«ورودی هتل Jahan Hotel با تابلو و مسیر مشخص در نزدیکی حرم امام رضا (ع) دیده می‌شود. موقعیت این هتل بسیار نزدیک به ورودی واعظ حرم است و دسترسی به بارگاه مطهر با پیاده‌روی کوتاه ممکن است، ولی در ساعات پرتردد بهتر است رفت‌وآمد با احتیاط انجام شود.»

تنها مزیت هتل نزدیک بودن به حرم هست. نظافت اتاق بسیار ضعیف هست. دوبار توی این هتل اقامت داشتم و هر دوبار برای نظافت مجبور شدم چندبار تماس بگیرم. قیمت غذاهای رستوران مناسب هست و کیفیت به نسبت اطراف حرم خوب. صبحانه هتل در حد یک هتل پنج ستاره کامل نیست.

هتلی است بسیار مدرن و مجهز که در نزدیکی صحن غدیر حرم مطهر امام هشتم ساخته شده است. در ساخت و تجهیز آن از اخرین امکانات روز و تجهیزات مدرن استفاده شده است. از طبقه هشتم و نهم ،گنبد طلایی حرم امام رضا (ع) کاملا مشخص است. روف گاردن بزرگ و مدرنی برایش در نظر گرفته شده. استخر و سونا و جکوزی بسیار بزرگ و زیبایی دارد. علاوه بر این دارای بخش تجاری زیبا و بزرگیست. سالن اجتماعات ۳۰۰ نفره ای هم در طبقه نهم در نظر گرفته شده است. بالغ بر ۱۲۰ اتاق هم دارد. شعبه ای از بانک ملت هم در پایین هتل افتتاح خواهد شد.

Hotel Jahan Bank Mellat offers a comfortable stay with a calm atmosphere. The staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. A good choice for business and leisure travelers.

The Hotel is very well designed and near Haram in a very good location. The Spa is so clean, spacious and relaxing which I loved most about this hotel. The breakfast buffet and coffee shop are good as well. The only cons are the room service which did not give me a good experience, as I had to call several times since morning everyday for the couple of weeks of my stay there, until they come late evening to just bring some bath utilities and water and remove waste bin, without cleaning or making up the room in most days. The carpet as well had some uncleaned patches when we had the room, and the curtains needed maintenance.. and the toilet ceiling was dripping water which had to call the maintenance team several times to fix the plumbing.

The hotel is spacious and perfectly located near the Haram, offering a large variety of breakfast options. However, some issues happened during our stay. We had a long wait time to check in, and room service was notably slower than usual. An alarming incident occurred when a cleaning service member entered our room without permission when my sister was alone. Additionally, the room had maintenance problems, including a broken bathroom door handle, a leaky sink, and stained carpets that were not properly cleaned.

I stayed this hotel for one night,the location and spa and breakfast is good,the lobby was not as hotel 5star,in breakfast and room they havent coffemachine.

It’s my first time to travel to Persia since 2010. The place changed so much ever since. This hotel wasn’t their at that time so I had no idea what to expect! When I got their I was surprised how close the hotel to the holy place of Alridah mausoleum’s. It about 5 min or less. Their is a vast majority or restaurants around the hotel easy to find. The rooms were very clean, the the hotel service was very good, and the people are very friendly and cooperative. They made my stay very comfortable. They even gave us a cake for my wife birthday. I strongly recommend it for anyone who is looking for wonderful and comfortable stay

This the second time I stay in this hotel and location is perfect near to the Haram, it is clean with good service however the air condition is very poor and we inform the receptionist many times but there is no response. I will not reserve this hotel any more. The two stars is for the location

Clean hotel but in general most Iran hotels' water salty in somehow

Awful hotel. The carpet was so dirty! I wouldn't give one star to this hotel. The maintenance of the hotel was really bad. The door was caught in carpet and wouldn't close automatically. The lock of bathroom door didn't work. Also the flush stopped working.

افضل فندق سكنت فيه في مشهد،أمان واحترام كبير للزبائن إضافه الى الهدوء،والشقه الواحده متوفر فيه جميع المستلزمات الي يحتاجها الفرد طيل مده سكنه،اضافه الى موقعه قريب من ضريح الأمام الرضا،واهم شي الاكل جدا لذيذ جميع الوجبات
