illy Caffe American Dream

It’s a small cafe located inside the American Dream Mall, but they have a good selection. There are various macarons, cupcakes, croissants, and other baked goods, along with a wide range of coffee options. What stood out the most was how friendly the staff were. It’s right next to the food court, so it’s a great spot to grab a coffee after a meal or while taking a break from shopping.

Illy cafe was almost right at the center of the mall. Very close to kids play area and few other shops . We looked at the ice cream and decided to order one . Service was very slow :( had to wait for a long time ! Billing was slow too. Ice cream taste was good. They also sold carbonated drinks . Good experience overall . 4 stars . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Conveniently located inside American mall.. fantastic products and great service. Nice and quick and very helpful staff . . Parking in the small is a big headache and also time-consuming, especially on weekends and peak hours… the mall is slightly away from South Jersey and Central Jersey within an hour drive.. It’s still worth a visit once in six months…

We were hungry when we arrived at the American Dream Mall so we promptly made our way up the Coca Cola Eats food court on the 3rd floor in Court C of the vast Mall. After our eating our food from the King Kong Express & Popeyes stalls, I went to the Illy Cafe stall to buy my wife a large cafe latte with just one shot of coffee, a large English breakfast tea and a slice of their delicious tiramasu cake for me, which came to very reasonable total of $20. My wife had said she didn't want any desert but she ended up eating the tiramasu because it was so good and I had to go back and get another slice just for me, which cost another $9! The really friendly & helpful server laughed when I told her that the extra slice was just for me as my wife had eaten the first one all by herself🤣 We enjoyed the drinks & tiramasu so much we returned to the cafe to have the same drinks and another slice of cake just before we caught our bus back to NYC and we were served by a different but equally helpful & friendly server. The food court and the vast mall didn't have many visitors when we went on a Wednesday, so there was plenty of seating at and near the cafe.

The service was good but the coffee was not it taste like burn and even that I requested double shots coffee it was more milky, the macron was fine not that tasty.

Convenient and ideally situated in middle of food court. Decent selection of pastries & sweets. Cappuccino came out smooth & flavorful. illy really knows their coffee and I prefer this over many other top franchises. The peach pastry was delicious and I couldn’t get enough of it. Each bite made you wanting more. Nice spot to rest after all the shopping

I really needed a pick me up because this mall was much bigger than I had anticipated. I went to the Illy Cafe by the garden, and ordered an Americano. It was great, Perfect actually. It was exactly what I needed, and the barista (her name was Vanessa) that made it for me was so nice! I asked her if she knew where some stores were, and she quickly pointed me in the right direction. All in all, it was a great experience shopping after this interaction since I knew where I was going. I’ll definitely visit this café again.

Great place to grab some Coffee, Snacks & Ice-cream in the American Dream Mall. Located at the centre of the Dine Area with good seating places. Very clean and well maintained place… our Order was taken in quick time and got the same served in no time. We went on a Weekend ie. Sunday Evening and the place was not crowded (not much waiting time as well). The Staffs were very courteous and pleasant, we will definitely visit this place again.

I love this place and the food was amazing. the gelato on the first floor made my stomach feel amazing. The staff was amazing at the first floor and they were very fast. the chocolate croissant was probably imported from France and it tasted amazing. I loved the new drink from illy and I completely recommend this and keep it up

Perfect Coffee Stop – Strong, Smooth, and Quick! I stopped by Illy Café at American Dream for a quick coffee, and it did not disappoint! I ordered a black coffee, and it was absolutely perfect—strong, rich, and full of flavor without being bitter. You can really taste the quality of the beans. It had the boldness I was looking for, but it was also super smooth. The service was fast and efficient, which I really appreciated. Even though the mall was busy, I got my coffee quickly without any hassle. It’s a great spot to grab a quality cup of coffee while shopping or taking a break. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is nice and welcoming. If you’re a coffee lover and appreciate a strong, flavorful brew, I definitely recommend stopping here. I’ll be back for sure!

I visited this café today, and the woman wearing the headscarf was extremely rude. I truly don’t understand why people who can’t provide basic customer service choose to work in a customer-facing job. If you can’t be polite to people, this is not the right role. I ordered a coffee, and it wasn’t sweet enough, so I went back to the gentleman who helped me to ask for sugar. Out of nowhere, she came over and said, “What does she want?” in a rude, annoyed tone not out of concern, but as if my request was an inconvenience. That attitude was completely unnecessary. If this is how the employees treat customers, I won’t be returning.

A coffee shop on level 1 of American Dream mall. They’ve got a good location as it’s right next to the central garden they’ve got. They’ve got a bunch of tables around. Got the carrot cake and the Almond Rose Caffe Latte iced and it was wayyyyyyyyy tooooooooo sweeet. A big big thumbs down overall and do not recommend it. Perhaps they’ve got other things on the menu that are better.

Another time of the service being impeccable ! Whenever I go I request for Nancy because she’s so sweet and treats me like a friend. She never lets me down and always asks how I’m doing! I had a caramel frappe and it was amazing!

I was so drain when I got to the mall, and I was so happy to see a cafe. Gotta say it’s good coffee fore sure, the moment I took it, I could felt the boost right away! It super charge me even when I head to sleep still a bit of left over there…lol

My husband and I went to the 1st floor cafe and we ordered a candy corn latte. 1st they gave us completely wrong drinks and when we did receive our order it was so terrible it tasted nothing like candy corn. It tasted like bitter black coffee. The cashier never greeted us or even smiled, she seemed tired or something. It was our first time here and our last.

As everyone can see through my profile for reason related to my job I have to travel a lot and most of my reviews are related to Starbuck and their triple shot of espresso.. I am a coffee addicted person. Finally I found a small coffee shop inside this mall that proudly saying has the best ever coffee and croissants. Don't know how and why but these people really know what are they doing. Easily to say you can see it from the queue in the picture that this place is serving real Italian espresso. The lady inside the bar was very helpful and her costumer service was way beyond the" what would you like" Great great👏👏👏👏👏👏

Finally I found a place that knows what coffee means! Delicious full of flavor! Also this place has a lot of assortments to enjoy the coffee and invite friends as well! Great service from the staff "Thank you for the great added value to my routine now!" Highly recommended! Great values for the price served!

I got a double shot espresso and a tiramisu at Illy at third floor and it was very good. The tiramisu was delicious. Real Italian taste!

Too small of a portion and the cup is generic maybe from Amazon. Tastes good and came out fast though.

Never usually write reviews me and my daughter came to illy to grab drinks the sweet lady with glasses and a head scarf recommend the best drinks. l couldn’t get her name due to people behind me. Anyways, might have been the best coffee l had. Screw starbucks or dunkin. Illy is real and authentic. I appreciate her vibe and attitude dearly.

I honestly have never had a more satisfying experience. The coffee is perfect, the desserts are delicious and the ice cream is also very good. I also happened to meet one of the most interesting people as well, (she said her name was Tia) made me the most delicious and beautiful latte art I've ever had. I never leave reviews, I felt obligated to the barista on who served me. Even the woman who took my order was very kind and communicative. Well done to the owners who have such a wonderful and dedicated staff.
