and insulting. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I believe it does not represent the standards of your company. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and addressed immediately.

I came in this morning (Saturday 15th) with a minor problem, and Zeal Shah assisted me in the branch. She was excellent in her explanations of the issue and resolved it quickly. She was very personable and even shared her work contact details so that if I ever have a problem again, she would be happy to assist. Great service!

I would give this a 0, if I could. I waited on hold for over an hour with no response—absolutely the worst experience. My card was stolen while I was traveling, and the chat agent blocked both my mobile and internet banking. I couldn’t make any requests while outside the UAE. Today I visited the branch, also unable to help unblock my mobile banking, which makes the whole ‘omni-channel banking’ concept feel completely pointless!
