Hotel zrobił na nas dobre wrażenie. Piękny widok z hotelu na góry. Plaża prywatna dziennie sprzątana. Ratownicy zawsze na miejscu . Pokoje cudowne duże w łazience prysznic i wanna. Sprzątane codziennie. Kawa ,woda butelkowa codziennie dokładne. Pyszne śniadania i kolacje obsługa kelnerska mega . Jedyny minus jak dla nas to obiad z karty. Za mały wybór w karcie przy dłuższym pobycie to problem. Mimo to daje 5 gwiazdek bo hotel na to zasługuje 👍🤗♥️ Dziękuję za mega pobyt ♥️👍🤗

بصراحة كان تعامل الأستاذ محمود الشمالي جداً راقٍ ومحترف. كان مرحّب ومتعاون من أول لحظة، وحرص إنه يلبّي كل طلباتنا بسرعة وابتسامة، واهتمامه بالتفاصيل خلّى إقامتنا مريحة ومميزة. وكذلك موظفو الـ valet كانوا جداً منظمين ومحترمين، استلموا السيارة بسرعة وتعاملهم كان لبق واحترافي، وهذا أعطى انطباع ممتاز من أول وصولنا للفندق. خدمة رائعة من الجميع وتستحق الشكر والتقدير. Mr. Mahmoud Al-Shamali was extremely professional and courteous. He was welcoming from the very first moment, attentive to our needs, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and with a smile. His attention to detail made our stay comfortable and truly enjoyable. The valet staff were also very organized and respectful. They handled the car quickly and professionally, which gave us a great first impression as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Excellent service from everyone, and they truly deserve appreciation and thanks.

I spent my birthday weekend in hyatt regency hotel. Best team ever specially the staff Firas, one of the best room service managers i ever met. made me 2 birthday cakes with flowers and balloons. Was literally heartwarming and so kind of him. Everything was amazing the location, the food and ambiance. I only think that they need to level up the room equipments and provide more of housekeeping in rooms.

I had a wonderful stay and would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Rosana Shahatit for her kindness and support throughout my visit. Special thanks as well to Ms. Ibtisam at the reception and Mr. Sura from the breakfast/beach access for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and friendly service. Their dedication truly made my experience enjoyable, comfortable, and unforgettable.

I recently arrived at Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla Resort, and I would like to share my experience. From the moment I checked in, I could feel the great vibes of the hotel. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and truly reflect a high standard of quality. What stood out the most, however, was the service. The team at the lobby restaurant and lounge was exceptional—very welcoming, professional, and attentive. All the staff were incredibly helpful and experienced, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Located in Aqaba, We tried the day use service, we didn’t stay in the rooms. The day use pool was spacious but overly crowded so we had to switch to private pools & it didn’t disappoint! The pool was clean, blueish 💙 it had a scenic marina view The service was outstanding. The only thing I complain about is there are no showers for day use customers. Yall should consider adding that.

This was my tenth stay at the hotel, and each visit continues to confirm that it is always the right choice. From the moment of arrival, everything was smooth and well-organized — from the fast check-in process to the high level of cleanliness and the excellent location. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Al-Shammali for his professionalism, cooperation, and genuine care for guest comfort, which truly reflects the hotel’s high standards. I would also like to thank the customer service team for their attention to detail, quick responses, and excellent follow-up, as well as the valet staff for their efficiency, organization, and friendly attitude. A complete luxury experience that truly stands out, and one I would highly recommend and happily repeat.

I would've given them 5 Stars, but unfortunately the front desked took it away from them!!! As soon as my family and I arrived after 5 hours road trip, one of their front desk staff shocked me about that my reservation. In a nutshell, he was lazy enough not to search my full name and instead he pulled the first reservation that matched my FIRST NAME only!!! This caused an hour delay to the complete the check-in after my travel agency call him directly and pointed him the the correct name. Note, I gave him my full booking printout. What a shame!!!

A town of it's own. Luxury but not opulence. Design not bad taste. Very nice people at all positions, only two days but meet some of the managers. Highly recommended, at least once.

Service was top tier and breakfast had solid options, definitely leaned toward western cuisine but had local options. Definitely my favorite and best use of a Cat 1-4 certificate. Gym was pretty empty and modern. Some parts of the grounds are starting to show age. You’re quite separated from the regular town so if you’re looking to go into town that’ll be a 8 JOD taxi normally.

One Star. Very Disappointing Stay I expected a five-star experience at Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla, but it turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The room was not properly cleaned, with dust on the furniture and stains on the bedding. The bathroom smelled unpleasant and the amenities were cheap and poorly stocked. The service was shockingly bad for a so-called luxury hotel. Staff were slow, unhelpful, and often rude when asked for assistance. The pool area was overcrowded, dirty, and there were not nearly enough chairs. The food was overpriced, bland, and often served cold. For the amount they charge, this hotel is a complete rip-off. There are far better options in Aqaba. I left feeling frustrated and cheated. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

My experience was terrible. I give them 0 stars!! Even though the hotel was nice the service and the staff were terrible. I was accused of breaking their tv, which I didn't use at all and the way they handle it was extremely unprofessional. A day after I arrived to the hotel (I arrived at almost 12am) I received a call from the reception, I believe, accusing me saying that I broke their tv even though I didn't turn it on. When I told them that I was not aware that it was broken because I didn't turn it on, they accused my 8 months old or my 2 years old of breaking it. Of course I asked to speak with the manager in hopes he handles it differently or even apologizes for this mistreatment, and they said he wasn't available and delayed meeting or talking to him until the day of checking out which left me feeling worried and concerned about this situation. When I met with the manager he said that we had to pay for it and we refused because we haven't done anything wrong then he said he is going to investigate it more and give us a call later. We left the hotel feeling terrible and humiliated for this mistreatment. Until today we didn't receive a call of apology and I honestly waited to write this review until I hear from them. Please be careful with this hotel they will accuse you and take your money if you are not assertive. I would never go back and I care less about the hotel itself if the service is terrible and the staff including their manager are abusive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla, a beautiful hotel in a great, new location that truly delivers. Everything was perfect: from the warm welcome, to the excellent breakfast, to the spa access. I’d also like to especially thank Mohammad Al Qadi who does an excellent job with his front office team and also Yousef and Hamzeh for their kindness and professionalism, they really made our time here special. Some more highlights: -The hotel is set in Ayla Oasis, a modern waterfront development with lagoons, a marina, and striking views of both water and mountains -You can visit Petra from here with a tour, it’s only 2 hours away so great location for tourism -The pools are spectacular: there are multiple outdoor pools (including infinity-edge with marina view, family pools, a spa pool and children’s pools) -The spa is top-class, with treatments, Turkish hammam, 3 different jacuzzis, a yoga garden, and tranquil spaces to unwind -Dining is varied and excellent: multiple restaurants and bars including beach-bar, all-day dining, casual pool/terrace options, and a steakhouse & lounge for more special evenings. -Other amenities: private beach, kids’ club, fitness centre open 24-hours, and, for golf lovers, proximity to an 18-hole designed golf course. If you are thinking of staying there it’s ideal for couples, families, groups, whether you want to relax, explore, or enjoy the water, marina, beach, spa. The service is amazing, highly recommended, we can’t wait to go back!

My stay at Hyatt Regency Aqaba exceeded all expectations! The facilities are luxurious, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the food is simply outstanding. The beach and pool are perfectly maintained, offering a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Special thanks to the animation team — Ibrahim, Solaf, and Sand — for their energy, creativity, and warm spirit. Every detail in this hotel reflects true five-star excellence.

During my stay at Hyatt Regency, I had an outstanding experience thanks to the amazing team who truly made my visit with my mother memorable. Special thanks to Ahmad Sheblat from Lablaj! Ahmad went above and beyond in every interaction his professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out from the very first moment. He is exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always ensures guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. His service was truly five-star and made my stay unforgettable I would also like to express my appreciation to Azmi from the Front Office for his warm welcome and helpful assistance, as well as Feras Hijawi, Sanabel, and Mohammad Ghanem from Vesta for their great hospitality and friendly attitude. Lastly, a big thank you to Sura and Rami from the breakfast team, who started each morning with a smile and excellent service.

Wonderful stay — welcoming staff, beautiful marina-view suite, and excellent varied breakfast/snacks. I highly recommend booking a suite with a marina view. Spa access was included (sadly I didn’t get to use it). Would definitely return.

الخدمه أكثر من رائعه الشباب جميعا متعاونين بوفيه الإفطار متميز الكل مبتسم، تعرضت لموقف ان سيارتي تعطلت في الكراج الخاص بالفندق ولقيت مساعده أكثر من رائعه وما تركوني الا لما صلح العطل وكان معي وما فارقني الأخ مساعد مدير الفندق السيد القاضي .... شكرا جزيلا من القلب قضيت يومين من احلى ايام حياتي.

Very bad experience in regards to the service: 1- I had reserved a club room. At check-in, welcome drink Wasn't served and the check-in wasn't from the premium check-in desks. 2- The reception staff didn't accept to call security at the hotel entrance to allow my requested taxi to enter. I had to go to security and request his entrance. 3- At the restaurant and during breakfast, the tables were not clean, with stains and salt signs on tables. Other than that, all was good. Regency club staff, pool staff, beach staff, laplage staff, house keeping staff were very professional and helpful.
