As evident by other reviews, the staff here is courteous and the display of the perfume options is huge. You will also come across one of a kind incense sticks. The only drawback being the price, which is slightly on the higher side.

It was a wonderful experience. The presentation was very clear and easy to understand. The workers were really nice and polite. The perfumes smelled really good. There were lots of types of perfumes and it has most of the perfumes in the world, including the most famous ones and it has the favourite perfumes of many celebrities. The prices was a little over budget but it was worth it with the extra gifts and experience

One of the best fragrance shops I’ve visited. The collection is excellent, and the customizable perfumes are the highlight—you can create a scent that actually matches your taste and personality. Staff are very patient and knowledgeable(Akhila and Difiya) , they guide you properly instead of rushing you.

Amazing shop! Came here on a tuktuk store and they were so friendly and helpful, we left with 5 bottles of perfume, all different sizes and scents. Love the Kochi Flower and Himalaya in particular. We had tea while we sat and made our choices, which took a while because there was so much selection. It was also great to see how the perfume is made. We had a great experience here trying different fragrances. Thalees was especially accommodating and was very sweet patiently showing us different perfumes. There's a huge collection of perfumes and bottles. We can choose our own bottles. It was overall a very good experience.

Great quality perfumes and amazing fragrance options (like Kashmiri Flowers, Gucci re-creation, and Kochi Flowers). Very good alternative to the branded perfumes (that are mostly infused with chemicals). Their perfume making is a very interesting process, and we had a good tour of it. Online ordering and delivery is such a breeze. Very impressed with the quality of their products!

Had an amazing experience at IRS perfume factory. Saw the world's biggest incense stick and perfume bottle. Our attendant Sharmila was great. She patiently showed us the different perfumes. They have a variety of perfumes at reasonable rates. Will definitely recommend it to perfume lovers visiting Jew Town Street in Kochi.

The experience was amazing. I tried many perfumes, mainly men fragrance.... It was very difficult to decide but staff made everything easy. Asmitha has been a great person. Very nice customer service.

We had a wonderful experience learning about the fragrances at IRS. Teena was extremely helpful and knew to show us all of the best scents. We loved their special blend Kochi Flower, the Cactus scent and the incredible Burberry Goddess. We also enjoyed seeing the worlds largest incense and perfume bottle.
