من به همراه خانواده در هتل اینترکنتیننتال ترکیه اقامت داشتم و تجربه کلی ما رضایت‌بخش بود. اولین نکته مثبت این هتل، موقعیت مکانی فوق‌العاده آن است؛ دسترسی راحت به نقاط مهم شهر و در عین حال محیطی آرام و دلنشین برای استراحت. اتاق‌ها بسیار تمیز، مرتب و با دکوراسیونی شیک و مدرن بودند. ویوی اتاق ما واقعاً زیبا بود و باعث شد اقامتمان لذت‌بخش‌تر شود. همچنین صبحانه هتل بسیار متنوع و باکیفیت بود؛ انواع غذاها و نوشیدنی‌ها برای سلیقه‌های مختلف در دسترس بود که این بخش را به یکی از نقاط قوت اصلی هتل تبدیل می‌کند. با این حال، چند نکته وجود داشت که به نظرم برای یک هتل پنج‌ستاره قابل بهبود است. ما دو اتاق رزرو کرده بودیم، اما در یکی از اتاق‌ها پک چای و چای‌ساز وجود نداشت. علاوه بر این، چیزی که بیشتر توجهم را جلب کرد، نبودن مسواک در اتاق‌ها بود. به نظر من مسواک جزو اقلام ضروری است و انتظار می‌رود در چنین سطحی از هتل‌ها، مثل شامپو و صابون، به صورت پیش‌فرض برای مهمانان قرار داده شود. شاید این موضوع برای بعضی مهمانان کوچک به نظر برسد، اما برای کسانی که مسافرت طولانی دارند، اهمیت زیادی دارد. در مجموع، هتل اینترکنتیننتال ترکیه تجربه‌ای خوب و آرامش‌بخش را برای ما رقم زد. اگر این جزئیات کوچک نیز برطرف شوند، بدون شک می‌تواند یکی از بهترین گزینه‌ها برای اقامت در ترکیه باشه

محل هتل عالیه، هتل بسیار شیک و در عین حال گرون،اتاق ها به نظرم می تونست یک کم بزرگتر باشه، مشکلی که اتاق داشت پریز کنار تخت نداشت و روشنایی اتاق هم با چراغ خواب بود، لامپ نداشت پول وای فای اتاق جدا محاسبه میشه که اینم به نظرم نقطه منفیشه

میتونم بگم یکی از بهترین اقامت هام در ترکیه بود، احترام کارکنان و همه چیز، پارکینگ پولی بود که یکم زد توی ذوقم

هتل بسیار خوب و ویژگی های بسیار خوب هست. اتاقهاش واقعا منظره زیبایی دارن. هزینه هتل به نسبت امکانات واقعا خوب هست.

My parents and I really enjoyed staying at the Intercontinental during our visit to Istanbul. Everyone we meet, was so kind and hospitable. They made us feel very welcome. We especially appreciated the amazing team at the Brassiere. We loved the delicious Turkish breakfast, enjoying traditional Turkish food like Menemen, Sucuk with cheese, Simit + Bal & Tereyağı. Special thank you to Victoria. Also, thank you to the amazing people at City Lights Bar. The view from the top of the Intercontinental is unforgettable.

Extremely well located, excellent service, the reception area was remade about 5 years ago, as well as 1 floor (former lounge area, which is now transferred on GF). But the rooms are now well beyond their due date of renovation. Albeit you still have fantastic bosphorus views from a number of rooms, all hotel rooms are showing clearly it has been 20 years without any in room renovation. I could hear my neighbour coughing thru the wall, or his TV, it was so bad that at 23h15 I asked to be moved to another room. Price was OK during my last stay, considering the location and hotel services, note that the pool is only outdoor and not accessible from November to April. However the spa is very nice. B/fast is very good. This hotel location is unbeatable, next to Taksim and above Besiktas,, not far from Pera.

This hotel was where I stayed toward the end of my trip as I wrapped up my travels in Türkiye and Greece. About a year ago, I had a very satisfying stay at an InterContinental hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, so based solely on my trust in the brand, I chose InterContinental again for this trip. Once again, the experience fully lived up to my expectations. The hotel’s excellent location made it especially convenient for exploring the city, and the spacious and comfortable room, the consistently kind and attentive staff, and the high-quality breakfast all contributed to an even more enjoyable stay. It was somewhat disappointing that I could not use the swimming pool due to my winter visit, and I also found the fitness center’s equipment selection to be less diverse than expected. Nevertheless, these were minor points compared to how positive the overall experience was. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and if I visit Istanbul again in the future, my intention to return is 100%. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

An Exceptional Stay at InterContinental Istanbul! Our experience at the InterContinental Istanbul was nothing short of superb. The location is absolutely perfect; situated right next to Taksim Square, it offers incredible access to the city's vibrant culture, transport links, and historical sites, yet provides a peaceful and refined retreat after a day of exploration. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable service. Every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was professional, genuinely warm, and highly attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and offer every modern amenity. If you can, book a Bosphorus view room—the sunrise and sunset views over the strait are absolutely breathtaking and a memory we will cherish forever. The dining options and the quality of the breakfast were also outstanding. We highly recommend the InterContinental Istanbul for anyone seeking a truly five-star experience in Istanbul. It's the perfect blend of Turkish hospitality and world-class standards.

Konumu gerçekten çok etkileyici. Taksim’e yürüme mesafesinde olmasına rağmen oldukça sakin ve prestijli bir atmosferi var. Özellikle Boğaz manzaralı odalar İstanbul’un tüm karmaşasını yukarıdan izliyormuş hissi veriyor. Odalar geniş, temiz ve konforlu. Yataklar oldukça rahat, temizlik ve düzen konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Otelin genelinde klasik ama zamansız bir lüks anlayışı hissediliyor. Personel son derece profesyonel ve ilgili. Girişten çıkışa kadar her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, bu da konaklamayı çok daha keyifli hale getiriyor. Spa, havuz ve ortak alanlar bakımlı ve huzurlu. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve kalitesi de beklentinin üzerinde. Hem iş seyahati hem de keyifli bir İstanbul konaklaması için gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

I don’t recommend this place due to lack of experience and not being honest! Last week on Friday we were in the city lights bar , and we asked after paying our bill to register it under our IHG membership, we were told that they can do it only through reception,after arriving to talk to the first employee who could not help us, he asked his manager to come and help, the manger made fun of us and said he registered the bill and until now we have nothing received. Here i am not telling you about this story for the points, i just told what happened to let you know 2 issues: first to put people who can really be in charge, second to educate them not to make fun and lie to their clients! Never again.

I had a very disappointing experience. There is no transfer available from the airport, the metro station has no elevators, and the hotel itself is barely accessible if you go with a stroller and/or some luggage. Breakfast costs 40 EUR per person and is just okay at best, and offer of food and drinks is quite limited. Even with Gold reward status, check-in takes a long time. The amenities are outdated and show clear signs of wear, and the mattress is heavily used and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you have no other choice.

There is not much to say. The hotel is really better than the place called doubletree. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is possible to reach the most important locations of Istanbul either on foot or by single vehicle. Only the friend who carried my luggage was a bit sullen, maybe he had experienced something, I don't know. Other than that, it's close to perfect. I stayed a couple of months ago.

Perfect experience. I have been to several intercontinental hotels and other 5 star hotels, this might be the best hotel I ever stayed. All the stuffs are well trained and friendly,the room is good and the price is not very high. I will want to come back if I ever visit Istanbul again.

I was disappointed with the service here and the attitude of the staff. It was the most disappointing day when I visited Honeymoon on my Turkiye. Because of the day here, all the memories of the trip changed bad. The bathroom was not empty and was full of sanitary pads. I told the staff, but they did not ask me in detail or apologize. We were not good at English, so we asked questions on a translator and turned around, and a female employee laughed at us. It felt really bad. Many people were kind, but this place was not. If you look forward to five-star hotel service, please visit another place. And our check-out time was 12 o'clock, and the cleaner knocked on our room from 11:25 and told us to clean it. These were services that I couldn't tell what the case was.

Ich würde das Hotel auf jedenfall empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zwar leider etwas abgewohnt ( aber gepflegt) und die Bad Armaturen in einem wirklich schlechten Zustand, aber ansonsten war das Hotel und die Einrichtungen wie Gym Spa etc wirklich toll. Bitte beachten Sie dass es keinen Innenpool gibt. Das Frühstück ist wirklich vielfältig und hochwertig, wobei der Service leider oft vieles vergisst, oft kamen unsere Bestellungen nicht , einmal sollten wir uns an einen Tisch setzen, er wurde aber nur zu hälfe abgeräumt und sauber gemacht, wir mussten nochmal jemanden finden der alles weggeräumt.

My parents and I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel for 10 days and were very pleased with all the facilities and staff. I would like to express my special thanks to the breakfast restaurant staff, chefs and waiters. Their contribution, especially GIZEM, to my wonderful time was invaluable. Gizem's very gentle and respectful treatment, hospitality and friendliness are commendable. Gizem's contribution to the fact that my parents want to stay at the InterContinental Istanbul Hotel again on their next trip is certainly due to Gizem. My experience with InterContinental Istanbul has been mostly very pleasant. I was given a room in a high floor as requested, and it was quite nice, especially the view! The location is good, it's within walking distance to Taksim Square and some bus stops (the buses are super unreliable tho). The front desk staff and concierge were also very helpful and welcoming. When I told them that the bathtub need a bit more detailed cleaning they took it into their hands and immediately sent someone over, and compensated me for the discomfort. I also tried the breakfast buffet, which was nice, but compared to other InterContinental hotels, I thought the choices of food were rather limited. Though the reason I wanted to come to this hotel was for the heated pool, which happened to be closed during the time I stayed there (my bad, should've double checked in advance). But overall, I loved my stay and will very likely to stay at the hotel again if I'm coming back to Istanbul👌🏻

expected high quality hotel. my room 1224 was surprisingly noisy during the night, noise comes from the main street with heavy traffic. Great bar at the highest floor. Very good breakfast. Attentive staff. Good location.
