Such a disaster hotel. Dont believe in good comments, they all are fake. Cleanness, managment, environment and service everything is just horrible. I spent 2 nights there. It is far away from railway station if u want to go there by walk also the tourist atrractions like hawa mahal, amer fort, albert hall meuseum etc are far away from hotel

Worst hotel ever i booked. The was very pathetic in its services. It was very worat experience ever when i visit at the hotel reception. I booked through OYO, paid already but when i asked at reception the men at the counter was denied to check me in and said i have no room if have already paid. After taking to customer care of OYO he show me a room but it very poor in condition. I said i booked AC room with TV he abused me an said get out from here say to oyo cancel.my booking and never come here. I requested him but wasn't listed to me and used abusive language with me. My OYO booking ID was L3G87286. Ao it my request to all customer plz don't book and go at HOTEL THE ROYAL PLAZA JAIPUR..

During booking it's mentioned for free WiFi. Which is not there. Room provided with a fan but it's not @ the centre but in side of the room which is unexpected. Wash room not cleaned but dirty and without any shower..

Bekar hotel hai... Pani ata nhi Staff bhi bilkul nonsense Kitched hai hi nhi Ac bhi khrab Address bhi hotel ka galar diya hai.. Bhenchoo kesi hotel hai? Randi khana lgta hai Worse experience !!!

Room is verry gud comfortable stay staff is verry friendly Heart in city all palace is near to see easy way to go airport thanks royal plaza for your services

It is one of the worst hotel..... The rooms here are not clean at all... The service is very bad.....and the hotel gives the rooms without booking also....so I don't prefer such hotel to the new comers in Jaipur.....

Room wass small & dirty and bathroom was too small & dirty also and furniture & hardware was broken tv not working Bedsheet & pillow & kambal was also dirty and smelling

Well furnished rooms with dirty floor and nasty bed spreads.No bulbs in toilets.Staff were not seen anywhere in that locality during my stay.

Very bad toilet facilities are too low here, rooms are too short to live no other facilities available here and very far from railway station don't go and waste your valuable time and money here
