This staggering lack of accountability is bad enough, but their communication tactics are truly the hallmark of fraudulent activity. They are masters of avoidance. They have consistently cut my phone calls, they have ignored every single one of my emails, and they provide absolutely zero response or updates. It is clear they have taken the payment and decided to vanish. They are not simply delayed; they are actively avoiding contact and holding my money hostage. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for months, but the consistent, deliberate silence confirms my conclusion: Impact Journals is a complete sham. These people are setting up shop just to scam hard-earned money from unsuspecting customers. Save yourself the financial loss and the immense frustration. Do not engage with Impact Journals. You will regret it. Final Verdict: SCAM. Run the other way.

After 12 months of waiting (not the promised timeline), I have zero deliverables, zero communication, and $1,000 irretrievably lost. This is my urgent alert to anyone considering them: DO NOT PAY A DIME. YOU WILL BE ROBBED. From day one, red flags were everywhere. I paid nearly $1,000 upfront for what was supposed to be straightforward publishing support. What followed was a masterclass in evasion. 100% SCAM. Avoid at all costs.

I had published some of my papers with Impact journals, I really appreciate the professionalism the way they handled and get my paper published in Scopus / PubMed based journals. What I really like about them is they gets the paper published in the journals which I choose it unlike some other are unable to get published. They were able to give necessary supporting documents from the Indexing platform to show the journal Active status and flow of the process.

Kindly do not publish with this journal in SCOPUS or WOS. They are collecting money in the name of publication, but they publish papers in cloned journals (a fake website looks just like SCOPUS indexed journal name and ISSN no. and everything) I paid 14500 to them and I lost the money because they published in a fake journal. No response from their end and they did not give back my money either. Kindly do not pay them if told that they will publish in SCOPUS or WOS.

I published 3 papers with them in the Chinese Journal of Aeronautical Materials last year. It was a clone site and a totally fake journal. I lost my research works because of their unethical act. So be careful

This is a fake publication service. they promised me to publish in Scopus indexed journal and published my paper in Trojan website for China Petroleum Processing and Petrochemical Technology journal

Initiate refund of 13000/- which is taken in the name of Publishing paper in Scopus Index Journal 2 month back, but not published yet and not replying on mail or phone.

No star.... pleas mentioned Scopus indexing on paper with proper page number..it seems duplicate paper
