Between all shops in AlAin Center (Computer Plaza), this is my go to shop for almost everything in computers. The main reason being that the sales people, 1. Abdulqader and 2. Waqas give the best kind of customer service, they try their best at giving information about the product, they take credit if they did good or bad. So that kind of transparency is what brings me back everytime. They have a good broad selection is it's laptops or PCs, and over time I have built a trust relation with them that I can send clients to them without any fear of losing face (something I encounter with other shops). In the end, I just would like to clarify that I'm not saying they are the absolute best, I'd be lying, but relatively they are one of the best as the service levels they offer are above par.

Unsatisfied with the product Price was only 700 AED less than the market I bought legion 5 pro , brand new without operating system under Jumbo warranty The laptop got frozen suddenly, always shown black screen In addition of the overheating I found out the warranty was registered since 3 months before my purchasing date also in Lenovo vintage record
