I had a very disappointing experience with this cake shop. I had placed an order 2 weeks in advance for my baby's 1st birthday – a 5 kg Boss Baby-themed cake, and clearly requested it to be ready by 11:00 AM on the birthday. I even followed up the day before, and they confirmed everything was on track. On the day, my husband visited the shop in the morning to reconfirm, and they again said the cake would be ready by 11 AM. But when we went to pick it up at 11, the cake was still being prepared. It was in a messy, unfinished state, and nowhere near ready. We finally received the cake at 1:30 PM, which completely disrupted our birthday celebration. To make it worse, the cake was mostly cream, with barely 2 kg of actual cake. The taste was also not good at all – definitely not worth the money we paid. The shop was extremely careless and unprofessional, and this whole experience ruined my baby's special day. I do not recommend this place at all – if you're ordering for an important occasion, please think twice.

One best cake I have ever seen. The cake tastes fantastic ⚡️ I have been buying cakes from here since 3 months I have almost brought more than 10 cakes from here . The service is also good and the guys in cake shop are also good the way the respond to the customer 😍

Yum pastries, cakes... Delicious donuts cup cakes. Just tastey eatables. Best for parties and celebrations. Always best with the quality. Always crowded that says the quality of the items made here. Very reasonable price. And worth for your money. I give 5stars. Cos I always buy cakes/pastries from icon the name it feels like mom taste😜

Tried pastry first, later on availed cake for my Son birthday & then nephew birthday! Very delicious cake & pastry! Staffs were down to earth.. very humble and accommodating to the requirements!

Took order for normal cake, eggless with moderate sugar. Delivered pastry just like normally how they do. If you cant stick to special requests, please don't take orders.. in the initial days they were good, standards dipping nowadays...

Think twice before taking the items here I am strongly recommend don't go to this shop. I took choco donuts and pastries, pastries are good but donuts was expired, my kid had one without notice that he got stomach upset. second one we saw its was expired very long back . I returned to the shop they replacing another one i refused that, but they not caring about the kids health. Expired items they selling.

Good pastry shop in this locality. Cakes are good. They take custom orders as well. Decently priced. Only 2 wheeler parking is available since the road in front is narrow and busy always.

Bought a red velvet half kilo pastry cake for birthday. It tasted little sour, and definitely not fresh. The leftover cake started getting fungus immediately the next day. They should either replace old pastry/ inform the customer if there’s any outdated ones. Unfortunately I was a regular customer to this shop.

The cakes here will be very good taste and different flavours of cakes are available here and the cost is also reasonable. I will buy the cake from here only for all my friends and colleagues bdays

One of the worest cake I have tasted ever, we have ordered one day before my son's b'day, they gave us the spoiled cake. My Kids fell sick after eating that cake. When we asked for refund their responce is horrable....I strongly recommend people not to buy any product from this bakery.....terrable experience....

Total worthless and spoilt day. My sons half year bday cake was literally spoilt they took more money and gave a normal cake after the promised time as well .. my event itself was spoiled by these people .. Also once they go ahead with cancellation of a cake they don’t return the amount . Make sure people who orders here are promised to have a happy event at the right time and satisfaction. Never ordering again though I was a regular customer.

Worst experience in terms of cake quality. We brought a cake on some special occasion but cake was fully spoild and smelly. We were so embarassed in front of our guests. When we reach out to shop then he tasted the cake and it was smelly for them as well but still they didn't take any responsibility for this cake and they didn't even returned anything for this spoiled cake. Very unprofessional behaviour. I would never recommend this shop. They are bad guys and not at all professional.

they sell expired items we bought donuts and they were stale and expired they are not bothered about selling fresh or hygenic stuff and are bothered only about money. it was a risk when we tried eating the donuts but realised they were old and stale. do not every risk your familes health by buying from this shop ever.

Came upon this new smart looking bakery just by chance. We happened to be in the area and were looking for eggless cake options. Bought a fresh cream pineapple cake. And boy were we surprised!! Simply yummm and delicious!! Great flavour and the right amount of moistness. Comparable with any upscale outlet in indiranagar. Currently the prices are very reasonable. Won't blame them if they hike them up for the quality they are maintaining. And no, I'm not getting anything in return from them for this 5 star postive review :))

Worst experience in this cake shop after placing the order 4 days before, they have made the delivery to wrong party and they agreed to replace with the item we hàve orderd. This was done in a hurry and the expected quality was not there. I never recommend this cake shop to anyone. Totally the birthday party is spoilled today.

I bought a cake which was having faul smell so i returned the cake even they were agreeing that cake was spoilt. So they ask that they will return the money which I never got. They gave me one contact number which was always unreachable and when I went to shop then they keep on saying that they will not return the money as it's not their fault. Any ways even if I immediately returned faul smelling cake they never returned my money back nor I got any fresh cake instead. They were very unprofessional people. They are totally froud people.
