while taking the interview for counsellor position, In the 2nd round mock call is there and the person who is avaliable to take mock call is behavouing so negative by planned and still expecting a positive call from our side and then reject the application on the basis of mock call wa wa wa so rude behaviour. If your institute really wants to hire best counsellor then try to focus is the person conveying right info or not

The work culture lacks proper structure and support. Employees are expected to deliver aggressive targets without adequate training or managerial guidance. The product positioning is unclear at times, There is limited feedback, and concerns raised by employees are often not addressed promptly. Overall, the environment feels high-pressure with zero support for long-term growth.

Targets are extremely aggressive with very little on-ground support. Training is rushed and expectations are unrealistic. Management focuses more on numbers than people. Product value is oversold
