Dear Management Team, Please be informed that this was the third time I spent my holiday at the InterContinental Fujairah Resort, staying for one night in a Junior Suite with full board (check-in on 28 May and check-out on 29 May). Once again, it was a wonderful experience. The room was fantastic, spacious, and very comfortable. When it comes to hospitality, all the staff were extremely welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and regularly checking whether we were comfortable during our stay or required any assistance. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued as guests. I would also like to highlight the restaurant experience. All three meals were fantastic, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks to Restaurant Manager Jamil Rauff and his team members Jude, Govind, Kaung, and Blessing for their kindness, excellent hospitality, and outstanding service during our meal times. Their warm attitude and attention to detail truly made a positive impression on us. Because of the excellent facilities, hospitality, and kindness shown by the team, we continue to return to the hotel again and again. Thank you very much to the hotel management and all the staff at InterContinental Fujairah Resort for making our stay memorable. Please keep up the excellent work.

We stayed at the InterContinental Fujairah Resort in February, and it was one of those trips where everything aligned perfectly. Thanks to our loyalty membership, we were upgraded to a suite, which elevated the entire experience. The space was generous and thoughtfully designed: a comfortable living area, a proper dining table, warm ambient lighting, and a serene bedroom with a large, inviting bed. The balcony offered a beautiful dual perspective: the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Early mornings there, with the soft February sun and fresh air, felt restorative. The premises are well laid out and spacious. The pool areas are large and relaxed, with direct access to a wide sandy beach. Even during busier hours, it never felt overwhelming. The highlight was dinner on the beach. Exceptional weather, a gentle breeze, and tables set directly on the sand with the sound of the waves in the background. It was simple, elegant, and memorable. Service throughout was attentive and polished. If you’re planning a refined cosy weekend away from the busy cities, an escape on the East Coast and a beachfront dinner here make a meaningful difference.

InterContinental Fujairah is a great resort in Fujairah, a small coastal town with a relaxed, old school seaside vibe that feels a bit like a 90s beach town. The resort itself is modern, well maintained, and very comfortable for a chilled getaway. The hotel offers several dining options, including DRIFT, a beachfront seafood restaurant that looks especially nice at night. The food was tasty and the atmosphere was great, although service was a bit slow during our visit. That said, the staff were friendly and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience pleasant overall. There is also a bar on site, and the pool area has a relaxed, holiday vibe. Facilities are very family friendly, with two pools plus a kids pool, large green lawn areas where children can run around, and a private, easily accessible beach. The rooms are comfortable and well sized. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was split into two separate areas, and it made the stay much more enjoyable, especially for families. We also tried the L’Occitane Spa, which was a really nice addition to the stay and a great way to relax during the vacation. One small thing that would have made the experience even better is having a swim up bar inside the pool, like in many other resorts. There is a poolside bar nearby though, so getting drinks is still easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort if you are planning to stay in Fujairah and want a relaxed beach vacation with good facilities and friendly service.

The whole experience of staying at Intercontinental was perfect and would definitely come back to stay again over the winter! I love the outdoor beach access and it would be perfect to walk out at the yard when its not too hot. The rooms were spacious and clean and fully equipped with all the amenities you need. The view overlooking the sea is perfect as well! Would just like to mention a special shoutout to the Namma Breakfast team: Nikita, Blessing and Jamil for being exceptional in welcoming their guests and making sure the whole dining experience was smooth. There’s a wide selection of breakfast items for you to choose from.

This was a great experience. We came here for 2 nights supposedly and the staff was amazing, very kind, caring and professional. It felt like everyone went out of their way to make our stay special and unforgettable. We ended up extending one night because 2 nights only just did not feel like enough. The facilities in the resort are varied, and very well maintained. The fitness center is well-equipped and the spa services are amazing. Truly an amazing experience and we will definitely come back to this resort everytime we visit Fujeirah. No doubt.

He leads with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care, creating an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. The service throughout was impeccable, attentive without being overbearing, and every detail was handled seamlessly. It’s clear that Krishna sets a very high standard, and the entire team reflects his commitment to excellence. Exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience. We had an unforgettable week at this hotel. Our room was beautiful, with a wonderful sea view. We could even hear the sound of the waves from the room, which created an extra relaxing atmosphere. We were also pleasantly surprised that housekeeping cleaned the room twice a day. Despite the relatively small number of guests on weekdays, both breakfast and dinner were served as a buffet. The food was excellent. What impressed us even more was that the chef was ready to accommodate any additional food requests if there was something we wanted that was not available at the buffet that day. A huge thank you to the entire hotel and restaurant team. Their attention and care made us feel like truly exclusive guests.

I had the BEST stay at InterContinental! We went as a family, and everything was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is so well maintained, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, they even helped us check in early, which made a huge difference. I have celiac disease, so I can’t eat gluten, and I was honestly so impressed with the food options. I had dinner at Drift, where they had sooo many gluten-free choices, including GF bread. Breakfast was just as great, they made me gluten-free pancakes and waffles. The location is also perfect. You can visit the Classic Cars Museum, which is only a 2-minute drive away, or head to Khorfakkan in about 25 minutes for a day out. Honestly, one of my best hotel experiences. Highly recommend!

Spent 3 nights at the hotel with my family and the experience was very nice. The rooms in particular were impressive. Large and elegant and very well appointed. Service was also pleasant. The food experience on the other side was more mixed. Breakfast was below average for a hotel of this caliber. Drift restaurant was just OK for lunch but the dinner menu was significantly better. Overall if you are planning visiting Fujarah and want a beachfront property the Intercontinental is a very good choice

We had a wonderful stay during the Eid break and truly enjoyed every part of the experience. The facilities were excellent, especially the rooms, pool, gymnasium, and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast buffet every morning was fresh, varied, and very enjoyable. A special mention to the room service team — the recommendations were excellent and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. Everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and well managed. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back again soon!

I'd like to express my deepest gratitude for the service provided by the hotel. This is definitely the best hotel in Fujairah. The best beach. Several pools. Large, spacious rooms. Excellent staff. A homely atmosphere. Our stay coincided with the difficult military situation. The hotel supported our vacation 1000%. All issues were resolved very quickly. The calm, professional staff maintains the atmosphere of your vacation no matter what. Excellent food. Safety. Cleanliness. I'd also like to especially note the work of Emin Chalabiyev. I have never met a more competent, professional manager with such a caring attitude towards guests. All questions, suggestions, and information are provided to him. He is always ready to help and support. Everything is clear, to the point, and 💯 professional. We've been to the Emirates many times, but oddly enough, this visit, in terms of management and atmosphere, left a truly unique and pleasant impression. I must say that many people now come to the hotel in this hectic environment from Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It's quiet and peaceful here. Thank you so much again, you will forever be in our hearts.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We also sincerely appreciate Mohamed from Concierge, who was always there whenever we needed anything and took great care of us throughout our stay. We had breakfast at Nama, and the entire team provided excellent hospitality. A special thanks to Mr. Jamil for arranging a private room for our large group, which made our experience even more comfortable and memorable. I spent a week at the Intercontinental Fujairah Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and delivered outstanding customer service throughout my stay. The beach and pool areas were exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious with beautiful views. The restaurant also offered a great selection of food. I would especially like to recognize two staff members who made a lasting impression. Priya was remarkable—she could anticipate your needs just by noticing you and would always assist with a warm, comforting smile. Aisah was equally wonderful, always welcoming guests with a genuine and friendly smile. Their exceptional service made my stay even more memorable.
