I own a villa (Villa 14) here and it was handed over in Feb 2022. Very happy with the service & quality of delivery. I am delighted to have invested in the best villa project in Tvm. The project boasts of a 14000 sqft club house with 2 swimming pools, indoor badminton court, indoor squash court, steam room, jacuzzi, mini theatre, club room, indoor board game room, multi purpose hall, DJ space, gym etc. & separate sports arena( Tennis court, basket ball court, cricket nets, football turf). Internationally acclaimed landscape designers & architects on board.

Super landscaping with fully functional clubhouse including gym, pool, squash, badminton court , theater, tennis court, football court… you name it.

This is definitely the walls within which I would love to own a villa. All the buildings are of good quality construction made with good materials. The ambience inside the compound is awesome and once the project is complete, am pretty sure that this will be one of the best out of best villa projects. The only reason am hesitating to buy a villa here is coz it doesn't have higher compound walls for individual villa, which doesn't allow the owner to have a dog. Or else it should be a small dog which has to be inside the house all the time. Apart from that this is a beautiful project.

I got to interact via website with the AlPY someone it was terrible ..This firm masters a highlighting artitectural works with its best to grab the limelight of people.. Am not comparing this firm to globally or within this nation,but in a small regions like kerala... I have gone through almost 5 realtors in kerala during my visit to kerala and I find this firm to be the top works.. Am really fascinated by its works which I had already gone through the website... I wish to have a visit physically but could not come over to the spot as am not so familiar with this place. I had got to encounter with a representative via the website as he was really irrelevant and Unresponsive,unprofessional.Alby.. You Gotta worthy projects as I accept that,as far as I have come across in kerala iclouds has got fantastic projects .. Really appreciate it.. But the customer service from your representative was too terrible .. Only due to that I have dropped the idea to come over there.. It really gonna ruin the revenue if the representatives starts to be so.... Pathetic behaviour whatsoever...

Got a chance to visit the iCloud winds of change property the other day. It’s a state of art villa community with latest and excellent amenities. The quality of the villas are exceptional and the interiors are done very nicely. The clubhouse is loaded with latest equipments and entertainment center. My best wishes for the entire iCloud family.

I had a very positive experience buying a villa at this wonderful project. Firstly the builder, Mr Biju, is very down to earth and always approachable. The office staff are very proactive, patient and responsive. I received complete support for customising of my villa. The project and its amenities have turned out to be better than I had imagined. Superior Quality of Construction. Good location. Perfect place for a peaceful living. The common aminities offered are definitely the best in Kerala if not in India for the size of the project.

The amenities building is loaded with entertainment cente with interior badminton and sqash court. Separate sports arena for tennis,basketball, football turns were great. I stay in one of their other properties and my own experience with the builder is highly recommended. Biju janardhanan the builder is a thorough gentleman and you could trust him completely to deliver the house you wish to.
