Today I visited the center in Jafiliya, Dubai for my visa update process. I had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely supportive, professional, and well-behaved throughout the process. Their guidance and efficient service made everything smooth and hassle-free. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent customer service.

If negative ratings were possible, I would gladly give one. I have just experienced an extremely disappointing situation while applying for the Golden Visa. All of my colleagues were approved based on an overall salary of AED 30,000. However, in my case, I was suddenly told that only a basic salary of AED 30,000 would qualify. When I visited the immigration office to seek clarification, the staff member responded with complete indifference, simply stating that this was a newly introduced rule. Yet, there is no clear guideline published on the official website. Even if this is indeed a recent change, why was I not informed at the time of submitting my documents? As a result, I wasted AED 500 on processing fees. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Extremely awful service. The support team lacks sufficient knowledge of the main rules and procedures. The staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, and very frustrating to deal with when trying to obtain approval. In the end, I was unable to get my visa approved. I spent an entire day making calls without any result, and then visited Terminals 1 and 3, which was again completely useless. It was a total waste of time. Because of their poor service, my travel plans were ruined. This has been a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

This review is mainly about Amer service center that exists there nearby the immigration building, which, I have added to the map today, you can process all residency queries there in this office and you can luckily see the working hours I have concluded here in this review. At last, check the parking codes so you save time texting to the correct area code, check the screen shot too; parking will cost 2 dirhams per hour, if you park via text send to 7275 with plate number space zone number of hours. Hope you find my experience useful to you! Please note the screen shot for the parking is for explanation only.

I have an issue with my passport not being able to use the smart gate in the airport. After trying several different offices, no one knows the reason behind and how to provide a solution. Everyone keeps pushing the responsibility to other offices… also I have been told that all Chinese look the same and have the same name so automatically the smart gate machine can’t know who is who, which is kind of racist remark?!

Monthly 2 to 5 times i go there,they don’t allow without pcr test report if u want go inside we have to get the present pcr test report.its mandatory . I went there for my clients the have started a new company and tha company have partners but the GDRFA given two visa only .then again we given a request to them to get more visa then again they given one more visa. But the other partners didn’t get the visa. They are strictly said no more visa.

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لموظفي الادارة العامة للإقامة وشئون الاجانب المتميزين بمنطقة الجافلية بدبي وهم كل من ؛ الموظفة سعيدة حسن والموظف احمد خلفان وذلك لحسن التعامل مع المراجعين وحل الإشكاليات المتعلقة بخدمات الادارة العامة للجنسية والإقامة حيث تعرضت لمشكلة تتعلق ببيانات خادمة لم تكن على كفالتي ومضافة الي ملف الكفالات عندي رغم ذلك ولم تستطع اي جهة حلها سواء من تدبير او امر وعانيت كثيرا من كثرة المراجعات لتلك الجهات دون جدوى ولكن استطاعت الموظفة المتميزة سعيدة معرفة سبب المشكلة في النظام حلها من خلال مهارتها و إلمامها التام بمهام عملها فلها كل الشكر والتقدير على هذه الخدمة المتميزة وتمثيلها للإدارة التي تعمل بها بصورة مشرفة فضلا عن حسن تعاملها بروح طيبة واخلاق عالية كما أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير للموظف المتميز كذلك احمد خلفان؛ الذي كان على خلق طيب وحسن معاملة في توضيح سبب المشكلة نفسها ولديه حرفيه في التعامل مع الجمهور بأسلوب اخلاقي رغم كثرة مهام العمل وهو على المام تام ايضا بمهام عمله فلهم جميعا كل الشكر والتقدير على تمثيل جهة عملهم بصورة مشرفة تستحق الثناء والتقدير

قدمنا زيادة تاشيرات العمل و كل ما راجعنا قالوا انتظروا الرد اجباري مافي مراجعات لذلك الى ان حصلنا رفض بعد شهرين بدون ذكر اي سبب
