Arn't even worth of 1 star, i wish there was a negative rating. Very rude staffs and not ready to help the customers over money minded barbarians. We checked-in 3 hrs prior and all process cleared, we were even 15 mins prior at the gate but they told we couldn't get this flight. Loss of amount and time and mainly paying 14k extra now. This is utter nonsense.

Travelling today from Chennai to coimbatore by 6.20 am flight but they have closed the gate prior to check in timing and not allowed me to take the flight and wantedly pushed me to 9.45 am flight by charging me additional amount of rs 1374 for no mistake of mine and I am waiting in the airport since 4.25am for my flight at 6.20am. All staff at the gate, ticket counter and address.manager customer service are arrogant in their behaviour and absolutely no passenger friendly. Is Indigo planning to make out their losses in this way. Very worst service, will never fly with indigo and for sure will not allow my known sources to fly by indigo. I am a frequent flier with indigo and for the delay in in departure to technical snag or due to arrival of connecting flights indigo doesn't pay any compensation to their passengers. Since Chennai is silent airport and I have seen last call in the screen and went to boarding gate. They stopped me staying the gates are closed and I will not be allowed to board the flight. After completing their boarding work for the visage flight they reported in the system that I reported by 6.6 and they cancelled my boarding. I have to pay 1374 rupees additional charges and also to wait in the airport for almost 3 hours. Very bad and worst service from indigo. Never fly with indigo for haven sake. Regards

Their flights are not good.. bad employees behaviour.. some time town bus may be better clean than indigo flights. Below picture always remind abt their quality staffs.now a day's the brand loss it's credibility..... lot of peoples avoid to fly with indigo .... ... really bad employees behaviour issues trending in all social medias.

I had a connecting flight from chennai to delhi and then to Lucknow. The flight are dirty and filthy. The food was cold like taken out from refrigerator, and the hostess in the flight told we serve food at cabin temperature I had a laptop bag and a cabin bag which I comfortably travelled with from chennai to delhi and suddenly out of nowhere from delhi rule changed now I can’t carry the stroller as now it is counted as 2 bags. The associate at the boarding gate was very rude in informing that. I also felt discriminated as there were travellers who were travelling the way I was and they could carry their bag. I think there are enough option in market now and no one really need to travel Indigo. It’s Lean but definitely not clean

Worst flight, never use this flight, I was have flight of chennai to Delhi, they closed the door 35min prior to departure, which should be 25min and they have refused to refund. Totally unhelpful n cheaters. Anyone Plz don't use this flight better use other flights as spice jet etc.

I used to travel in Indigo many times and really enjoyed the journey. But today (22nd Nov 2021) the journey from Delhi to chennai in 23.05 flight was entirely different. There were airhostesses. Unfortunately their attitude were arrogant and ignorant. They did not bother to ask the passengers what we need during food serving. They were acting like robots. Also they were not bothered to collect the wastes and told " keep it in the front seat back". Even a passenger travelled without mask the whole flight and they didn't notice it...Hope my next journey with Indigo will give me good experience like before...

The flight we boarded for Chennai from Delhi on 22nd Jan, was late by 15 minutes due to congestion landing was late, but as we boarded everything was clean and arranged. Thanks to very courteous staff.

Bad flight experience when return from Dubai to Chennai on 4 Oct 2018 .. when entering flight bad urine smell all the time...after a hour AC was not working.. flight was very hot and we were sweating...staff say it's working but no use... DON'T recommend to anyone..😢

Great service by the indigo employees. Highly recommended to their airlines for their good service and great hospitality. My expectations are fullfilled by indigo airlines. My dream comes true by travelling in Flight.

Poor service. No one knows where is parcel. It is like self help system. You find your parcel and stand in different queue to process formalities. "RAM BHAROSE" - No one to guide you, help you. Pathetic

worst flight experience ever

Neat & clean airlines, my suggestion is to provide snack/food to customers similar to Jet Airways or Air India

in chennai and lucknow both we survive the rude behaviour by staff .they didnt announce properly ..mr vivek as a manager inchennai airport.

No announcements in Tamil language (flying between Madurai and Chennai). Found lot of mosquitoes in flight (trains are much better)

They dont give complementory meal for everyone. Pressure inside plane was such that my ears started paining.

Very worst airline to travel. The staffs are totally arrogant and attitude very worst experience. Don't prefer to travel in this airline.
