We had a veg pizza & panini. Both the dishes were excellent. But the Fresh Mango juice was very very disappointing. It was bland, tasteless, flavourless and flat and a spoiler. But the services offered by Jenlie were fantastic and soothing. Her services more than made up for everything.

Very disappointing experience. This is by far the worst Italian restaurant I’ve ever tried when it comes to pasta dishes. As shown in the picture, the gnocchi (70 AED) consisted of only a few pieces completely drowned in an excessively oily, buttery sauce. It was overwhelming and frankly unpleasant. Even trying to avoid the sauce was impossible, and I ended up with a stomach ache shortly after the meal due to how heavy and greasy it was. I genuinely don’t understand how an Italian restaurant can serve such unbalanced and poorly executed pasta. The other pasta dish we ordered had the exact same issue — far too much sauce, completely masking the pasta itself. It’s surprising to see that some people seem to enjoy it. Personally, I find it unacceptable. If you’re looking for good pasta, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. However, if you enjoy extremely rich, oily and buttery dishes, this might suit your taste — just keep in mind that such meals, when consumed regularly, are not the best choice for your health and may contribute to cardiovascular issues.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing — every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. The service was just as impressive. A special thank you to Erwin, who truly made our lunch exceptional. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. His professionalism and friendly attitude added such a personal touch to the whole experience. And to top it all off… I hit the jackpot! They have a fun dice game where if you roll the same number on both dice, your meal is free — and we actually did it! What a fantastic and exciting surprise. It made an already perfect afternoon even more memorable. Amazing food, outstanding service, and a fun atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! 🎲✨

Ordered for delivery too 1hour 10 mins even though we live 5mins away. Pasta decent Milkshakes were absolutely terrible Mojito was terrible. Full of sugar and little else. Half the mojito was spilt. The rice balls were also poor nobody liked. Having eaten here multiple times I would say don't order anything else except the pasta. Pasta is good. Pizza burger and literally everything else is poor. And the process they charge are really high - for good pasta ok worth but for other bad dishes definitely not worth it. They put tape all over the boxes and the drinks because their packaging is poor that it doesn't not leaking. The tape is hard to get off when trying to eat and drink. Overall experience not great because of these things.

Warm, welcoming restaurant situated in Al Firsan mall. Im normally not fond of pizzas, but decided to have a Spicy Chicken Ranch pizza as a change of taste. It was one of the best pizzas I've had, meaty, with a generous topping of salad. Excellent service. The supervisor, Mr Shady, was very helpful in navigating the menu too as we are not too familiar with Italian food.size too is generous!Highly recommended.

This branch of Il Forno is absolutely amazing. The staff were very kind and friendly, especially Erwin, who was the waiter that attended to us. We had the 4 cheese and spicy chicken ranch pizza with fries and wings, and they all were very fresh and tasted phenomenal. I would highly recommend people in the area looking for good Italian food to eat here.

We’re frequent visitors of Il Forno, but this branch truly exceeded our expectations. The service here is simply outstanding! Mohamed and his team went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food, as always, was exceptional. But it's rare to find a place where the food and service are equally impressive.

The food was amazing and the service was good. The staff are really helpful and polite. The ambience is nice but I prefer the lights a little dimmer but overall an amazing experience. Would recommend!

In this shopping mall, there are two Italian restaurants facing each other. This time, let's try dine in this one first. If there's a chance, we can try the other one next time. Talking about the taste at this restaurant, the seafood pizza here is absolutely fantastic. The crust is crispy, the cheese is fragrant, and there's plenty of seafood on top of the pizza. As for the avocado prawn menu, it's incredibly aromatic with herbs. The Fettuccine with truffle sauce is the best dish I've ever had. That’s all I can say.

The area was amazing and very clean. Our food was so good and very fresh. There were no problems with the staff, they were all so kind. We loved it.

Recently went for dinner with my family to try their new menu pizza's and desserts. First time I tried their sea food pizza that really too good filled with lots of shrimps and squid and doesn't smelly too! Loaded with lots of chesse. Chicken wings was too good with ranch.. Always their pasta and pizza are the best in the world no words say.., 🤤🤤🍕. One must try their mango tiramisu was too good definitely fresh mangos and chesse was aboustely divine.

The food is undoubtedly excellent and it comes in massive quantity.

It's a good experience, and the service is so good. They are very helpful and polite, specially Erwin and Michael who went the extra mile to make sure that we have a yummy experience at the best price.

Heavenly delicious and a great choice for cheese lovers ✅ Fettuccine Cajun Alfredo: This is a must try for cheese lovers ❤️ Made in yummiest cheesy creamy white sauce that would instantly made you fall in love with this signature dish ✅ Lasagna Di Pollo : One of the best lasagna I had so far 👌 ✅Spicy Chicken Ranch Pizza : Heavily topped with Cheese, tender grilled chicken ,veggies and ranch sauce. ✅ Mango Tiramisu : After being a fan of Il Forno’s famous classic tiramisu , this one is surely going to be my new favorite from now on 😋 A must try !!
