I applied for a position in this company back in the month of August through a job consultant. After waiting for an interview call for a month, I was disappointed to find that my CV was not shortlisted, and out of curiosity, when I asked for a reason to my job consultant, I received a mind boggling reply. Here is what they said : "there is a guy named Brendon who is in operations, he was the one who had taken my interview back in 2020 and since I wasn't selected back then, based on his past so called memory, now he would not take an interview of mine in his entire career. I believe all the company has a cooling period, this company has a fooling period. What a lovely joke it was... I am pretty sure this company is full of jerks like Brendon. Don't waste your efforts and time for this company.. a big CHEAT.

I had a disappointing experience with Interactive Brokers. After opening and closing just one trade on the same day, they flagged me as a pattern day trader — despite this clearly not meeting the standard criteria. This severely restricted my account, and I was unable to trade options the way I intended. I tried to resolve the issue, but found their support to be unhelpful and inflexible. I’ve since closed my account and moved to a more accommodating brokerage.

Pathetic stuff, I am an individual investor, it was an absolute mockery of my time, I came all the way from Thane to their Andheri main office to ask some important details about international investing and foreign exchange rules etc., they simply didn't allow me to meet them, and told me that we only deal in an online manner, we will never meet you physically, they didn't even allow me to enter the building. This is not the right way to treat your potential clients, absolutely disgusted with this approach. International investing is anyway complicated, an investor needs to feel confident and secure to be able to it. Without a surety of these things how will a person feel safe while investing abroad. Did not expect such a poor service from interactive brokers.

The process is tedious and wasteful. After 2 months of going to and fro with documents. All my documents were uploaded and sent to on email as well. I am now informed that the physical documents will have to be sent in confirmation. Franky speaking, I got burnt out with the process and requested money back. Fanastic experice with IBKR.uk and .com but IBKR.in is just meant to make life difficult.

Does IBKR provide trading ideas or strategies to its investors everyday? Is the screen shot one of ibkr's official apps
