The staff are incredibly professional and helpful. I visited the store with a mobile phone issue, and they provided excellent support to resolve it. It was a satisfying experience for me — the reception was great, and they clearly explained all the details about the device I wanted to buy. Ola was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions, never showing any frustration. She also offered me a good price deal, helped me transfer my data, and installed the necessary apps. Thanks to her and the whole branch for making everything so smooth and easy for me.

The water was a little expensive but very refreshing, perfect for quenching your thirst when you're feeling dehydrated, staff is very nice and accommodating... Oh also the tablet was nice bonus ✌🏻

If I could give a 15 star review, I could! Mr Fadi has been the best sales man I have come across. Professional, funny and very helpful. I was an iPhone user but now switched to the Mate X7 and absolutely loving it. I have already planned for my next tech purchases from Huawei.

Visited Huawei center and purchased XT mate. Ms Zhara explained every well about the product and made the purchase very smooth. Her product knowledge is very high and cleared all the doubts I had before this purchase. Zhara also assisted in biilling which was hassle free with EMI conversion option. Overall it's a happy experience visiting Huawei at mirdif city center.

Once I visited the store, I received very good customer service. I’m especially thankful to the store manager Saima and sales staff tony for her great help in solving my issue. I visited the Huawei store at City Centre Mirdif and bought the GT6 watch. Ms Ola who helped me a lot — she recommended the model that suited me best when I was still unsure. Even after the purchase, she stayed in touch and guided me through the watch update process. I really appreciate her support, and I’ll definitely keep dealing with them in the future.

We recently purchased a new MatePad 12.2, and the experience was excellent. Our friend Mr. Fady guided us through the entire process and was extremely helpful. He was very welcoming and clarified all our doubts.
