Jafza Building 14

My JAFZA experience was frustrating. Steps were unclear, timelines were not predictable, and progress required constant follow up. If you value speed and clear administration, compare other free zones.

Jafza are the very best freezone of all. Been working with them since 2014, excellent customer service. Always recommend them for any new companies for formation. Brilliant Team.

Great customer service experience... I went to collect some documents which I was not receiving via courier. Ms. Ahlan have responded in a polite manner to my queries and was able to understand the system has gone online and I will be needing to book an appointment. She even guided me how I will be able to book an appointment. Received a call from Ms. Ahlam(customer service) who have listen to my concerns and passed me details that delivery address was not correctly mentioned and I can visit and collect the documents as she will be keeping it with her for me. Went today where I approached Ms. Mahra and told her details. She let me wait in waiting area and came back to me with my documents.. Great people great customer service and great experience... keep on the good work..

I give them all the stars for their kind of good heart and great services rendered to the Residents .I personally happened to visit them over some issues and really i loved the care and help they gave me at the end they helped me out of the problem.A big great thanks to them

You will not get benefit answers I got a license from them, but I surprised it is not work with ports. Take care

One of the worst customer services, no one know nothing, every time different information from call centre. Just avoid.

Not the best service as Jafza advertise. Licence is renewed 20 days ago. Till today 20 days later no online update received. To solve this we must visit Jafza 14. Time consuming and not handy.
