I had an excellent experience at this eye hospital. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, patient, and explain every detail clearly. The staff is polite, supportive, and well-trained, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

It has been a wonderful experience . We had lot of doubts about the IVF procedure but the way the doctors have treated us and made us comfortable and also the nursing staff is very good attending the patient. We are very happy that we chose this center and got the results that we desire

Please avoid such greedy doctors. My wife just had a boil and she suggested to administer full anesthesia, and clean her wound while she get unconscious. Also prescribed some tests which we had to take in her hospital only, which is okay but there wasn't any need of those tests when we consulted another doctor. It just had to be cleaned and dressing has to be done on it, nothing else as she was suggesting. Instead of all that, her only concern was that how to pull money out of pockets. Went to another surgeon and they cleaned the wound and applied dressing on it and that's all. It was just that I was smart enough to understand fraud that's been going on at this place and left immediately.

The staff’s behavior is very polite. The doctor and all the staff are attentive and caring. The hospital has also been taking regular follow-ups.

Poor service, very bad attitude no time management skills, taking opd hai ot on same time . hectic day no relaxation, infact government hospital are far better they take charges of gloves also .very very time consuming even in dnc procedure they took around 4-5hrs .no private service very bad management

Aruna khandelwal bhut achi or experience vali doctor hai...mera or doctor ne cash bigaad diya ta...aruna mam agar cash nahi smbhalti to shayad me mar jati...aruna mam ka behavior bhi bhut acha hai...

The doctor is very rude. She does not answer to the questions properly. Does not treat the patient with care and shows arrogance. Not recommended. Felt insulted to consult and talk to such arrogant person. They are behind money. She needs to learn some manners. Edit: The purpose of reviews is to share experiences, both positive and negative. It's unfortunate that my encounter with the doctor did not reflect the empathy you describe as a standard. It's important for patients to feel comfortable and respected when seeking medical attention.

Doctor here is very expirienced. One should never doubt her treatment. Her diagnose is excellent. Her hospital bills is fairly priced. Cleaning in hospital rooms is like hotels. Bathrooms are very clean. I had seen people from banglore and gurgaon coming to this hospital for deliveries. Thank u mam and sir for delivering my baby healthy and getting us satisfied.
