iClouds Resort

We stayed for two days and the host Mr. Ravi was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, spacious with a balcony overlooking the tea estate. The food prepared by Chandru and Lakshmi was very homely and delicious. In total it was a pleasant stay with coffee and food delivered as per our orders. Mr. Ravi provided us complimentary breakfast too for two days though it was not in the plan. We will sure return soon with our friends.

The rooms are large...even 6 people can easily sleep in one room. It's at a beautiful location overlooking the hills. The stay was comfortable, homely cooked food and great host Mr. Ravi. His little grandson R. Ashwin (who came to spend his vacation there) was good company for my kids too.

Excellent location and the resort. Friendly and helpful management. Homely food. Perfect place to spend the time in Coonoor which will once become part of beautiful memories. I couldn't ask for a better place in Coonoor, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Special thanks to Mr. Ravi for being so considerate, easy going and helpful. I definitely look forward to stay again and will gift a couple of nights of stays here for my friends and relatives on special occasions. I am happy to have been here to this hidden gem!

Here you would feel like staying at a family home. The host treats you like family with so much care. All needs are attended to. The food is so tasty and homely. Ravi, the host , is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are great with huge size, great views and all facilities

Decent rooms, suites were quite big, but nowhere close to luxury. Food is sub-standard and paid food is a shame and a bloody rip off! I dont want to even mention anything about the food, for if I start, i wont be able to sltop. Sekar, the help was very prompt, but they were not even ready to make us a lunch on the day of arrival. Many constructions nearby makes it feel like being around some layout locality. You could hear the smallest of sounds made in the nearby rooms.

A lovely and peaceful resort with great food and hospitality. If you are looking for a relaxed stay, with a great homely food ..this would be the right place. A special mention about the chandru and Lakshmi who cook and manage the entire affairs...very efficient and friendly.

Firstly this is not a resort. It is a home stay. The guy at the reception is not a gentleman and doesn't know the basic ethics of a customer service. He is there just to make money. The rooms are filthy 1. Beds with no proper bedsheets 2. Pillows with stinking pillow covers 3. No amenities, not even a water bottle 4. Bathroom is stinky with hair everywhere My bad that I booked this based on the reviews which I now doubt if genuine or paid. Also, the place has two names misty meadows and iclouds. Please stay away from this place.

ITS A HOME STAY NAMED RESORT. You can find the same property in different name too. The good part: The comfort rooms were very spacious. The rooms were clean Location is good, near by a tea estate. Not so good. Balcony is littered by pegions the seats are unusable. Limited parking Now the Poor: ITS A HOME STAY NAMED RESORT Booked on Booking.com payment at hotel, but the owner asked for advance payment right after the booking, threatened to cancel the booking if i did not pay up the entire amount. 2 rooms 2 nights charged was taken in advance. The food was very expensive, infact obnoxiously priced. A bowl of rice was at 100rs. Just to fiy some chicken fingers was charged at 100rs. Tea, Idily, vada, omlet sambar, chutney 200 rs per head per breakfast. Bread toast was charged separately. All this to be paid in cash else 5% GST, FOR A HAND WRITTEN BILL ON WHITE PAPER.. CLEARLY EXPLOITING THE CUSTOMER'S IN THE NAME OF FOOD. IF FOOD WAS TO BE PRICED REASONABLY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

We chose this resort for our office outting. Mr. Ravi has made it wonderfully with specialised meals and bonfire. Very peaceful area and worth spot for instagram pics. When I say abt room it's Jus way spacious and best balcony and view.. Loved it completely would like to go again and again. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent place to spend your vacation. Accomodation and service is very good and the manager Ravi is such a oind person to adjust with our plans. Extremely happy in dealing with iClouds resort and will stay here only in the next conoor visit as well.

Fantastic Resort . The Location is Awesome. Top of a Hill and the Rooms are Tall. Mr.Ravi is very helpful. Very good place for Couples and Groups.

Wonderful stay, silent location, beautiful view of mountains, excellent food, good hospitality,stay boosts your mood,good walking space, good tips from the caretaker, frequently enquiries about the food and varieties from Chinese to North and South Indian foods without much chemical additives, wonderful holiday spot for all types of groups

A overall good place to spend your vacation and above all amazing food by Chandru bhai and his family, tasty as well as non harmful food. Amazing experience and a beautiful place to stay

Place is very beautiful, and Vijay is very humble. Good food. Whenever u book, plz book the right upmost room for best view.

A resort similar to club Mahindra experience. Private and peaceful in a secluded place close to the tea estates. No other property around that makes the place a worth stay

Well designed suits..tasty Food...privacy..good atmosphere...educated and excellent crew......to serve in any moment ... Totally worth for money and time....which you spends in Coonòor (Ooty).

It's a cozy, pretty little resort in a gorgeous place. Very warm host and staff.feels like home!
