با سلام خدمت دوستان هتل خوبی بود البته به نسبت پنج ستاره بودن یک مقدار پایین بود کیفیت سرویس دهی این هتل سرعت اینترنت به نسبت پایین و صبحانه به نسبت پایین بود و تنوع بالایی نداشت اسم و عنوان بزرگی داره ولی از نظر کیفیتی در حد پنج ستاره مبود

تنها مشکل موقعیت جغرافیایی هتل بود که حدودا ۱۰ کیلومتر فاصله داره از شهر جیپور. در سایر موارد، هتل عالی بود

هتل خوبی بود ، فقط کلا هتل های هند از نظر نظافت یکم ضعیف هستن ، مثلا آب استخرش تمیز نبود زیاد ، ولی هتل شیک و لوکسی بود در کل ،

Very comfortable hotel with a soft bed and pillows. The small bar downstairs is a nice little hideaway and the foyer toilets are very clean. Plenty of bottled water provided and the breakfast selection was pretty good. Only stayed one night so the location seemed fine although it was a 45 minute uber to Jal Mahal and the Palace in the city centre was about 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and courteous.

The most comfortable stay in Jaipur. Truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Aabida for taking such warm care of us and handling every little detail so effortlessly. My experience at Hotel Intercontinental My recent three-day stay at the InterContinental Jaipur for a family wedding was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the hotel provided an absolutely fascinating and world-class experience. The entire property maintains an impeccable standard of hygiene, which was reassuring throughout the busy wedding events. Our accommodations were perhaps the best hotel rooms I have experienced in Jaipur—spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Furthermore, the room service was prompt and excellent, handling all our requests with remarkable efficiency and attention to detail. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Every team member we interacted with possessed a genuinely warm and professional nature, contributing significantly to the smooth and joyous atmosphere of the wedding. Finally, the food served over the three days was nothing short of delicious, offering a wide variety of expertly prepared and flavourful dishes that were enjoyed by all the guests. I highly recommend the InterContinental Jaipur for large events like weddings or for anyone seeking a luxurious, hygienic, and wonderfully managed stay.

A sanctuary in itself, you do not feel you are in the middle of absolute chaos when you are staying here! The service and hospitality is top notch and will match any of the best hotels in the world. The rooms are incredibly large and comfortable. The best part of the hotel is hands down its food, particularly the buffets which feature the largest assortment of foods we have ever seen!

It was my best stay in #2025 , what a property. Beautifully designed and services was top notch. Staff were so friendly and caring. Ehk Vikas , Supervisor Dharampal, GSA Sagar Malik, In coffee shop Rajesh ji , Duty Manager Angad and Chef Sudhir were some names to mentioned. I will recommend this property for sure if you are planning to visit Jaipur

Huge thank you firstly - to the lovely doorman Chatraham (or similarly spelled - unfortunately I only had a second to get his name). He was so lovely he offered to pay cash on our behalf when our Uber unexpectedly demanded cash vs card payment. Such a kind man - huge kudos to him please! We stayed here for 1 night en route back home from India. Excellent location to airport, also Choki Dhani Cultural site. Very Western hotel, but just what we wanted after our amazing few weeks in India. Clean, lovely rooms, can recommend totally.

We only stayed one night in this beautiful hotel- great for westerners looking for a more international hotel. The lobby and other public areas are decorated in marble and they had a great decorator for the furnishings. The reason for 4 stars is due to (1) our carpet in our room being gross- lost of stains; (2) service in the main restaurant is very slow- takes 10+ mins to get a dinner check or coffee at breakfast- not even peak hours; (3) the breakfast isn’t as good as at other hotels we’ve stayed in on this 5 city tour.

Stayed at InterContinental Jaipur and had an overall pleasant experience. I booked a Club Room (twin), which was changed to a king bed upon check-in. The room was very nice, clean, and quiet, with a shower, bathtub, and balcony — comfortable for a relaxing stay. Had access to the Club Lounge and really enjoyed the personalized service there — especially the cold coffee and fresh pineapple juice. I booked the half-board option; both dinner and breakfast were good, mostly focused on Indian cuisine. However, I felt the food quality and service were slightly below the level I experienced at Novotel Jaipur. The swimming pool is large, clean, and great for a refreshing dip. The staff throughout the hotel were polite and professional. On the downside, the property feels a bit outdated, and there were frequent electricity cuts — sometimes even 6–7 times per hour — which was quite disruptive. Overall, a comfortable stay with warm service and nice facilities, but the hotel could use some modernization and improvement in power reliability. #reviewbyafandi #tripbyafandi

A very dreamy stay! Staff were excellent, great pool, spa and club lounge areas and incredible and well kept rooms. Breakfast was a highlight with live music and chef’s stations! Really looking forward to being back!

We were here for a week and one of the highlights was Sunny greeting us with a smile and being so helpful in the restaurant every morning. He helped start our days off beautifully!

Stayed for three days with family. Rooms are reasonable size. They had an Indian marriage celebration but the rooms were quiet still. Good breakfast spread but they hide the sambar drum near the egg live counter and then they keep the chatnees away from the idli and vada. It's fun trying to find these items believing that these would be near one another. They have great decoction coffee. The marriage lawn is large enough for 300-400 guests. Other celebration halls are also good for the same number. The room AC is unidirectional, meaning it cools well right in front of it but the bed near washroom side remains in a warm shadow. The air deflectors are either absent or non functional. A good toilet spray that is actually effective and the spray head holes were all clean. Stepping from the carpet on to the bare floor near the washroom can be quite a balancing act and also may give your feet a thermal shock. The floor gets very cold and One may actually do an experiment by keeping one foot on the carpet and another on the cold floor and check if an electric current is generated through your body due to the significant temperature difference. If you want to do that experiment do carry a multimeter with you - just joking. Enjoy your stay. It's a graceful property and the people are very helpful.

We stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel, Jaipur, and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, with a special mention to Rajesh Ji from the restaurant, who is truly a remarkable person. The property is spacious with a clean swimming pool and even a few rooms that come with balconies. Families are well taken care of—kids’ meals are complimentary and thoughtfully served. Overall, a delightful stay with great service and amenities.

Mi marido y yo nos alojamos en la planta Club, con acceso a la sala Lounge, durante nuestra reciente estancia en Jaipur. El hotel, como todos los Intercontinentales, es elegante, con una decoración exquisita, y una limpieza excelente. El check in y el check out fue muy rápido, con un equipo en recepción muy amable. La seguridad en el hotel es muy cuidada, algo de agradecer, aunque sea preciso pasar estrictos controles. Las habitaciones de la planta Club, son muy grandes, la limpieza es impecable, están bien insonorizadas y están decoradas de forma moderna y elegante. Mi reseña la voy a ampliar comentando la zona de la sala Lounge, ya que no hay reseñas de esta zona en otros comentarios sobre el hotel y el motivo por lo que le doy 4 estrellas al hotel en esta reseña. El Lounge está elegantemente decorado, ofrece café y té durante todo el día y por la noche ofrece un pequeño aperitivo con bebidas. En la sala se dispone de bebidas alcohólicas, y ofrece la posibilidad de tres tipos de cócteles, pero los preparan en el bar del hotel, por lo que el tiempo de espera es grande. La comida de acompañamiento a las bebidas se elige de un pequeño menú escrito, pero todas son opciónes picantes, lo que hace que no resulte agradable para el cliente occidental. La comida se trae bajo demanda, el Lounge no expone las opciones como en otros Club. El equipo del Lounge es muy amable y servicial, con mención especial al señor Deepanshu. Si vuelvo a Jaipur, me volveré a alojar en este hotel, pero no lo haré en la zona Club, excepto si el Lounge ofrece más opciones no picantes y la gestión hace que el servicio de comida y bebida sea menos lento, tal y como sucede en otros Lounge de los hoteles de Intercontinental.

The hotel is good, the standards are much below the mark. First of all, the staff members treat you like a toddler. The front office manager and the full team were super polite. However, the duty manager Abhishek doesn’t help much when it comes to understanding some concerns. It’s shocking. Right from the entrance until the very end, something is very wrong with the tone of the staff - be it security, pool staff, some managers. While it’s understandable that certain things are not recommended as per the hotel policy. There’s always a nice way to say it. The non-trained staff at the pool kept saying “NOT ALLOWED” for every small deal. No music at the pool. It’s just a boring hotel.
