I recently stayed at J5 Rimal Hotel for 8 days, and my experience was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the entire staff was extremely cooperative, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Syed and Yasir for their exceptional support and hospitality throughout my trip. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free, and their positive attitude and dedication were genuinely appreciated. I would also like to thank Yoon and Gayan for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. Their efforts made me feel welcomed and well taken care of during my entire stay. The hotel atmosphere was comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the staff truly made a difference in my overall experience. I highly recommend J5 Rimal Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and looking for a place with excellent hospitality and caring staff. Thank you once again to the entire team for making my stay memorable!

I had a wonderful stay at Rimal. The reception team, especially Ms. Yoon and Mr. Binesh, were extremely helpful during my check-in process. Ms. Yoon was highly professional and took great care to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable. The service overall was very good, and the food was tasty. A small suggestion would be to consider upgrading the menu for an even better experience. Thank you to everyone who made my day so special. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely visit again.

The best hôtel in Dubai! Perfect service and very clean! I forgot there my Diamond ring , phone , and power bank and called them after 1.5 days they kept it safe and gave me back ! Number one recommendation 🙌 I was living here by months few years earlier but always happy to come back

recently tried this dish and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The presentation was very appealing, and you can tell that effort was put into how the food looked. The taste was delicious—the flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh. I especially liked the texture, which was just right and not overcooked. The portion size was also reasonable for the price. However, I think it could be improved slightly by adding a bit more seasoning to enhance the flavor. Overall, I would rate this 8/10 and would definitely recommend it to others who enjoy this type of food.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro and surrounded by many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I would like to give special appreciation to Mr. ElSayed and Mr Louis from the security team, who was always polite, professional, and attentive. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist guests made me feel safe and welcomed. I would also like to thank Binesh and Subai from the housekeeping team for keeping the room perfectly clean and organized every day. Their dedication and hard work were clearly visible. A special thanks as well to the reception team — Mr. Sayeed, Lingam, Ahmed, Yoon, and Ade — who were always courteous, helpful, and efficient during check-in and whenever assistance was needed. Their professionalism and warm approach truly enhanced my overall experience. The entire team at J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments reflects excellent hospitality and professionalism. I had a wonderful stay at J5 Rimal. The entire team was very friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were always helpful, especially Ms. Yoon at the reception, Mr. Binesh, and the security team. The room was well-maintained and spacious, which made my stay even more comfortable. We had a great experience with Jacob's Hotel catering service. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-presented. All our guests really enjoyed the quality and taste. A special thanks to Mahesh for his excellent service. He was very professional, attentive, and ensured everything was well organized throughout the event. Overall, we are very satisfied and would highly recommend Jacob's Hotel for catering services. We had a wonderful experience with the Filipino chef. The food was absolutely delicious, well-prepared, and presented beautifully. Every dish had great taste and quality. The price it's so amazing , its very affordable., May the God bless more in the future and very thankful to the owner Jacob 😇🙏

I would like to highly recommend Curry Maria Cafe located at Rimal Apartment. The place is very recommendable especially for the Filipino community because they serve delicious Filipino food, not only Indian cuisine. The prices are also very affordable and commendable for people who are on a tight budget, while still offering good quality meals and a nice dining experience. I would also like to commend the staff for their professionalism and excellent service, especially Molla, Jitto, Dipin, and Mr. Vincent. They are very accommodating, friendly, and attentive to customers’ needs. Thank you for the great food and wonderful service. Definitely a place worth visiting!

Wonderful Hotel Apartments in Al Rigga. Very clean, supportive staff and excellent service. We stayed here for two weeks and I must say that it was our best stay by all means in Dubai. Markets, Metro and shopping centres are just around the corner. Fully equipped gym, pool and sauna are there. I must say a special thanks to Syed the front office guy he was so supportive, listened us diligently and gave us best possible services at all time. All staff are very well trained including Yasir and HK team , not a typical hotel team who are always in hurry I think management takes extra steps to ensure best service at all times. We will definitely come back to J5 Rimal when we come to Dubai again and recommend others if you're a solo traveler or with a family looking for a 5 star service then look no further, this place is for you!!

The food quality is very good, and the prices are affordable. We especially appreciate the “buy 2, get 1 free” offer. The service provided by the staff, particularly Dipin and Sukruthi, was excellent—very attentive and friendly. The location is convenient, and the place is clean and well-maintained.

During my extended stay in Dubai, I relocated to this hotel apartment. The front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. Subin, along with other team members, provided invaluable assistance. I also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager, Mr. Ibrahim, who was both knowledgeable and a true gentleman. The room featured a kitchenette, which significantly enhanced our stay by providing greater convenience for cooking and dining. The location was excellent, being within walking distance to the center of Deira. I will certainly be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Dubai.

Ho soggiornato in questo aparthotel dal 22 settembre al 02 ottobre. Ho prenotato un monolocale così potevo cucinare. Hotel vicino alla metro Al Rigga e circondato da molti negozi, supermercati e ristoranti. Ottima accoglienza, camera ampia, personale cordiale e gentile. L'unica cosa che mi ha lasciata un po' perplessa è stata la colazione. Dalle foto avevo capito che c'era un buffet (come del resto in tutti gli hotel), ma invece era a menù, forse perché non c'erano abbastanza ospiti per creare il buffet. Ma nel complesso è stata un ottima esperienza. Lo consiglio per chi vuole avere tutto a portata di mano. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Honestly, this was the best treatment I’ve ever experienced from hotels. There were two people who helped me, Subin and Sayed — both were very kind, extremely helpful, and welcomed us with a beautiful smile. Thank you so much, Subin and Sayed I had a bad experience with a hotel before this one, but after coming to this hotel, I forgot everything and truly enjoyed my stay in every sense of the word. The hotel is well-organized and clean, and most importantly, the staff are very friendly and kind.

I booked 1 Room for 2 Nights.Iam a Resident in Dubai UAE. I booked thru resservation and ask if allowed viditir to vidit my sister and what time is the swimming pool since my sister need to exercise in the swimming pool and My duty finished in 6pm. I need to be with her. Since the hyath place hotel is only 7pm and J5 Remal hotel is 8 it matters a lot the one hiur that i can be with her regardless if J5 Remal more expensive than the offer of Hyath place. Disappointment 1. My brother visited then my other sister visited they hold from the reception because its not allowed to go up. Until we called the reception and they pass to supervisor they pass to manager then they allow to go up. As per resservation when i booked it is allowed. 2. When we went to swimming pool around 7:10 he said mot alliwed it closed. I explained and call resservation then rhe resservation talked to the Lifeguard but the 2 of them font know their new rules. Confusion After 10 minutes the guard came its not allowed its closed. I told to the security just 10 minutes. There 1 guy naked jun who explained to is and i informed we will check out the rest of the days anf refund. But we continue the 2 days. 3. Im going to my work in the next day waiting fir my drive in the lobby bext to the door. The Reception loudly called me Hey what is yoyr Room number? I told it us this this thus. She said ok check out. I go to bear the receotion and told her what us the time of the check outvuts 12 o clock right? And if i will check our i will come and i will tell you tge reception we will check out she told me why youre so rude?! I said what? Firt asking me what is your room number, you can come near to me and ask not by shouting in your reception desk to ask me hey what is your room number. Or else you can ask from yiur security can you call that lady or ask her or let her come near to me. ( this refered to the reception) morning shift. Its too much things for a short stay in your hotel. We felt very very bad for the people around dont know the rules and not respectful( receptionist)

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, kitchenette are practical, bathrooms are well designed. Receptionists and overall staff are professional. I liked my stay there and would definitely go back.

Очень довольны выбором этого отеля! Ехали туром, выбрать подходящий отель было очень трудно. Хотелось спать в тишине, в чистоте, без тараканов и клопов, и главное без караоке баров и дискотек по ночам. И расположение чтоб рядом с метро. В этом отеле тихо и уютно, прям как дома. Спасибо огромное всем сотрудникам, которые очень гостеприимно нас встретили. Все просьбы решались очень быстро, всё дополнительное, что нам было необходимо - всё приносили. Уборка номера идеальная и ежедневная. Каждый день 2 бутылочки воды, чай, кофе, сахар. Метро 10 минут пешком. Мини кухня с электрочайником и электроплитой в номере это вообще замечательно - готовили всё что хотели. Вся необходимая посуда в наличии, сковородка, кастрюля, разные тарелки, чашки, стаканы, вилки, ложки, даже половник был! Холодильник хороший, вместительный с морозилкой. Мы сделали правильный выбор отеля J5 RIMAL!!! Надеюсь приедем к вам ещё раз!

انا جداً مستاء من الاستقبال و المعاملة اليوم التي تلقيتها من الموظف على الاستقبال الي اسمه لونغم كان جدا سيئ في الاخلاق ولا يتمتع بأي رحابه فندقية للعلم اني دائما لا احب الا ان اسكن في هذا الفندق ولكن عندما اتيت في هذا الصباح وطلبت غرفة مع دخول مبكر كان وجه الموظف لونغم ومعاملته كأنه هو الي بيدفع عني وقال لي لايوجد غرف وفي حال توفر غرفه لن يتم اعطائك اياها الا الساعة الثامنه ورددت عليه مافي اي مشكله انا موافق وعندما توفرت غرفة سألته كيف تمام قال احنا مانعمل بطريقتك ولا على كيفك بهذا الاسلوب وبأستفزاز قلتله ليش انت قلت ان الساعة 8 بتعطيني غرفة في حال احد خرج قال حتى لو فيه مانعمل بطريقتك وتم الانتظار حتى الساعة 8 وتوفرت غرف ولكن وعند الثامنة قال لا الساعة 9 بيتوفر الموظفين وبعدها قال الساعة 10 بيتوفر موظفين وحتى الآن لم يتم توفير غرفة وانا جالس عند الفندق من الساعة 6 صباحا اتمنى لو في مسؤول ويحتاج اي توضيح يكلمني لاني جدا مستاء ولا اريد التعامل مرة اخرى مع هذا الاستقبال
