I recently purchased a photo booth machine from Ice Digitek India Pvt Ltd, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received. The machine arrived with multiple cracks on the sides, significant software issues, and a loose screen that is coming out of the frame. I promptly contacted to Mr. Raghavan Owner To report these problems, but instead of addressing my concerns, they dismissed the defects as a "design matter" and showed no willingness to assist further. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. As a business owner relying on this equipment, this has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. I expected better quality and service from Ice Digitek India Pvt Ltd. I urge potential customers to be cautious when purchasing from this company, as they do not stand behind their products or value their customers.

It was automatic. I took the photo and gave it to them. As soon as I gave it to them, I got the bread they had put on it. They are super. I am very happy to see my photos.
