Jafza Sales Center

If you come to Jafza’s sales office (Jafza 15), find someone named Abdulkarim Mohamed. I swear to God, I’ve never seen anyone more efficient and helpful than him. This gentleman is really excellent!! Especially the way he communicates and talks makes people feel warm and welcome. He is such a respectful man and he deserves all the respect. Best personality and very professional! Btw, the receptionist Ms Fatema is also very efficient and helpful. Amazing lady with best personality. (From SHEIN)

Im very disappointed from jafza 15 sales center im very disappointed my important hours is left because of jafza 15 reception one person ,they talk like a rude im very disappointed i didn’t recived any good information from that person Im not mention her name one lady i have bad experience from that lady jafza 15 customer center my valuable hours is wasted because or her . And i ask her to sales person business card first time she give the card after she return back from my hand that sales person business card and i ask her to new license registration i didn’t recived good information from her side im very disappointed for this and this is my bad experience from jafza 15 reception lady (This is my request Pls provide good and Patience and good knowledge person pls)

I called the customer support team twice, and both times I encountered extremely unprofessional, rude, and arrogant behavior. The number I called is 044453270. During the first call, the representative refused to assist me, wouldn't answer my questions, and even mocked me. When I mentioned that I would file a complaint, his response was, "Do what you want." Today, I called again, and while the experience was better compared to the first call, there is still a significant room for improvement. This is a major free zone, so why isn’t the customer support team being trained in basic principles like respect and ethics? Why is it acceptable for customer support to laugh at and mock customers?

Extremely disappointing experience at JAFZA. I was the first in the queue, yet waited over an hour without being assisted. Despite having the first token number, not a single staff member was available or willing to help. No communication, no updates — just a complete lack of efficiency and customer service. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially from such a prominent organization.

Sorry i forgot to take some pictures for later use. Staff was cooperative but processing time is extremely slow. Its been more than a month we are trying to upgrade our warehouse, and still we are in long waiting list. I hope in near future we have faster services.

Even 1 star is too much for them! Jafza Building No. 14 - unprofessional, careless, disrespectful. You will be traveling from one counter to another and in the end will be left with many promises which will bring you to nothing. It is very frustrating to conduct business in JAFZA. There are so many good free zones in the UAE, so think twice before going to JAFZA. They will ruin your business and nervous system.

This is the Government office related to Jabel Ali free trade zone. Very good, cooperative and helpful staff and people. Also having coffee shop at ground floor, so while waiting it's a good pass time. No problem for parking..

Very professional services and excellent service by the team. Shuttle service is good to be used to go to the metro station from the JAFZA.

Sorry to say as a business owner I want to looking free zone setup for investment and request to meeting with free zone responsible officially staff...I show my all business documents ..but not allowed me.....
