I had a wonderful two-night stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Alex, who warmly welcomed me and ensured my stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I also appreciate Ben, Gagan, and Olly from the reception team for their smooth check-in and check-out process. Many thanks as well to Jaiideeep, the operator, for being very helpful and responsive whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to visiting again.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Club InterContinental Lounge Doha. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Nikkole, Charibel, and May for their warm welcome, attentiveness, and outstanding service throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and valued, always serving with genuine smiles, kindness, and great attention to detail. Their positive attitude and dedication created a very relaxing and luxurious atmosphere in the lounge. It is staff members like them who make the experience memorable and encourage guests to return again. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

Super clean modern suites with beautiful views of the city of Doha!!! Location was within walking distance of everything. Staff extremely friendly and warm. Spa was a great relaxing experience…. Saliho gave me a wonderful massage and facial that left my skin glowing. Our first Hookah experience in the lounge was cool and the cocktails were delicious. So much attention to detail with the service, food, and drinks. Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent catering experience from the InterContinental Hotel. The setup was luxurious, elegant, and very well organized. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor — we truly enjoyed the taste and quality. The service standard was highly impressive and professional throughout the event. Special thanks to Iman from the Food & Beverage team for his polite behavior, warm hospitality, and outstanding service. He made our experience even more memorable with his respectful and professional attitude. Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium catering services. Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. We booked the apartment approximately 1.5 to 2 months before our arrival. After making the reservation, we contacted the hotel several times (the calls are recorded) and were informed that there was a children's club for entertainment. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that it was merely an empty room. There were no games, activities, coloring books, coloring sheets, or any form of entertainment for children. Secondly, when we spoke with the management, we were told that nothing could be done to help us. They did not even provide or print coloring pages for the children. Thirdly, we booked a four-bedroom apartment for a group of five adults and three children. However, only eight bottles of water were provided. When we requested additional drinking water, it took a long time to arrive, and only six extra bottles were supplied. Fourthly, every day we placed the housekeeping sign requesting the apartment to be cleaned. While the apartment appeared tidy, we found nail clippings on the floor from previous guests on the very first day. Despite daily housekeeping, the nail clippings remained in the exact same place throughout our stay, indicating that the floors were not properly cleaned. Unfortunately, this particular branch of the hotel was a major disappointment and did not meet our expectations. While waiting in the lobby, I noticed many other guests expressing complaints and dissatisfaction as well. I sincerely hope the management will review the quality of service provided and ensure greater transparency when informing guests about the facilities available at the hotel. Positive Aspects: The mattress was extremely comfortable. Hot water was available almost instantly when showering. The apartment included a washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, and a small oven. The apartment was quiet, and the hotel’s location was excellent and conveniently close to most attractions. Parking was available. Hotel guests received discounts at the restaurants located within the hotel.

I find it surprising how this hotel is rated this high. Here is why: 1. The room AC had a very stupid issue where the thermostat was very far away from the room, creating a delay in setting the temperature. 2. It was either my room, or there was a serious mental problem with the design of the door handles in the bathroom. The side with a handle was the push side, creating a struggle to pull a door that had no handle. 3. The rain shower was broken, creating a clear damp spot on the upper wall. 4. The pool was a real nightmare. I mean, for such an elegant brand and a 5-star ranking, having such a horribly small pool is ridiculous. 5. I did not like the overall atmosphere, as I encountered a drunk guy in the lobby who was cursing in the elevator. The good side: 1. In-room dining had the best French fries I had in a long time, and everyone loved them. 2. The staff are nice. 3. The location is not bad.

hotel on center of doha . most of the places we visited were near , lobby and rooms were nice , they were painting the rooms on the same floor once we arrived from outside we found the smell was impossible to stay , at once i called the room service and they responded on immediate action by changing our room to another floor with the same view. was a high positive point count for there own . breakfast buffet was so nice and had a lot of variety, the gym was good to keep up with your routine as a semi pro loved it, but the swimming was a small one not match the hotel . staff was friendly professional. thanks a lot that made our staying worth it.

Went to InterContinental Doha The City for the dinner buffet at The Square, and honestly it turned into a really memorable evening. The place itself looks great and feels well organized, and the staff were welcoming even though we weren’t staying at the hotel. The buffet had a really good variety and most of the food was consistently nice. Special mention to Chef Hakim — everything felt well managed and fresh. What made the biggest difference though was the service. Sohel was very attentive without being too much, and kept checking in at the right times. I also want to mention Marita Tresea (sorry if I got the name slightly wrong, it might be Mariya). She really stood out — explained the whole setup of The Square, helped us get a comfortable place to sit, and went out of her way to arrange a birthday surprise for my dad. The cake and the birthday song made it feel personal, not just routine. She also handled the bill smoothly at the end. Also, the lady who served us coffee — simple thing, but we both really enjoyed it and it was a nice way to finish the evening. Overall, it didn’t feel like just another hotel buffet. The service made it special, and I’d definitely go back.

I met the reception man his name alex, he is very helpful and friendly. I truly appreciate the effort he made to assist me. His excellent service made my experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. Actually he is one of the reasons I will book again in this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. We had a room with lounge access, and the lounge was especially great. A special thanks to May and Charibel. They were outstanding, very friendly, and provided perfect service. I would definitely come back and can highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

فندق عائلي مريح سريعين في التشيك ان والتشيك اوت الغرف نظيفة وشرحة اخذت حنان ٣ غرف ومطبخ وصالة لان احنا عائلة المطبخ متكامل تنقص الغرف المناديل مثلا لكن متأثر على التقييم لاني ماعرفت اطلبها كان تلفزيون الصالة عندي متعطل وبسرعة وصلني الفني وضبطه. احب الأدوار العالية للأسف سطني كان بالدور ٩ مع انهم واعدوني يغيرون لي اذا فضت الأدوار العليا نقصته نجمه للتأخير في تسليم السيارة لكن كان وقت عيد وزحمة جدا واعتقد الفندق فل بوكينع الفطور جيد ومتنوعة والستاف فيه متعاونين وودودين وعطونا الاستقبال خصم على بقية المطاعم.

I had a long stay at the InterContinental Doha The City and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable — offering great views and a relaxing atmosphere after a long workday. The hotel’s facilities are excellent; the gym is well-equipped, the pool area is clean and quiet, and the breakfast options are diverse and delicious. A special thanks to the Club Lounge team — Purity, May, and Apuing — for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made my stay memorable with their professionalism, warm smiles, and exceptional service every day. Their kindness and attention to detail represent the best of InterContinental’s standards. However, a few areas could use some improvement. The dinner selection at the Club Lounge was below expectations compared to other InterContinental properties I’ve stayed at — the variety and quantity of food could be enhanced to better match the brand’s premium reputation. Additionally, there were several occasions when I returned from work in the evening to find that my room had not been cleaned yet, which required me to request housekeeping service manually. Considering it was a long-term stay, I expected more consistency in daily room servicing. Overall, it’s still one of the best hotels in Doha for comfort and service, and I truly appreciate the effort of the wonderful staff, especially the Club Lounge team. With small improvements in housekeeping scheduling and evening food offerings, this hotel can easily be a perfect 5-star experience.

Excellent stay with outstanding service. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff, Eicho (Myanmar) and Riyas (Bangladesh). Their cleaning was always meticulous, amenities were consistently replenished, and they responded quickly to various requests, including providing kitchen utensils. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my stay very comfortable. They are a great asset to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Mis Charibal & Mr Nikole I always stay at InterContinental Doha, but this hotel is truly fortunate to have such exceptional staff. They are the definition of professionalism, elegance, and outstanding hospitality. Their warm attitude and respectful treatment make every stay unforgettable. Honestly, the hotel would not feel the same without them. Thank you for the amazing service and for making every guest feel valued and welcomed.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and, unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at a supposedly 5-star international property. The service was unbelievably slow and poorly managed. It seemed that the hotel was completely unable to handle busy periods or properly manage its valet operations. The most frustrating incident happened during check-out when I requested a luggage trolley and ended up waiting nearly TWO HOURS before one became available. This is simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a luxury international brand. What made the situation worse was the apparent lack of effective crisis management from the hotel leadership. Both the manager, Ali, and his assistant, Angela, appeared unable to properly address or resolve these operational failures. To be fair, not all staff were responsible for this poor experience. Some team members, particularly the Home Services staff, were professional, helpful, and genuinely tried their best. This review is not written simply to criticize; it is written to reflect a real guest experience. However, the overall guest experience was extremely poor, and a global brand such as InterContinental should never allow its guests to go through this level of disorganization and service failure.

Fantastic experience. Staff are extremely nice. Room service twice a day and very helpful. Arif has been very responsive and attentive on several occasions. The buffet is managed extremely well and they have good variety of options, especially during the weekends. Chef has a constant smile on his face and very professional 👌👨‍🍳 Continued great and friendly service and hospitality. Morad has presented as a very resourceful person 👍 **** Update after returning to this fine establishment in Nov & Dec: I tried the 55th floor bar and it’s great. Staff very friendly and unbeatable view. It was a week day, so not sure how busy it gets during the weekends. Staff are pretty friendly and Mr. Arif keeps checking in several times a day. Doha was hosting Grand Prix for a few days and the buffet passed the stress test successfully. I’m impressed with the kitchen staff at The Square 💪

The hotel is excellent and always my first choice when visiting Qatar with my family. The service, staff, and management are always professional, and the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. However, during my last visit, I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. At around 8:30 AM, many items were unavailable, and the variety and quantity did not match the hotel’s standard or price. I hope management improves the breakfast experience to maintain the high quality the hotel is known for.
