I am writing to share my disappointment with a recent order from your restaurant. Today, I ordered the Kheema and Mutton Nihari via talabat. Unfortunately, both dishes arrived in surprisingly small quantities relative to their cost. The Kheema, in particular, came in a very small container, making it feel like poor value for money. The Nihari portion was also noticeably less than expected. Additionally, the condiment provided—as visible in the attached photo—was minimal, with only a few thin slices of onion in a tiny container. It would be better not to include such condiments if they cannot be offered in a reasonable quantity. This is not the first time I have encountered such issues. A few days ago, when I ordered biryani, the accompanying raita was barely two spoonfuls. It is disappointing to see this pattern, especially since your restaurant has reopened. As a long-time regular customer, I find this decline in portion sizes concerning. I had previously raised this issue with your team and was told a manager would call me, but I never received any follow-up. This lack of response only adds to the disappointment. I urge you to review your portion sizes, particularly for online orders, and ensure that customers receive fair value. I hope you will address this matter and take steps to maintain the quality and reputation your restaurant has built over the years.
