Jessa and Fawzy, you made me welcome through phone calls and at the very moment i arrived. Jessa were very knowledgeable about their promotions and took the time to explain everything clearly, which we really appreciated. What truly stood out was the special complimentary Fawzy gave us—it completely made our night and added a personal touch to our visit. Little gestures like that show how much they care about their customers. I would also like to extend my thanks to Marvin and Nick for assisting us while Jessa was on break. Overall, the service, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding. We genuinely enjoyed our dine-in experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I celebrated my son’s 13th bday in this restaurant. It looks like we’re in Italy 🇮🇹! The food is nice: Fish and Chips (for my son) Pasta and Carbonara 🍝 Pepperoni and Barbecue Pizza 🍕 Mozzarella Sticks (my two son’s most fav) Garlic Bread 🥖 The staff is so nice and friendly. I would want to visit this restaurant again and again!

The food was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming—especially Fawzy, who provided excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Italian cuisine; the complimentary ice cream was a lovely touch, and the awards are well deserved.

Amazing experience at Il Forno! Ordered the Lasagna di Mari - seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. Il Forno Pizza was cheesy and delicious. Passion Mojito and Summer Blue Mojito were refreshing! I had a wonderful dining experience at Il Forno in Al Ghurair. The food was absolutely delicious—honestly better than I expected. I’ve been craving authentic Italian food ever since I arrived in the UAE, and this place truly satisfied that craving. Special mention to Osman, my waiter, who was very attentive and made sure I was enjoying my meal, checking on me from time to time. He even treated me to free homemade ice cream, which I really enjoyed. We also had a pleasant chat, and his warm, hospitable nature made the experience even more memorable. Both the food and the service were exceptional. Thank you, Il Forno, for such a great experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still thinking about this place! I visited Il Forno a year ago and the meal was so good it’s still on my mind. The lasagna was excellent—rich, authentic, and perfectly cheesy. Their spaghetti was also top-tier and cooked exactly right. If you're looking for great Italian food, this is the spot. I'm definitely due for a return visit soon!

I came with a friend, started to check the menu and we decided to have 2 pizzas, the order taker started the rapport badly and corrected our spelling to the pizzas names rudely, the pizzas was with cola, potato wedges and chicken wings (an offer), we decided to have one thick and one thin, came 2 thin pizzas, and the order taker which looks like a manger didn’t even apologize, waited till we finish eating and asked all good? Mentioned the issue, he smiled and said would you like to change the pizza for you? I said with a smile when? We already ate, he said M3lsh and left, my friend wanted ice for the cola that took him more than 10 minutes and came with the same m3lsh, the food was good, the service was very bad. Disturbed our evening.

exceeded our expectations truly amazing authentic Italian restaurant. we ordered the Bresaola pizza and the spicy honey pepperoni pizza and they were both phenomenal. for antipasti we went for Bruschetta alla feta and classic caprese; mozzarella de bufalo was so fresh its insane. Special thanks to our waiter Ali he made the experience so special🩷 will definitely be back.

My favorite Italian restaurant in the UAE. I love the music, the ambiance and the interiors of the place. It feels like I'm brought to a different era and country not only with their culinary masterpieces but because of the place itself. The food is exceptional specially the oceanica and pepperoni pizza. The ice cream, the drinks and the chicken wings are a must try too. Manager Ibrahim's service is truly amazing. He never fails to give more information and assist us from time to time. Kudos as well to the waiter Osama for his impeccable service. Together with Fawzy and all the other staff, they welcomed all of us with smiles.

Visited IL Forno at Al Ghurair Centre recently. We tried the Pasta Summer Salad which was really nice, and the Penne Pasta was fantastic — definitely a highlight! The French Fries were okay but didn’t quite meet my expectations; I was hoping for something a bit better. As for the IL Forno pizza, the taste was decent but fairly standard, nothing extraordinary compared to other pizzas. Overall, a good experience with some standout dishes. Would recommend giving their pasta a try!
