The Hudson House Pune

We recently stayed at Hudson House for a birthday celebration, booking the property for one night with a group of 10 people. Overall, it was a great experience. The property itself is well-maintained, spacious, and perfect for group stays and celebrations. We did face a minor issue with drinking water during our stay, but what really stood out was the prompt response from the owner. Rishi, who manages the property, personally came over at midnight to resolve the issue. That level of commitment and care is truly commendable and made a big difference to our experience. Rishi ensured everything was well taken care of and was very supportive throughout our stay. His hospitality and proactive approach made our celebration smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Hudson House for group stays, especially if you're planning a special occasion.

It’s a beautiful property and we had an amazing stay. The owner and caretaker were extremely sweet and helpful. They also offer food packages, and the meals were absolutely delicious. The location is perfect too. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Stayed here for two days with the extended family members. It reminded me of the Officers’ Messes of Armed Forces; high roofs, stone walls, massive open areas, lawns, swimming pool. And the whole premise to yourself is such a private feeling. The staff is very welcoming and the local food we tried here was very delicious. The cost we paid was completely worth to the last penny.

This property is nothing short of extraordinary British Retreat. Built on foothills and beautifully maintained, it feels like stepping into a classic old British countryside home, full of warmth, and timeless elegance. The food deserves a special mention - absolutely delicious and adding to the feeling of being genuinely cared for rather than just hosted. Maintained and looked after by a Colonel, Hudsons is perfect blend of heritage, tranquility and hospitality. A truly memorable countryside escape that we would love to return to.

I visited for school reunion gettogether. The drive is winds around the Khadakwasla Lake where the traffic slows down a bit. The flyovers on Sinhagad Road help a lot. The premises are compounded and degrassed with ample parking. Waiters are helpful and modest. The interior has an old world charm with stone walls, high ceiling, large bed, etc. Since you are far from city it works when you have listed and communicated all your needs in advance.
