واقعاً پرسنل هتل به خصوص باهاش عزیز دوست مصری من و خانم جوانی عزیز بسیار عالی بودن هتل بهترین هتلی که تو این ۲۳ سال که میرم میام بود تشکر

سفرمان بسیار عالی بود چون موقعیت هتل عالی است و برای خرید نیازی نیست به مالهای دیگر رفت و فقط به خاطر دبدن جلال و جبروت برج الخلیفه و خود دبی مال در هر سفر یک بار به انجا میرویم.

همه چیز عالی بود کارنان مودب و مهربان امکانات در دسترس بود به خصوص ایستگاه مترو و متشکرم به ویژه از خانم Asmita Dipesh

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, outstanding service, and welcoming atmosphere. The property is conveniently situated, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping areas, and transportation options. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Josephine. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy and well taken care of. Even during busy periods with many orders to manage, she remained attentive, professional, and friendly. Her dedication, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests reflect the high standards of the hotel. Thank you, Josephine for making my stay such a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to returning in the future.

I recently stayed at Ibis and overall it was a decent experience. For a 3 star hotel it offers good value for money and basic comfort. The rooms were clean and simple with all the essential amenities needed for a short stay. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around. However there is definitely some room for improvement in terms of service speed and overall experience. While everything was acceptable it did not feel exceptional. Overall a good option if you are looking for an affordable and practical stay but do not expect luxury

I had an outstanding dining experience. Josephine, our waitress, was absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire meal. She made us feel well taken care of and added a personal touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. Compliments to Chef Izu and the kitchen team for creating such a delicious and memorable meal. The quality, creativity, and attention to detail were evident in every bite. I recently stayed for three months at ibis Hotel, and I am satisfied with my experience. The rooms were comfortable, and well maintained, which made my long stay very pleasant. The staff were professional, kind, and friendly throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to Ms. Joyti and Mr. Ramy from the Reception team, as well as Mr. Bahha from Security. They provided excellent service and supported me whenever I needed assistance, making me feel truly welcome. I highly appreciate their hospitality and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.
