We recently stayed at the InterContinental Hotel Jeddah for two nights with our family of four, including two adults and two children, and overall it was a very pleasant experience worthy of a five-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The front desk staff, although clearly overwhelmed due to a busy counter, remained calm, professional, and genuinely kind. The gentleman at reception went out of his way to accommodate us and generously upgraded us to a spacious room with two queen-size beds. The room was large, comfortable, and perfect for a family, offering plenty of space for both adults and kids to relax. The hotel itself reflects luxury, cleanliness, and classic InterContinental standards. Public areas were well maintained, and the overall ambiance felt warm and welcoming for families. The only downside during our stay was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was producing excess humidity in the room. We promptly reported the issue, and management reacted quickly by sending an engineer. However, despite the effort, the problem could not be resolved, and we eventually had to switch the AC off. Aside from this minor inconvenience, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The excellent service, spacious accommodation, and friendly staff made our family stay memorable, and we would gladly consider returning in the future.

Staff is good and they are welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is old in general but my concern was on the cleanings to be honest, they need to pay more attention as we spent the night itching and did not have a good night sleep. Location is great

I stayed there for 3 nights and it was a very pleasant experience the rooms were clean and neat the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Especially Hasan Sha’arawi who handled my many enquiries elegantly. I’m very grateful for my time i had in this place and i’ll defo repeat it again.

Everything was exceptionally clean, and there was clear attention to even the smallest details, which made the experience feel comfortable and luxurious. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, always ready to help with a genuine smile and positive spirit. I would especially like to thank Maali Trabelsi, Asalah Binawi, and Abdulrahman Habib for their outstanding professionalism, warm attitude, and dedication. They truly made the stay even more special. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to visit again.

This hotel is a great place to relax after visiting Makkah and Madinah. The hotel has a luxury feel and the use of the spa is brilliant. The spa has a steam room and sauna which helps you relax before enjoying the hot tub. You can put different settings in the hot at your preference so enjoy how bubbly you like it. The tea room is fantastic and the breakfast was amazing as you had everything you expected and more.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a higher-category room — it was spacious, beautifully clean, and offered a wonderful view. The service throughout our stay was world-class: every request handled with care, and every detail spotless. The hotel feels calm, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. A big thank-you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone visiting Jeddah.

One of the best experiences ever ! Reception staff members specially Mr Majed AlSubaiei was very very cooperative and helpful also special thanks to the Kitchen Manager Mr AlAmeen he was very very gentle as we took a fast breakfast 🍳. Will definitely come again !

Although I would have appreciated slightly larger and more spacious rooms, the dedication, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff exceeded all expectations. I felt better than I would have imagined possible in any hotel, anywhere in the world. The reception team, the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping personnel who ensured my room was impeccably arranged each day transformed this stay into a truly delightful experience. Every interaction was marked by kindness and respect. The hotel’s restaurants serve food of remarkable quality, and the location is truly exceptional, situated near the Red Sea promenade and the impressive King Fahd Fountain. I would gladly return to this hotel. As a constructive suggestion, the swimming pool is relatively small considering the size of the property, and the poolside service could be improved to match the otherwise outstanding standards of the hotel.

Intercontinental Alamody Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 is a more of a resort than a just a hotel 🏨. I’ve been staying here on and off since 2015. My experience has been great, most of the time. The different restaurants are top notch; be it the seafood 🦞 market, the Brazilian Remah restaurant, the buffet on the ground floor, the cafeteria, or the club lounge. When you are checking in ask for Moayyad or Motaeb. At the club lounge, Benedict is your guy. These guys are great.
