This is my one month feedback after service. I own a Volkswagen Vento 1.6 MPI. I gave my car for general service and I had an issue where the steering was tight and not returning back properly. Initially the showroom informed me that the entire steering column needed to be replaced, which would cost more than 50,000. However, Akash and Vasish suggested servicing the steering column instead which resolved the issue.I gave my car for steering column service The column service took 3 to 4days. After delivery the steering felt slightly tight initially, but after driving around 100 km, it became very smooth. Even after one month of usage, the steering is working perfectly, and return back is also working properly The pricing was reasonable, and the service quality was excellent. A big thanks to Akash and Vasish, who were very polite, helpful, and provided excellent customer care throughout the entire process. I’m really happy with the overall experience!

I recently got my car tuned at ICD Tuning with a Stage 2 tune, and the experience was excellent. The work was done very professionally and everything was handled smoothly. After the tune, the car feels much more punchy and responsive, making overtakes effortless. Reaching triple-digit speeds now happens much quicker than before, and the overall driving experience has improved significantly. I drive a naturally aspirated Hyundai i20, and earlier I used to feel a clear power lag in 2nd and 3rd gear. Mid-range response was weak, so overtakes needed more throttle input and higher revs than ideal. Post the Stage 1 remap, the difference is very evident. Power delivery is much smoother and more linear, and the car now feels far more eager to pull. The 2nd and 3rd gear response has improved a lot — for an NA motor, the engine now revs freely and the pull feels buttery smooth with no hesitation. Highway cruising has become effortless. Even with full occupancy, the car maintains speed comfortably without feeling stressed. Throttle modulation is better, making part-throttle cruising and overtakes much easier. Surprisingly, fuel efficiency has also improved. Earlier I used to upshift around 2,000–2,500 rpm, but now even shifting at 2,500–2,800 rpm, the mileage is visibly better. The engine feels more efficient across the rev range rather than needing to be driven aggressively. The addition of the BMC performance air filter has helped improve airflow, especially at higher revs. The engine breathes better, and throttle response in the lower gears feels sharper and more immediate, which is very noticeable in city driving. Overall, this setup feels well-balanced — not overdone, but exactly what an NA engine needs. I’m very satisfied with the upgrade and the results so far. Looking forward to adding a throttle controller next. *Special mention:* Ashwin bro clearly explained the stock engine behaviour, what to expect post Stage 1 tune, and patiently cleared all my doubts in a very friendly and transparent manner.

Great experience with ICD Tuning! I recently got my Volkswagen Polo 1.5 TDI serviced at ICD Tuning, and overall it was a very good experience. I went in for a general service along with multiple works including valve door assembly vacuum pump packing, intake hose replacement, ARC suspension, strut kit, link rod, turbo refurbished balance rod, steering rack, lower arm, decarbonization with additive, lock carrier work, and battery replacement. The team is technically very strong and clearly has a lot of experience working on VAG cars and tuning. I really appreciate Vasish, who took complete ownership of my car right from the beginning. He patiently listened to all my queries, explained the issues clearly, and kept me informed throughout the process. During delivery, he made sure everything was in proper condition, explained all the work done politely, and even took me on a test ride. What I liked the most is that they diagnose problems accurately, explain things clearly beforehand, and provide proper quotations in advance. No confusion, no surprises later. I also had a good conversation with Mr. Ashwin, who was equally patient and explained things in a very clear and understandable way. I would definitely recommend ICD Tuning to anyone looking for service, repair, or tuning. Got my i20 N Line upgraded to Stage 2 ECU remap at ICD Tuning, and the experience has been outstanding. The remap has completely transformed the car—throttle response is much sharper, the torque surge is addictive, and the exhaust note from the custom down pipe sounds fantastic. Could also hear a mild turbo spool from inside, which is super satisfying. Drove back home from the garage with a huge smile on my face! The initial turbo lag I’d noticed earlier has reduced significantly too. Really appreciate the passion and attention to detail from the entire team. I recently had my BMW F30 serviced in ICD Tuning and I’m really satisfied with the experience. The service center was professional and well-equipped, and the staff clearly understood the technical aspects of the car. They did a thorough check-up, including oil change, filter replacement, brake inspection, and software update. The quality of work was top-notch, and they used genuine BMW parts, which gives peace of mind. What stood out was the transparency – they explained each step, provided cost estimates beforehand, and stuck to the timeline. After the service, the car feels smoother, more responsive, and overall better in performance. The pickup was quicker, and engine noise was noticeably reduced. The one place is Chennai where they are technically sound as well as do an amazing job. I did stage 2 along with the decat downpipe and a custom 3xhaust for my i20 Nline and the performance as well as the exhaust note is super clean. Being tried superchips as well as Code6, I would choose tunotronics any day over them.

One of my worst car garage experience I had in lifetime. I had a key stuck ignition problem in my VW Jetta and it got breakdown exactly next to the gate of ICD TUNING GARGE. I had Manager allocated for me was VASISH. He said 2 days time and then informed me complete key barrier to be changed with refurbishment and the charge will be 13,000 to 15,000. I asked him for proper bill and warranty. Later while delivering the car, I asked him what all has been done, he said only refurbishment was required and I asked him what does that mean? He replied will change all the parts inside the key barrier. The issue was fixed. But when I took the car from the garage and found the stering had a huge problem of not able to turn. Then and there i told them and they tried 2-3 times and issue was still there. They were saying plastic problem and all escaping talks. I took the car to my regular garge and it was found, no key barrier was changed... Only few minor springs are changed and cleaned and they opened air bag module. So they were not expert enough to close it properly. And my garage people said we also cannot open, if air bag comes out, then it will be 15,000 approximately. So they did buffer for steering head back side to have smooth turn and it was fixed. Everytime I call that VASISH, he says emergency, hospital, I had aloo bhaji and then found gas problem.etc. etc. Hence the 1 star review and not recommending this place from my experience.

Finally got my Tata Altroz Diesel performance tuned and what a difference! The drive feels absolutely next level now. Big thanks to Ashwin for the proper guidance and suggestions!

One of the worst experience in my life. I had several cars before like first lancer in Chennai, Mercedes Benz C200 CDI, Renault Koleos. Etc. I took my VW polo GT TSI to fix 2 small issues to Aswins ICD turning. The issues were 1) The O2 Sensor was not working. 2) the cooling fan is always on. Both are trivial problem and do not need to be fixed immediately. But seeing the workshop and Ashwins confident talking. I took the car there. After two days he said the ECU is gone and needs to replace it. Also the gear leaver bushing is also gone.I am sure they took my good ECU and replaced with a repaired one. When I went to confront them, he showed me the gear lever link which was attached with a tie wrap. He said it was brought to his workshop in that condition. I don't know how anyone can drive any car with gear lever link held by tie wrap. Furthermore when I pointed out that the tie wrap is new, he started fumbling. Now, after shelling out 42300, I have a sick good for nothing, can breakdown any where car with me. Just a caution to all those people blindly going to him, please check your car for cheating. As far as I know, they have removed all good parts and replaced with broken parts, as there's lots of vibration and noise. I am not sure what I should do.
