سلام من یک هفته تواین هتل بودم .لوکیشن عالی.

یکی از بهترین هتل هایی که تابحال آمده بودم،برخورد پرسنل بسیار خوب،موقعیت مکانی بسیار خوب،در‌ نزدیکی مترو،حتی به جهت اینکه تولد من بود،من را با یک کیک سورپرایز کردند. صبحانه بسیار کامل،تمیزی فوق العاده،هر آنچه که می خواستید به سرعت برای شما مهیا می شد. قطعا دفعه بعد مجدد به این هتل خواهم آمد. نام دو تن از کارکنان خوب این هتل را در عکس می گذارم. با سپاس فراوان از مدیریت محترم هتل

از انتخابم راضی بودم پرسنل عالی و خوش برخورد بالاتر از سطح توقع من بود تنها اشکال طول کشیدن چک این بود که یک ساعت طول کشید و خستم کرد اون هم بدلیل شلوغی ورود مسافر بدلیل نمایشگاه بود اگر باز هم بیام دبی از این هتل استفاده میکنم

Very good staff خیلی خوب بود از همه نظر عالی خانم Reem خیلی خوش برخورد بودنند از کشور مصر و کارهای رزرو انجام می‌دادند با تشکر از IBIS CENTRAL HOTEL

محیط آرام، برخورد مناسب پرسنل، صبحانه خوب و اتاقهای تمیز و مرتب. واقعا بهتر از انتظار بود.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. A special thank you to Rocky at the room service, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable experience. I will definitely stay here again!

I had such a lovely stay at Ibis One Central. This is my second time staying here, and each visit has made me feel completely at home thanks to the exceptional hospitality from the team. A special thank you and mention to Richelle, who was brilliant all throughout as she was always ready to help with any inquiries I had & made my stay even more memorable with her warm hospitality, her kindness, professionalism and bright smile. Her welcoming presence truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the entire experience. Special mention as well to Akshay, who has always been so helpful and wonderful since my last stay. Truly truly appreciated. Overall, my stay was seamless, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel's location is also fantastic—close to everything and incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend Ibis One Central to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning again!

Hi, Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, with the Iranian Regime unfortunately, I have had to extend my stay, due to Dubai airspace closures. I am staying at the Ibis One Central who I have to say have been amazing , and I want to give an absolute 5 star review for ALL THE STAFF, management , room service guys , but in particular, the reception team Yasser, and Raza with their colleagues who have worked tirelessly throughout the last days to process all the guest!! Also The breakfast team and young chef Khalil who always has a smile in the morning and cooks a lovely cheese and mushroom omelette. These guys and the whole team have ran the hotel to a 5 star standard, and as a international traveller for both business and leisure, I know what hotels look like in normal times, and this period has been far from that! Well done team. Ibis One central Dubai rocks!!! I can recommend Ibis Hotels Globally, as I stay in many of them!!! Rooms spotless,, breakfast amazing, customer service 5 star!

I spent a very comfortable one month (and still staying) here. I have a room with the most amazing views. You can't get a better location this for the price you pay here. It's walking distance from Trade center metro and Museum of the future. Area has really good bars and coffee shops. The housekeeping staff, especially Resham, are really attentive and hard working. It's a nice feeling to come back to a clean room after working your A off the entire day.

For the price you pay this is a very fair hotel. Staff is very friendly dedicated and the room are always clean. If you work in one central and are here for a long stay this is a very fair place to live in. There’s only one problem which is the air quality. They spray a smell spray for the hotel to smell good but it makes the air very poor and unbreathable. And you cannot open the windows to make some new air coming. We tested the air quality with a device it was beyond all the red critical limits for a good health. If they solve this problem it would be perfect. Breathing a good air is more important than the corridors of the hotel smelling like apple perfume.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Rocky and the entire team. Rocky went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and created a welcoming atmosphere. While I understand this is a 3-star hotel, our stay was well below even that standard. Before arrival, we requested on three separate occasions that the beds be joined. Each time, I was reassured that the relevant departments had been notified. Upon entering the room, the beds were still two separate singles. Whenever I raised any issue with staff, their response was consistently poor — sighing, eye-rolling, and a clear lack of interest in helping. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. There is no ventilation in the room whatsoever — not even a crack of outside air. There is no iron in the room. If you want to iron, you must go to a specific floor, where there are only two irons for the entire hotel. The TV is not smart and cannot cast or stream anything. It simply displays hotel service information. There is no room service available. The bathroom is extremely small. It becomes completely wet after every shower and takes forever to dry because there is no exhaust fan. The toilet smell lingers badly — which is not surprising given the lack of ventilation. At one point, our room key stopped working and we were locked out. After notifying the front desk, we waited at least 15 minutes for assistance. We were told the door would be repaired while we were out. It wasn’t. When we returned hours later, the issue was still unresolved and we had to contact security again. I do not recommend this hotel. If you value basic comfort, functionality, and respectful service, do not choose this place.
