HI ALL THERE WAS A MANAGER IN THIS COMPANY, WHO KNEW NOTHING, NOTHING AT ALL, EVEN HE COULDN'T WRITE 2 LINES IN ENGLISH PROPERLY, WHAT HE USE TO DO WAS JUST SIT IN HIS CHAMBER AND HAVE SULEIMANI TEA, AND ACT EXTRA SMART IN THEIR WEEKLY WEDENESDAY MEETINGS, MOREOVER TO EMPLOYEES FROM GOOD COMMUNITY , HE USE TO GET ANGRY, WHEN THEY USE TO WRITE WITH GREEN PEN, WHAT NONSENSE, MISMANAGEMENT IN THIS COMPANY, PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Great Service! My car broke down on Saturday before 7 AM and 15 min later, after quick call recovery was already at my place. Unluckily, the same day but in the afternoon I had to once again call for recovery help & again all the support was there within 15-20 minutes - despite the rush hours! Everything went smooth and so quick! I'm delighted with the service! Thank you

Excellent and efficient service. Very friendly and professional staff. I was in a rush and out of Dubai when I needed to renew my license. I dealt with Ms. Mary, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this company for car insurance!

Fast and efficient customer service. I received my auto insurance quote in less than 10 minutes on my email. (Ask for Mr. Hedayat he’ll help you out) Their prices are reasonable and fair. The only thing they improve is providing online transactions and having the insurance without visiting them in person to save time.

I wish there was NO STAR!! They don’t even deserve it!!! Never ever go with this insurance!! They are thief in a real way! You just pay insurance for nothing as they won’t take any responsibility for any damage on your car and they are trying to take advantages of their clients. My cousin had police reports and yet they denied to cover the cost of damages on her car and we have over 10 cars with them. We will cancel our insurances with them that’s for sure. They just use clients for their own goods and their own pocket. If she can get a chance she would definitely open a case for them for them not being professional and a disaster. She was dealing with Mahmoud Rahmani Nezhad and manager - Mohd Sharif Sadeghi whom are not being responsible and respectful

I have 3 cars insured with Iran Insurance. Ms.Mary and her team have always attended to our needs and request with great attitudes, and no wait. I don't know of another company that has ever matched the customer consistence service level that they have given us over the last 2 years. Also have saved a large amount of money with first class insurance policy's.Thanks for the great service

Good insurance company and good staff

I got my vehicle insurance policy from Iran Insurance.😊 Ms. Mary Grace Custodio was the one who assisted me. She was very accommodating and hospitable. She gave me all options possible with regards to my policy renewal and payment at my convenience. I ended up taking another vehicle policy renewal for our company as well.😊 Will definitely recommend their company for any kind of insurances and I would like to commend Ms. Custodio for assisting all the way unconditionally.😊 Kudos!

Staff are very friendly and very helpful... If you leave a callback message on their website, you may sit back and expect a callback from their friendly and helpful staff. I took motor insurance from Iran ins. recenltly. They asked very low premium as compared to other companies and the care of customer service is really appreciable. Very good and fast. I would like to recommend other friend also to take policy from Iran Insurance.

Almost a year ago I had purchased my auto insurance with Mary from Iran Insurance and was also advised to opt for the gold package that includes road side assistance. Fast forward to today when my car got stuck in a sandy area, I had contacted Mary to get the road side assistance number, upon calling the IMC team, they were quick to respond and take a note of my details. The tow truck personnel Mr Zahid was quick to call me to get my location and was quick in reaching to my location, he was very helpful, courteous, and kind. He successfully helped me in removing my car from the sandy area. This experience was really awesome so Hats Off and a million applauses to the Iran Insurance Team as well as the IMC Team for making my day.
