Honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had, had to leave after the mani although I had also booked a pedicure, as well. The woman who was assigned to me was super unfriendly, I would even call it an aggressive attitude (never met anyone quite like that in all my time in Kurdistan…) and on top they wouldn’t let me sit next to my friend although we had booked together. We left half way through and went to the nail salon right next door instead where we had a really nice pedicure experience.

The best facial I ever did it’s in Il’bella . I’m a regular customer there. They use a really quality products . With your job my face became a REALLY GLOW CLEAN SMOOTH for my oily skin with big pores - it’s a first time result like that great and remain for few months !!!! I’m usually coming once in 2-3 months and also after 4-5 sessions my face is MUCH BETTER AT All than one year ago !!! And your laser is great - THE MOST UNPAINFUL LASER in Erbil and really effective! I just love you, guys ! You do your job great ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Shocking, and my comment was deleted on their instagram page!!!! Very disappointed , and terrible costumer service They gave us wrong directions spent 20 mins looking for the location then at the end we didn’t even had a chance to enter inside the receptionist was talking to was so rude with no manners as if we are doing the service for free !!!!! And we are paying 60+ $ for it What a waste of time ! Not recommend for anyone to go there

Eye lash extension is really bad , it looks good but its low quality hair and the glue gave me allergy. Not recomended .

Highest quality I have found in Erbil, with exceptional service and professionalism. But the nail art is exceptional. Well worth the cost.
