JA Lake View Hotel

We had an excellent experience at this hotel during Eid. Since we were not sure what to do for the holiday, we decided to book 9 rooms for me and my family to try the hotel, and honestly it exceeded all our expectations. From the first moment we arrived, the greeting and welcoming from the staff were warm, professional, and made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean, fresh, spacious, and always perfectly prepared throughout our stay. Room service was outstanding, especially Pakeeza, who was very kind, attentive, and always made sure everything was perfect for us. The food quality was exceptional with a great variety and amazing taste. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Chef from Syria as I requested to meet the chef because the food was more into quality versus variety, and you can truly tell his experience and excellent taste through every dish that was served. The service from all the hotel staff was beyond excellent and always delivered with a smile. Even while we were leaving, we met the hotel General Manager Natalia, and it was very impressive to see how involved she was in greeting clients and helping guests personally. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to guests really left a beautiful final impression on us. I highly advise everyone to visit this hotel, and we will be coming back again very soon. A friendly suggestion, it would be great if the hotel could include drinks with the dinner package ( Soda or juices ), as many guests naturally expect beverages to be included. Ordering drinks separately during dinner can feel quite expensive, especially for families and large groups. Best Regards, Mahmoud Elhussein

We had a lovely stay at JA Lake View Hotel during the Eid holidays. The hotel was very busy, but the staff handled the crowds really well, and everything felt well managed. A special thank you to Menchie at check-in, who was lovely and incredibly patient while helping us with check-in for 9 rooms. Saif at breakfast was also excellent and very attentive. The buggy system between the hotels was a little frustrating at times, but overall it was completely understandable given how crowded the resort was. We were very happy with the service and would definitely appreciate the team’s effort.

It was our first time staying at JA Lake View Resort, and we had a great experience! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help - shoutout to Mechie!!! 🙌🏻 We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. The chef @ the egg station went the extra mile when I asked for fresh avocado 👏🏻Overall, it’s a family-friendly resort and a great place for a relaxing stay. Will definitely come back!

We had a really good experience staying at the JA Lakeview Hotel. One thing that stood out was how welcomed we felt, we were always expected and warmly greeted upon arrival What we loved most: The Room: Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. It was a perfect, clean space to relax. The bathroom also offered a bathtub and a shower. The Staff: The hospitality was exceptional. The people working there were incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a smile on their faces. The Dining: The food was simply perfect! Every meal was a great experience with excellent variety and taste. The Gym: As someone who values fitness, I was very impressed. The gym is very well-equipped, which is not always the case in hotels. The resort itself is a wonderful destination for relaxation or playing a round of golf. It is also an excellent choice for families with children, as the entire hotel is perfectly maintained and offers a great atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay!

It’s our first time and it will not be the last. We really enjoyed everything specially the water park for my kids. The hotel is family friendly. Our room is comfortable and clean. All the staff were very cooperative and helpful. This EID celebration for my family is memorable. We met Ms Menchie and she is very accommodating and helpful too. We will recommend this hotel to my friends.

We first stayed at Palm Tree Court, and now we experienced their newest hotel, Lake View Hotel. The modern-style hotel, beautiful rooms, and great amenities truly made our stay memorable. Our experience together with my girlfriend was unforgettable, especially with the help of Mr. Karim, who provided very professional and excellent customer service. All the staff were also very friendly and accommodating, from the buggy service to the restaurant team. Thank you, JA Resort & Hotel, for such a wonderful and memorable experience. Nous avons séjourné deux semaines au J.A. Lakeview Hotel à Dubaï et l’expérience a été superbe. Le resort est magnifique, très bien entretenu, avec des infrastructures de grande qualité. On s’y sent immédiatement en vacances, dans un cadre à la fois dépaysant et reposant. Un énorme coup de cœur pour le buffet, qui est un sans-faute absolu : matin, midi et soir, tout est excellent. Le choix est immense, les produits sont frais, variés, parfaitement cuisinés, et la qualité est constante tout au long du séjour — ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné. Gros point positif également pour la salle de sport, qui est extrêmement bien équipée. En tant que pratiquant de CrossFit, j’ai été agréablement surpris d’y trouver quasiment tout le matériel nécessaire pour m’entraîner correctement, ce qui est loin d’être le cas dans la majorité des hôtels. Un vrai plus pour celles et ceux qui veulent garder leur routine sportive pendant les vacances. Le personnel du J.A. Lakeview mérite également une mention spéciale : toujours souriant, attentionné, serviable et très professionnel. On sent une vraie volonté de faire plaisir et de rendre le séjour mémorable. Un remerciement tout particulier à Saïf, au restaurant, pour sa gentillesse, son sourire permanent et son efficacité. Il a clairement contribué à rendre nos repas encore plus agréables. On recommande les yeux fermés.

Diana, Ray, Marilyn, Vish are a few people that stood out and went above and beyond. The front of house staff are excellent. Fernando - Nothing short of superb. Was lovely to have met everyone. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Our stay was really amazingly and enjoyable. Everything went well. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinners was tasty and delicious. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. JA Lakeview Resort exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We stayed for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel, service, and facilities were all excellent and met our expectations. Unfortunately, during one of the days the hotel hosted a large event that brought significant noise throughout the property. It was disruptive enough that we chose to leave the hotel and were unable to enjoy the day as planned. While we understand that events are part of hotel operations, the level of noise and the access given to external guests affected the sense of comfort and privacy we were expecting as in-house guests. Aside from this, our stay was lovely. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as better separation or communication around such events would greatly improve the guest experience.

We stay during eid holiday we enjoy our stay with my family and friends. The Hotel is very beautiful and calm. The service was excellent. Lots of acti cities to do and the rooms are clean. Staff service was truly amazing. Thank you to Menchie for being friendly and helpful. She explained the promotions going on. We will come back again.

I have enjoyed the amenities. They have a lots of pool and the beach also was a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of option. I meet Miss Menchie she was great help with our stay in the hotel

Un superbe endroit où nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille. La nourriture est très bonne, avec une mention spéciale pour le buffet du restaurant 81. Le service est parfait, le Kids Club pour les enfants aussi. Seul petit bémol, l’emplacement relativement éloigné du centre ville (45 minutes), mais l’hôtel a un système de navettes gratuites qui permettent d’aller faire les visites que vous souhaitez sans contrainte. Un joli parcours de golf de 9 trous en plein milieu du resort, de nombreuses piscines pour convenir à tout le monde, des terrains de tennis et de padel, une écurie pour que les enfants fassent des balades à poney.. N’hésitez pas lors de votre arrivée à faire le tour du resort dans les navettes/buggys afin de ne rien rater ! Pour sûr nous reviendrons et nous recommandons vivement ! Mention spéciale pour Sulith à l’accueil qui a été particulièrement aidant lors de notre Check out, mais l’ensemble du staff était top !

Great Eid stay at JA. Had a great time! Staff was very approachable despite the large crowds. Peaceful sounds at brunch and pool area. Love seeing and hearing the colorful birds. Shoutout to Menchie for being welcoming, and to the chef at the egg station! Bravo.

I remembered Mr. Karim’s exemplary kindness, he’s always smiling, good person to talk with and very welcoming. I should say that the staff of JA Lake view are well trained and that reflects in their service. I forgot their names but from the valet to housekeeping - service are amazing! Kudos to Nikita & Sunny of Republik restaurant, thank you for being accommodating to us. Wonderful stay with excellent service and great food I had a very pleasant stay at Lake View Hotel. The service provided by the staff was excellent, warm, and professional throughout my visit. A special mention to Sam at the reception, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and welcoming. He made the check-in process smooth and ensured we felt comfortable right from the start. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and well-prepared, with good variety and quality. Overall, the hospitality, service standards, and dining experience made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

War nur dort um dir Rooftop Bar zu besuchen, daher kann ich nichts über die Zimmer sagen. Der Service in der Rooftop Bar war sehr gut. Wie die Lage unsere Hotels, dem JA Beach Hotel, ist auch das Lake View sehe weit von allem entfernt. Mindestens 30 bis 40 Minuten muß man immer einplanen, bevor man irgendwo hinkommt. Zur Dubai Mall braucht man über eine Stunde und zum Fkughafen noch längerm
