This place is stunning! I love how they make the famous Jaipur Step Wells into part of overall interior design. The whole set up and small samples on rugs placements helps visualise better. The rows of beautiful rugs… the beautiful collection and high quality products. Definitely the right place to go for all kind of rugs you need. Today I picked up some cotton and jutes / hemp rugs. Beautiful design and colors. They offer delivery to your home as well.

It was an amazing experience learning about this beautiful carpet place full of unique rugs each with their own story. Nuha, an amazing guide at the place, helped us understand the rich history of these rugs, from their initiatives to help women and those in prison, and the one of a kind pieces all inspired from Indian culture. I highly recommend to visit this place as it is beautiful, inspirational, and something you should definitely not miss in Dubai!

How amazing should a rug brand showroom look like? Unbelievably picturesque interior design, outstanding rug designs and mades, exquisite authentic Artwork rugs, superb atmosphere and first class staff, are just some of qualities of this great centre. Couldn't admire more a motivated to shine rug brand. Excellent verity of options and solutions for interior designers and decorating supervisors.

I recently visited jaipur and was impressed with the quality and was blown away by the stunning selection of rugs on display. The gallery offers an impressive range of styles and sizes, from traditional to contemporary, and each piece is truly a work of art. The staff, particularly Nishal and Orjowan were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful Overall I highly recommend Jaipur Rugs to anyone in the market for a unique and high-quality rug.

Recently, we visited the store and purchased a few rugs for our home. Mr. Salman assisted us with all our queries and even arranged a same-day home trial — truly commendable service! The rug quality is excellent, and we highly appreciate the overall experience.

I purchased two rugs from Jaipur and Mohammed Salman did an excellent job supporting me throughout the process. I saw a few in the showroom, but then eventually had a few transferred from India for a home trial. He was responsive and eager to support, and also brought extra rugs to the home trial which made it tough to decide! Purchased a new round rug for my living room and a vintage runner for my hallway.

Just amazing! It’s not just a wonderful handmade carpet showroom, it is an inspiring project too. The lady in charge (sorry because I can’t remember her name) was so kind and took the time to explain so many things. Congratulations to all involved!

Srishti has been incredible!!! The way how she explained each and every rugs are much adorable! The place has become so colourful with her insights , she further added the vision of the founder saying "we are not selling rugs but blessing" have inspired me! The hardwork and precision of the workers are a true example of art coming to life! Absolutely enjoyed every bits of the space.A must visit place for all design enthusiasts!!;;

A beautiful store with lovely options. My only issue with the store is the location. While I understand Al Serkal is great for its positioning, as a luxury brand not having parking options doesn’t feel like a good start to visiting the store. I requested to park outside the store as they have one reserved parking spot for its customers and I was questioned by Al Serkal security if I really knew the brand Jaipur Rugs or I just wanted to park there. I will continue to shop from Jaipur Rugs, but visiting their Dubai store will no longer be my preference. Not the luxury experience they’re trying to provide.

Greetings. My visit to this huge showroom of Jaipur Rugs in Dubai was awesome thanks to Mr. Salman. What struck most was his humbleness [no attitude], the total attention and advice given by him even though my requirement was very small in terms of size and price - it made me feel comfortable and welcome irrespective. The rug was expected around 28 December 2024 but was delivered on 23 December 2024 [on request to expedite if possible]. A BIG 'Thank you' to Salman all the way.
