We had a really nice dining experience at Icarus. We ordered the baked mussels, crab cakes, and the Moussaka à la Icarus, and everything was delicious. The dishes were flavorful and well prepared. The location is great and we were able to sit on the patio, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a lovely setting to enjoy the meal, accompanied by a bottle of sparkling water. Our bill came to around $200 Canadian for three appetizers, and at that price point we expected the food to be a little more exceptional. Still, the food and atmosphere were very good. Overall, a great restaurant with delicious food and a beautiful patio setting.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing experience in Dubai! 😍✨ It was our last evening in Dubai and it was absolutely incredible! 🌇🥰 The view of the Burj Khalifa is breathtaking 😮🌃 and the fountain show –simply WOW! 💦🎶 The food is totally worth the price 👍🍣 and the sushi is highly recommended so delicious 😋🍱! The service was super friendly and very attentive 😄🙌 In short: it was just mind-blowing! 🤩💖 Simply amazing, we will definitely come back! 🥳✨🍽️

You don’t need a white tablecloth for a fine dining experience! Icarus has a wonderfully casual chic atmosphere right on the Dubai fountain (great view of the water shows!). The staff were efficient and welcoming. The food was some of the most visually beautiful I have ever eaten. They clearly put a lot of effort into the small details. The sweet potato coconut soup was incredible! I am admittedly a soup fanatic, but it was my favorite part of the meal. Creamy and curry-licious with perfectly balanced flavors. Next was a jump to Korea for the bao buns (the menu reallyy is Meditter-Asian). They came with a fresh peppery arugula salad and a sweet sticky sauce that makes a bao bun happy. I finished with the traditional Sayadia fish which was a HUGE portion served over rice. I love a lot of the great restaurants around the Dubai mall, but.I found Icarus head and shoulders above the others in food presentation and attention to balanced flavors. I can’t wait to go back!

The views are absolutely the highlight of this restaurant. The proximity to the Dubai Fountain water show and the direct view of the Burj Khalifa make the setting truly impressive and memorable. Some of the dishes were good, though overall the food felt average for a new restaurant with this level of location and ambition. There’s potential, but it didn’t fully stand out yet. Service was okay, but for a restaurant of this caliber, I expected better. We had to ask multiple times for water and for assistance from our server, which took away from the overall experience. In summary, it’s worth visiting for the view and atmosphere, but there’s room for improvement in both service and consistency to truly match the setting.

This is an amazing restaurant to eat, drink, and watch the evening fountain show - all while enjoying the light show on and around the Burj Khalid. We had T-bone steak and our son had baked chicken. All was delicious and our steaks were done to perfection (both well-done and medium). Staff was very accommodating and friendly. It’s open air seating so some cigarette smoke drifted through occasionally.

This place is awesome! By far the best place to watch the Burj fountain show. Aside from the view, the food is outstanding! The menu is also exceptional! The bar has reasonable selections, and you can also order Sheesha there. The vibe is chill, and actually it is kind of Mediterranean. We ordered some soups, sushi, and some salads. I had the best sweet potato fries I've ever had in my life! I had some kabob and I don't know what it's called. Soooo good. I have a picture of it here, so if you want to try it, just show them this. It's some sliced beef and lamb combined on a kabob. VERY flavorful and light surprisingly. Back to the salad, it was the nicoise, and it was delicious. Everything about it. Highly recommended. The mushroom soup was also very flavorful, and not to creamy. They also have a DJ booth, and the bar atmosphere is very cool. Super fun place. I have been twice in 2 weeks.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I was very impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent service. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to the gentleman Mr TAMER who gave me such a warm welcome. would also like to thank the chef and the behind-the-scenes kitchen team—the real unsung heroes—who prepare such delicious food. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Hikaros Restaurant. The atmosphere was warm, the food was flavorful, and everything was served fresh and beautifully presented. But what truly made the visit exceptional was the service. Khalil, one of the waiters, was outstanding — polite, attentive, quick, and genuinely professional. He anticipated what we needed before we even asked and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate this level of service. Definitely coming back.

Went for dinner at Icarus and had a wonderful experience. The food was tasty and well-seasoned. I also forgot my sunglasses when I left, and the staff kindly kept them aside for me. A special shoutout goes to the host, Jeraldine. She was warm, friendly, and always smiling, which made the entire experience at Icarus truly memorable. Thank you!

I ate French onion soup and fish and chips for the child, both of which tasted burnt! As for my husband's food, it wasn't wow either! Only the kunafe was good! Huge prices for almost zero taste! Just because it is very well positioned with a good view of the Burj Khalifa and after an extraordinarily beautiful show you can kind of forget the taste experience which is not at all what you expect!Atmosphere 5 stars just jor the Burj Khalifa show!

The meal was outstanding. The food arrived hot, and every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. This restaurant delivers high quality cuisine consistently. What truly elevated the evening was our server, Anushka. She provided exceptional service, making the experience memorable. Anushka was attentive without being intrusive. She offered excellent recommendations when we asked about the menu specials. She made sure our glasses were full and cleared plates promptly. Her genuine warmth and professional efficiency created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Ask for her section. Her service deserves five stars alone.

A great location to watch the Fountain show while having Shisha on the side. The food was delicious and the shisha was good. Thanks to the good service of Annushka and Ali.

Quick and fast service with patient service. Mhan helped us a lot with honest recommendation for food and drinks. I took the fish and chips and my girlfriend the grilled Prawns. Both dishes were great.

Tasty food and good service, location is perfect to watch the fountain show👌🏻 Prices are a bit high but considering the location you can’t expect less. The restaurant gets full closer to 6 pm

I recently dined at this restaurant and ordered the octopus. Unfortunately, about 2–3 hours after eating, I became very unwell — I experienced vomiting and severe stomach pain. This was extremely unpleasant and concerning. This is not okay, especially when it comes to seafood. I strongly suggest paying more attention to food freshness and handling to prevent situations like this from happening again.

The food and drinks are really delicious and they have good prices. The portions are not very big but they are just right especially if you get a side like a salad or sushi. Our waiter was Nadim. The man was very friendly helpful and always somewhere near if we wanted something extra. A big plus for this place is the fact that the burj khalifa is on the opposite side and you have a perfect view of the magical fountain show.
