Purchased dry fruits and chocolates the rates were not that cheap and rate depends on the quality we have selected and there is no care in every customer until unless we ourself need to approach for anything.

❌Beware❌ they have cheated us twice, they show us fresh products and gave us old products, I’m from uk, they knew we had a limited amount of days and we wouldn’t realise. So disappointing, never trust the shop and don’t go there, they changed the measurements.

I’ve been a regular customer at Red Mountain for dry fruits over the last five years, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. Pros: Quality Products: They offer a wide variety of dry fruits, and their dates have always been one of the highlights. When you can find them, they're typically of good quality. Cons: Increased Prices: One of the major turn-offs this time was the unexpected price hike. For regular customers like me, it felt unfair, especially when there was no prior notice or explanation about the changes. Lack of Staff Attention: The staff seemed distracted and unprofessional. It’s been a shift from my previous visits, where customer service was much better. This time, I felt like I wasn’t given the attention I was used to. Missing Products: The famous dates that I always purchase were nowhere to be found. It seems like the management has changed, and this might be affecting product availability and overall service quality. Management Issues: The changes in management are clearly affecting the business, and unfortunately, it seems to have gone downhill in terms of both product range and customer service.

There is no option to give review without selecting atleast 1 star, they don't deserve a Single star, they deserve police complaint for harassment Horrible quality, they also cheat on price and totalling the amount. When we rectified total mistake, we. Were bullied and harassed by multiple staff and also shouted in local language. Be very careful, Better to avoid. Other customers have had similar experience. Ein toller großartiger Markt mit den besten Preisen. Hat eine große Auswahl an Trockenfrüchte und Schokoladen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die vielen Produkte keine Preisbeschriftung haben. Also muss oft nachgefragt werden. Auch wird hier nicht gehandelt, was in dieser Gegend eher unüblich ist. Aber habe hier die besten Datteln gefunden zu einem guten Preis.

Horrible! The man at the counter is rude, arrogant, and a cheat. I'm not sure how this store has 3.9 stars. Must be fake reviews. He cheated us and charged us extra. as a tourist we were baffled because he didn't inform us and just charged us. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE unless you want a horrible customer service

They don't deserve a single star. When I visited this shop one of the customer was fighting Cheaters they won't provide you bill While calculating manually in calculator they will add extra money to the total , when I asked to recalculate they were rude. Better don't buy orelse be sure about calculating Not yet all recommended

Red Mountain Super Market is more of a dry fruits store, near Gold Souk. They are selling all kinds of dry fruits and chocolates in pretty discounted rates as compare to other stores in the area. I like their cleanliness and owner's always welcoming behaviour.

WORST shop on the planet! DON’T ever buy anything from this shop. They are a group of crooks selling POOR QUALITY stuff. I bought dry fruits from them and when I opened the bags at home small flies started coming out from between the nuts! And when I cracked opened some other nuts there were dead worms and insect eggs in them. I went back to the shop and showed them the eggs and worms bought just 2 days back (images attached) they started blaming me that I haven’t kept the nuts properly! I argued how can eggs and worms grow in a day? then the boss of the shop started shouting at the top of his voice in Irani language. He even refused to refund until I had to mention that I will complain to the municipality. I got a partial refund. I wish I could give a negative rating! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

They sell fake international chocolates. I thought i bought Kreiten's Almond Toffee and later discovered after i paid that its fake and he refused to take return. Bad PR for wonderful Dubai. Someone from the tourist department should fine them or something.

I would give them a negative rating if that was possible. The worst shop to buy dryfruits or chocolates. Please buy it from the mall or a good super market. They are a bunch of cheaters. PLEASE NEVER BUY. EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE, ROTTEN AND A WASTE OF MONEY.

I had a misfortune of buying assorted nuts and dry fruits from this shop. When i was there, one German tourist refused to pay after seeing the final calculation (bill). It should have been a warning to me. As i was distracted by my small kid, i just paid them what they asked (AED 1100). Only later i realized, cost they said to each item had nothing whatsoever to do with the final amount. By the time i realized this, i was well on my way to the hotel struck in the traffic. The real cost should have been less than AED 600. This shop is run by bunch of crooks. Be very careful. Just avoid even if this is the only shop in the whole world selling dry fruits and nuts.

Don't ever buy anything from here . They charge extra money . I was buying dates chocolate they charged extra money than the other shops . And when we told him to refund our money even though they were only supposed to give 15 dirams he wasn't giving it back and telling us that the quality is different every penny matters eventhough it is 1 buck . Instead you should buy the same thing from some where else the same thing and you will get it in a cheaper price and the same thing , same quality . It is hopeless . They charge alot extra . Don't ever buy it from here . They charge extra tax while others don't charge extra tax. This shop is run by a bunch of crooks.
