Amazing health center in F8. My full check-up went smoothly. They treated me with kindness and respect. The doctors are attentive and most importantly very kind and gentle. They are also very professional , precise and diligent. All my results were accessible within 24 hours of the tests. They even came to my home from their branch in Phase 4 and took my blood, stool and urine samples, so I was very comfortable taking those from the privacy of my home. There was always someone to guide us at the center. I have tried other health centers and hospitals in North America, Europe and the Middle East and this one is by far one of the best.

My doctor prescribed me for Fibroscan. I wonder that only IDC is providing this service as reputable Diagnostics centre. The Radiologist and PRO did an excellent services. It is a wonderful experience of visiting IDC its highly recommended.

Usually i do not write negative reviews, but my experience at the IDC F-8 branch for SEM/Semen Analysis was genuinely disappointing and highlighted an issue that seriously needs attention. While this branch may have excellent ratings for routine laboratory tests, I believe their setup for semen analysis is highly inadequate especially for first-time patients. There is no proper private or dedicated sample collection space available. Patients are expected to manage in what essentially feels like a public toilets used by all visitors, which creates immense discomfort, pressure, and anxiety. What made the experience worse was the lack of proper guidance or counseling from the staff regarding sample collection. Nobody explains the process professionally or helps patients feel comfortable in what is already a sensitive and stressful situation. Everyone appeared clueless, and the overall environment felt neither hygienic nor psychologically suitable for such a test. Some people may find this issue minor or even humorous, but it is actually a serious matter, particularly in Pakistan where discussions around male reproductive health already carry social anxiety and stigma. For a laboratory that claims to be among Islamabad’s leading diagnostic centers, this aspect requires urgent improvement. Due to the uncomfortable environment and pressure, I failed twice in a single day to provide the sample and eventually had to reschedule my test. I sincerely hope IDC takes this feedback constructively and creates a proper, hygienic, private, and dedicated space for SEM/Semen Analysis patients in the future.

I recently visited the F-8 branch for a USG KUB. The overall environment was pleasant, and the entire staff was cooperative and supportive. The lady receptionist at the sonography counter was especially polite and helpful. Moreover, Dr. Asim Rehman is an excellent professional who performed the sonography with great care and expertise. He was very polite, friendly, and reassuring throughout the procedure. Highly recommended for future visits.

Main post-Covid era se visit kar raha hoon aur hamesha inki reports bohot accurate aur technology state-of-the-art lagi hai. Best time visit karne ka early morning hai, kyunke us waqt rush aur delay ka issue nahi hota. Agar aapke paas IDC card ho to aapko 10 to 15% discount milta hai aur saath hi points bhi milte hain jo baad mein payment ke liye use kiye ja saktay hain. Overall highly recommended for reliable tests and diagnostics.

I went for a late night MRI. I arrived on time 15 minutes the appointment time as requested. Unfortunately the previous patient wasn't an punctual and I had to wait almost an hour for my turn. Staff was helpful and friendly. The equipment is new and modern so no complaints there. Pricing is transparent and reasonable.
