Nice and cool hotel. But far from down town. هتل خوب و زیبایی است. انتظار من از صبحانه بیشتر از این بود. روم سرویس و هاوس کیپینگ خوب هستند. زبان انگلیسی به قدر کفایت در پرسنل رواج ندارد.

گرجستان به لحاظ جغرافیایی منطقه ای سر سبز و با وجود کوهستانهای زیبا شهر های آرام و دلپذیر رودخانه های پر اب و کلیسا های قدیمی با معناریهای جذاب بسیار دیدنی است

هتلی زیبا ، با امکانات خوب و اتاقهای دلباز ولی دور از شهر.

We recently stayed here and found it to be a very high-quality experience, easily on par with the major 4-star international brands. One of the biggest perks was the ample free parking, which made the arrival and departure completely stress-free. The food was a particular highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a great spread of both hot and cold options, all fresh and well-replenished. We also decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was genuinely impressive—highly recommended if you don't want to venture back out. Крайне разочарованы обслуживанием в этом отеле из-за сотрудницы по имени Мари. Ее поведение было невероятно грубым, высокомерным и совершенно непрофессиональным. На любые вопросы она отвечала с раздражением, перебивала и создавала ощущение, что гости ей в тягость. Особенно неприятно было то, что тон ее общения был абсолютно панибратским и откровенно хамским. Мари позволяла себе разговаривать в резкой и пренебрежительной манере, без малейшего уважения к гостям. Вместо того чтобы помочь в решении вопроса, она демонстрировала недовольство и явное нежелание выполнять свои обязанности. Такое отношение недопустимо для сферы гостеприимства. Вместо помощи и вежливого общения мы столкнулись с откровенным хамством, что серьезно испортило впечатление от пребывания в отеле. Руководству отеля следует уделить внимание подготовке персонала, обучив сотрудников элементарным нормам вежливости, стандартам обслуживания гостей и профессиональной этике в сфере гостеприимства. Надеемся, будут приняты меры, чтобы другие гости не столкнулись с подобным отношением.

مكان الفندق رايق وجميل اختاره لي مكتب سفر وسياحه وتوفقنا فيه جدا جميل ونظيف ك غرف واقامه وسرعه انترنت ومناظر جميله في الحديقه امام الفندق والاجمل انه يوجد شطاف بالحمام 👍🏼،، بالنسبه للفطور متنوع ولذيذ رغم ان اللي تطبخ اومليت البيض مزعجه مره بسوالفها وصوتها العالي والمكان هادئ بالصباح 👎🏼،، مره ازعجنا الدخول والخروج من الفندق من فتره الصباح الى تقريبا 10 الليل كان فيه قاعتين بنفس المدخل والثانيه عند الاصنصير وكلها فقره رقص اطفال الفعاليه بالقاعه وازعاج داخلها وخارجها ولا كانه 5 نجوم وقتها جدا انزعجت لانك من تدخل الى ان توصل الاصنصير كله عوايل واطفال كانك داخل مول عليه تخفيضات المفترض يكون لهم مدخل ثاني غير اللي ساكنين لان حتى وانت نازل تفطر او راجع لغرفتك تتقروش معهم 👎🏼

Stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of good options. The location is peaceful, with a nice park nearby, and you can also enjoy views of the Tbilisi Sea. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Worst Hotel Ever – A Complete Scam 🚨 This was hands down the most horrible hotel experience of my life. I booked through MMT, only to arrive at 2 AM and be told they had no record of my booking. Imagine being stranded in the middle of the night, and instead of helping, the staff couldn’t care less. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to offer me a smaller room at a hiked-up price, almost the same as what I had already paid online. What a joke! It’s crystal clear they double-book rooms, cancel existing reservations, and then try to scam tired, desperate guests into paying inflated on-the-spot prices. This is not just bad service — it’s fraudulent and disgraceful. The management is utterly chaotic, their systems are unreliable, and the staff is downright unhelpful.When asked about out booking the front desk says that the mails reach their sales manager on a different email ID which they have no access to, and “at this hour the sales manager cannot be disturbed”- THE AUDACITY! ⚠️ Save yourself the nightmare, the stress, and the money. This hotel is a scam, their service is trash, and their staff is shameless. Avoid at all costs.

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel par hasard suite a un problème technique sur notre vole BANGKOK-PARIS. C'est une très belle surprise, les chambres sont vastes avec de très belles salle de bain et une literie de grande qualité. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très qualitatif avec une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuné. Situé a mis chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre historique. Cet hôtel propose beaucoup d'autres services que nous n'avons pas pour tester. L'équipe est très accueillante. Une très bonne adresse

فندق ممتاز جداً سكنت فيه قبل اسبوع وسكنت فيه اليوم الوصول الساعه ٣ عصر بس دخلوني من ١:٤٩ من الفنادق الجميلة والي فيها شطاف وغرفها كبيرة صح المسافة لوسط البلد ١٨ دقيقه بس بولت سعره كويس والفندق م يتفوت 🙏🏻

the hotel exceed my expectations even before asking about anything it was already there stuff very friendly room super clean bed and mattress super comfortable i really enjoyed my stay let me mention the best part they have شطافه and this is really made my stay more comfortable i glad that i stay i hualing will not be the last time what i miss to try is the spa for my next visit inshallah

One of the worst hotels experience I ever have , very bad room service if you ask for anything it will come after long time and u need to call multiple times, The hotel is very far from the centre. You need to have the application for taxi to move on. They have no BellBoy to carry Bags For check in and check out, The Breakfast is good but limited, Room service are extremely bad, The hotel is very old design and furniture. The gym is in another building. Also the pool is in the same building with the Gym to be honest. I don’t recommend this hotel at all for people are travelling Georgia

This hotel is not ready for guests. Forgetful staff, poor menu, It takes a lot of time and a lot of work to fix the mistakes, I wish you to become better 🫶

We’d booked a 300$ room for 1 night and the experience was very bad. The rooms and the amenities were okay however there was no hot water coming and it was -2’C outside. Also, the heater was at 33’C and made the room extremely hot and when we checked with the technician, he said during winters only heater will work and cannot cool the room despite having digital controls inside the room. Very disappointed with this. Will never stay in this group of hotels ever again.

تم اختيار الفندق عن طريق الصدفة وكان الاختيار موفق الغرفة جميلة من ناحية المساحة والترتيب والنظافة بالإضافة إلى الخدمات الموجودة داخل الغرفة تقريبا موجد كل شيء تحتاجه اثناء الإقامة اعجبني الترتيب تبعهم جدا الإفطار بوفيه ممتاز ومتنوع وموجود فيه اشياء تناسب الجميع الفندق على أطراف العاصمة تبليسي قرب البحيرة والطريق اليه جميل تحتاج تقريبا 40 دقيقه إلى تبليسي مول مع الزحمة وتقريبا نص ساعه إلى مركز المدينه وما يميزه قربه من المطار بحولي 20 دقيقة انصح بتجربته والإقامة به

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Comfy beds, big bathroom with bath. Tasty brrakfast with lot of different meals, fruits, veg, souses, cereals, fresh fried egg or omlet. Can use sauna and pool with gym and jacuzzi
