We had a wonderful stay at Ivy Park Resort. The location is excellent—nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful mountain views and strawberry fields, yet very close to Mapro Garden. The rooms were remarkably spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The outdoor swimming pool and garden lawn are perfect for families and children to unwind. The hospitality was top-notch; the staff was highly cooperative and polite. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing break with family or friends!

Very bad experience at Ivy Park Resort, Mahabaleshwar. We booked 2 Premium Rooms with Balcony for 2 nights, but the rooms were not the same as shown in the online photos. The rooms and toilets were dirty, dusty, and had a bad smell when we checked in. There is no security and I saw a man was drunk and was peeping in our room from the side wall and no locks for window. The staff was also looking and behaving suspicious as if they are scamming us or the reasons known to them. The housekeeping service was terrible. We requested room cleaning many times and left our room keys at the reception 4 times, but nobody cleaned the rooms. Food plates and garbage were left outside our rooms for almost 2 days without being cleared. We were also charged an extra ₹1,000 for our child even though the policy says children can stay free without extra bedding. When we complained about the delay in cleaning, the staff member who came was rude and argued with us instead of helping. We had booked the rooms for 2 nights, but basic cleaning was not done even once during our stay. The manager was not helpful and only gave excuses. He said no partial refund could be given because the booking was made through Agoda. He even said he did not know that we had booked 2 rooms, which shows very poor management. The resort is not maintained properly, the rooms do not match the pictures, and customer service is very poor. Our family vacation was spoiled because of the bad housekeeping, dirty rooms, and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

His proactive coordination and consistent follow-through ensured everything was perfectly in place before we even arrived. Operations: Mr. Pratik Joshi, the Operations Head, truly exceptional. He was present even at night and back on the floor early the next morning — a level of commitment that speaks volumes. No request was too big, and every concern was addressed swiftly and professionally. Service Team: Mama and Mustaq deserve special recognition for their tireless hospitality. Serving guests late into the night and early into the morning, always cheerful and attentive — they embody what great service looks like. Facilities: The resort itself impressed us thoroughly — a pristine swimming pool, well-kept rooms, lush manicured lawns, and a vibrant music setup that kept the energy alive throughout our stay. The Ivy Resort team didn't just host us — they made us feel genuinely cared for. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

I booked a standard room. First thing that the AC was not at all working so Upon calling the reception, they mentioned that we will fix but they didn’t even come. Had to sleep without AC in a hot climate. Second thing, I ordered food at night and it was delivered 2 hours later. I called multiple times to check but they kept on telling that will be given in 10 mins. At the end after waiting for 1.5 hours, I asked to cancel and slept. Still after half an hour the waiter came with the food. So this is a very serious concern that although I asked to cancel the order after waiting for 1.5 hours but still they wanted to sell their item. Third thing, the food quality and taste is too bad and barely could eat a thing. Forth thing, while doing checkout I specifically asked to put hotel stamp on the invoice but at that time receptionist didn’t give and said they will send later on whatsapp. I have been following up with them from 3 days and still no response. So better not to fall under their trap. P.S - for service I wanted to give 0 star but unfortunately there is no option for the same.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Ivy Park Resort, Mahabaleshwar. You said you anticipated this review means you know exactly that you are at fault atthe first place.. We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at Ivy Park Resort. Excellent hospitality right from the GM, Mr. Mangesh, to all the staff — everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. They never said no to any request. A special thanks to the team for arranging breakfast in the room for my 84-year-old father since he had trouble coming down — really thoughtful! The food was great (both Indian and Chinese), and the breakfast spread was quite decent too. The location is very central — both Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar city centres are just about a 20-minute drive away. It’s also very close to Mapro Garden (a must-visit for tourists), and the Velocity go-karting track and cheese factory are barely 2 minutes away. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. We’d definitely love to come back again! 🌿✨

Third class and lazy staff. They disobey and don't understand importance of time. We were offered evening tea after 1 hour of order. And that lady lazy manager went and sat for gunship even after reminding

Away from main road so no chaos not sure if other stays booked in Villas Cons- 1. Road to hotel is not so good 2. Online images are created with camera angles, (pool is actually for kids) 3. Room walls are not properly painted 4. Room floor is having many stains 5. Access passage to the room is not having proper lights Guest Review: Premium Room Stay Pros: 1. The property's proximity to Mapro Garden made it convenient for exploring local attractions, allowing us to maximize our time without long commutes. 2. The rooms were generously sized, providing ample space for relaxation and unpacking—not so exceeding our expectations for a premium booking. 3. Bedsheets were fresh and tidy, and the bathroom amenities kit was well-stocked and hygienic, contributing to a comfortable stay. 4. Peaceful Ambiance: Situated away from the main road, the location offered a serene escape from traffic noise and chaos. (Note: Not sure if this holds for villa bookings, as our experience was with the premium room and luckily at same time there were no other bookings.) Cons: 1. Challenging Access Road: The approach road to the property is rough and uneven, which could be tricky for larger vehicles or during rainy seasons—definitely worth noting for future guests. 2. Misleading Online Imagery: Photos on booking sites use deceptive angles; the pool, for instance, is quite small and clearly designed for children rather than adults seeking a swim. 3. Subpar Wall Finishes: Room walls showed uneven painting and patches, detracting from the premium feel despite the overall space. 4. Stained Flooring: The room floor had noticeable stains in several areas, which undermined the cleanliness impression. 5. Poorly Lit Access Paths: Pathways leading to the rooms lacked adequate lighting, making navigation feel unsafe and inconvenient. 6. Cupboard handle was broken Recommended for those prioritizing peace over polish.

The stay was good along with the location. Staff were welcoming and active too. Caretaker is a really sweet person and so is his dog. View from balcony could have been a bit better but since it ticks all others boxes, this is not a deal breaker at all. Great stay overall.

- Good Property with very very very poor maintenance, (2/5) - No cleanliness. Room was given to us without cleaning and changing the bed spreads. (0/5) It was cleaned after half an hour with another dirty bed spread with full of hair. It took another 1 hour to replace the hairy blanket with two single size bed spread then they promised that they will change the bed spread in two hours once it is back from laundry which didn't happen at all in our two days stay. - Wifi was under maintenance during our entire stay - Pillow and bedspreads were having fungus stains (0/5) - Complimentary break fast was below average (2/5) - Food we ordered was also below average and does not worth the money (2/5) - Only relief is the staff (Shrikanth) was very helpful, he made our stay bit better (4/5)

Ivy Park Resort ⭐☆☆☆☆ Overall, a very disappointing stay. The reception staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional, which made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning. Check-in was communicated as 12 PM, but the room was not ready even by 2 PM, without any apology or explanation. There was no proper arrangement for meals—no table setup or staff support. We had to go outside for lunch, and the breakfast quality was also poor. The room raised safety concerns. The main door was extremely tight due to loose marble and felt unstable while opening or closing. Basic amenities were missing, including shampoo, toothbrush, shower gel, hand soap, towels, and the AC remote. Parking management was confusing, as we were asked to re-park after being allowed to park in what appeared to be a designated spot. Additionally, there was no electricity throughout the night, which severely affected our sleep. ❌ Not recommended — the experience was not worth the time or money spent.

Visited via Mr. Donald Roberts (Tina Tours & Travels). This is a wonderful family property with a clean pool and delicious veg/non-veg food options. The rooms are spacious and spotless. I highly recommend the premium room for the private jacuzzi and the incredible sunrise and sunset views!

My stay at Ivy Park Resort Mahableshwar was pleasant! 🏨 The location is great, offering nice views and good access to local spots. 🏞️ Rooms were adequate for basic comfort, but amenities like a coffee maker and toiletries weren't provided. Service was acceptable. 🛎️😊

It was very great we enjoyed with family.. it was a really relaxing experience with the family .. overall the resort was a bliss and mesmerising.

It's a property where they are trying to bring in the finesse, but are an epic fail at it. After travelling for hours on road, we are asked to first figure the formalities where a group photo of the entire family is taken in the name of procedures. First we were given different rooms than committed, making us move around from one side to another in the property. Secondly, bathroom wasn't clean and when we asked for cleaning, it was answered. But then to our shock, the guy left his footprints in the entire bathroom and the room. We had to again call him and ask him to clean that part too. We stayed there for two nights and dint even bother to have breakfast there the second time given the poor quality food. Overall, poor experience. Will not visit again.

The views from the resort are absolutely breathtaking — every corner feels like a postcard! The food was delicious and really added to the overall experience. A big shout-out to the amazing staff for their hospitality — they truly make the place special. This place looks more like a 2-star hotel than a resort. When I asked for a towel at 10 AM, they said the laundry service hadn't arrived yet. The location is also far from the main road, up in the mountains, and the road isn't good. There's nothing around there either...

Food was good, rooms were pathetic and after many requests to Reception, no one came to clean the mess in the room. This mess includes, broken bed, dirty pillow covers and blankets.
