وبعد ان كان الافضل في إجراءات الدخول وتسليم الغرف. الان اصبح توفر الغرف في وقت الدخول صعبا .. والانتظار يطول كل مره. لازال الاستقبال لطيف وحريص كالعادة ولكن تأخير تسليم الغرف اصبح عادة !

فندق حياة ريجنسي محظوظ بوجود موظف مثل عبدالعزيز الفاضل. أسلوبه راقٍ جدًا واحترافي، ويعكس صورة مشرفة عن الفندق من حيث الاهتمام والذوق العالي في التعامل. وجوده كان فرق حقيقي في تجربتنا، وهو من أهم الأسباب اللي بتخلينا نرجع ونكرر الإقامة بإذن الله.

SPA Room Perfume Issues. I visited the spa at this hotel for one day after hearing many positive reviews about it. Unfortunately, my experience raised serious health concerns. Inside the spa facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, and relaxation areas), extremely strong artificial fragrances were being sprayed, particularly lemongrass and another heavy perfume. While these scents may be intended to improve the atmosphere, the concentration was overwhelming and harmful. Within the first 10 minutes, I developed a strong headache due to the intensity of the smell. After using the sauna and shower, I moved to the meditation area, but even there the fragrance was unbearable. I had to stop my meditation within 30 minutes because I struggled to breathe, could literally taste the perfume in my mouth and throat, and experienced itchy, irritated eyes. Many people are aware—especially in the US, UK, and Europe—that synthetic fragrances are linked to serious health issues, including respiratory problems, allergies, hormone disruption, and even long-term risks such as cancer. Unfortunately, awareness of these risks seems limited here. Some individuals, including myself, are particularly sensitive to these chemical fragrances, which can trigger immediate reactions such as headaches and allergy-like symptoms. Even four hours later, I was still experiencing a headache. It is disappointing for a hotel of this standard to overlook such an important health issue. The hotel should either eliminate artificial fragranced sprays entirely or replace them with truly natural, non-toxic, and organic alternatives. Additionally, the heavy perfume scent was noticeable throughout the hotel corridors and rooms, which may negatively affect guests’ health over time. I strongly encourage the management to reconsider this practice for the well-being and comfort of all guests.

I am a professional athlete and swim for a living. I came to this hotel specifically to use the pool. Unfortunately, the spa’s swimming pool contains extremely high levels of bleach or disinfectant. The moment you enter the pool area, it burns your eyes, affects your breathing, and you can immediately feel the intensity of the chemicals in the air and water. The same issue exists in the jacuzzi. While using it may feel fine at first, the aftermath is severe itchy skin lasting throughout the night. This is a direct result of excessive chemical use, which strips the skin of its natural oils, leading to extreme dryness and, in some cases, eczema-like symptoms. In a country like Saudi Arabia, where wellness and hospitality standards should be exceptionally high, special care should be taken to protect human health especially in spa facilities. A spa is meant to improve well-being, not compromise it. Overusing chemicals such as chlorine or bleach may kill bacteria, but it also significantly damages human skin and overall health. It is unfortunate to see such a beautiful spa remain empty. From what I observed, both the pool and jacuzzi are consistently unused, likely because guests experience discomfort and health issues after using them. When amenities negatively affect one’s quality of life, people naturally avoid them. My advice is simple and urgent: immediately review and improve the spa’s health and safety regulations. Ensure that chemical levels are balanced and safe, so the spa becomes beneficial rather than harmful. With proper care, this facility has the potential to attract many more guests and truly serve its purpose as a place of wellness and relaxation.

Had a 1 week event here. Our group coordinator Ms Mariem Boudidah was so helpful and reacted with swift response for every requests and assistance needed. The coffee man Mr Yahya was the most welcoming person with soft spoken words when offering his arabic coffee to the guests. F&B staffs (Gemmalyn & Terrylyn) took care of our meals with precision. Overall a great experience in this hotel. Highly recommended!

I attended a dental event seminar. Sponsored by SDS ,, The. Function hall is Beutiful And spacious ! The refreshment ws great and I looked the pastries and. Sweets! Their staff were all accommodating at dining hall! The food ws great and tasty. Except for The fish ! The lighting ambiance ws dark and gloomy !

فندق جميل واطلالة جميله وخدمات جميله ولكن عندي ملاحظه بسيطه الازعاج اثناء النوم من عامل الميني بار ودق الباب بطريقة افزعني ولم استطع اكمال نومي وخرب يومي كله وفي الحال تواصلت مع الاستقبال وسألت اذا هم ارسلوا العامل رد لا .. يعني اجتهاد خاطئ من العامل واتمنى لكم التوفيق وشكرا

I visited Hyatt Regency and honestly, the experience was beyond amazing From the moment you walk in, the staff welcome you with such class and professionalism. The gym is super clean and well-organized There’s a fantastic jacuzzi, sauna, lockers, and even a nice pool area. The equipment is limited as expected in most hotel gyms but it’s more than enough for a complete workout. Everything is spotless, the service is excellent, and the staff are truly outstanding.

I must say, my stay at Hyatt Regency Riyadh was genuinely pleasant. The property itself stands out — a modern, elegant building right on Olaya Road, which makes it ideal if you’re in the city for business. It’s centrally located and close to most of the key commercial areas, so getting anywhere was easy. From check-in to checkout, the experience was almost flawless. The concierge team was proactive, the room was well-kept, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, and the business meeting setup was handled very professionally. I didn’t find a single point worth complaining about, which is rare when you’re traveling for work. Food was excellent — both breakfast at the restaurant and the room service I tried. Good taste, clean presentation, and clearly high-quality ingredients. It felt like they’ve invested in keeping the F&B experience sharp. It’s a polished, well-maintained, upmarket business hotel with a very professional team supporting it. The only thing to keep in mind is that it sits next to a busy street; however, this didn’t affect my stay at all since I was on a higher floor (27th). In fact, the view of the city at night was surreal — wide city lights, calm, and a great way to end the day. One detail I really enjoyed was their evening Arabic coffee service with dates — a simple touch, but it added so much character to the stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I’d choose again for business travel in Riyadh.

Funny thing is, I’ve seen loads of comments about Regency Spa, Hyatt Regency, Olaya Sokoun Spa and all that. I actually stay at this hotel every now and then for work, and normally I pop into Socon Spa to chill out and unwind. Riyadh weather’s brutal, so you kind of need it. But honestly, after this visit, I’m not impressed. I was just sitting in the lounge, minding my own business, when one of the staff came over and sprayed this perfume literally right next to me. Five minutes later my nose was on fire and my eyes were burning. Not exactly relaxing, is it? The problem is, the staff clearly don’t get how bad this stuff is for people. They think it smells nice, job done. But it’s actually awful for your health. I even saw a comment from a bloke called Andy saying this spa doesn’t really care about guests’ wellbeing, and after this, I can’t say he’s wrong. They’re spraying this heavy chemical stuff everywhere in the jacuzzi area, meditation room, lounge, the lot. It’s way too much, proper overpowering, and they need to stop it straight away. If they want scents, fair enough, but use natural options, not chemical-filled sprays. Honestly, it’s a let down. A spa is meant to be about health and relaxation, not giving people headaches and burning eyes. At this point, I’ll probably start looking elsewhere, because Hyatt Regency Olaya really isn’t doing a great job of looking after guests’ health especially in a place that’s meant to be about wellness.

تجربتي في حياة ريجنسي الرياض العليا لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع. حضرت ورشة عمل في الفندق الصباح ١٤ أبريل، وواجهت تضاربًا واضحًا في المعلومات بين الأمن والاستقبال بخصوص المواقف. وعندما حاولت التأكد من صحة المعلومة من الاستقبال، كان الأسلوب مستفز وغير مهني، بدلًا من تقديم توضيح واضح ومحترم. تم إبلاغي بأن عليّ الدفع مثل بقية الزملاء، بينما اتضح لاحقًا أن المواقف كانت مدفوعة أساسًا من الجهة المنظمة. المشكلة ليست في الرسوم بحد ذاتها، بل في أهمية أن يكون موظفو الفندق على دراية واضحة بما إذا كانت المواقف مشمولة أم لا، خصوصًا للورش والفعاليات المقامة داخل الفندق. آمل تحسين التنسيق الداخلي وتوحيد المعلومة حتى لا يتكرر ذلك مع الزوار.

I started my morning with an amazing breakfast experience the staff (Erica, Shiela, and Irfan) were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The American breakfast was delicious, and the ambiance was warm and relaxing. Great job team, keep up the excellent service! 🌞👏

Very nice area, safe, very neat, very wide. 4. With take out coffee, very nice. 5. Highly recommend for any events. 6. Continue to serve better.
