Amazing product & they answer all queries kindly

I had high hopes, but Ibhi fell short. There were delays, miscommunication, and inconsistent quality throughout the process. Promises weren’t kept, and I constantly had to follow up. The product was not up to standard, and false promises were made about it. The owner’s behavior was disappointing—she used harsh language and said, “If you want to buy it, buy it. No returns,” despite initially promising returns but later refusing to accept any. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend working with them.(I don’t even feel like giving one star). Big scam company and FRAUD people.

I bought their two-sided festive decorative mats, which can be used in several different ways. I use them during festivals and poojas, and they add a traditional and festive touch. Their collection includes home decor, wedding favors, and small occasion giveaways. The products are handcrafted and look beautiful. They give great importance to packaging aesthetics.

The owner is a nightmare to deal with. Completely unresponsive to complaints and takes no accountability. Their attitude is arrogant, and they don’t seem to care about running a decent business. I will never return or recommend them. Even the products are not recomendable. The quality and the price contradict with each other.

I gifted my sisters Rakhi gift hamper and each of them loved it. Design, finishing and packaging is top notch. CRM is best in Industry. Your products are world class. Keep up the good work... I am big fan of your creation.

Pathetic delivery planning. Delivering more than 10 days later than the committed time on their website. Customer has to chase them for delivery of products. Would not have received even 10 days later had I not been following up. Utter harassment. Would not recommend to anyone.

If only I could have given a minus rating. I Have been following up on my order since last 8 days which isn’t dispatched yet. All channels available to me WhatsApp customer number, e-mail and Instagram. Not getting a satisfactory answer if they can deliver the stocks by 30th Sept. no response on 3 mails sent last week, no acknowledgment on the WhatsApp for the 30th Sept delivery request. Finally get through on the WhatsApp number. Spoke to Puja and had a terrible treatment on enquire about product delivery or order cancellation. Puja was upset and was shouting throughout the call. I was humble and later lost my cool as well which I regret. 1st and last order as they won’t cancel the order now which isn’t dispatch. Not a customer oriented company. Horrible behaviour and horrible customer service. Horrible horrible experience!

Worst company and incompetent owner. Be aware. Do not buy from them if you love your hard earned money. Instead buy from a road side shop, they have more integrity than the owner of this company
