不是很推薦，店面充斥一種過期發霉的味道，水果沒有標價格，質量也一般，當你結帳的時候會發現價格異常的高昂，定價已經跟waitrose等高級超市一樣。另外他們沒有給你收據，你也不知道購物明細是什麼。

This is not a Persian supermarket anymore. The name is minimart now. Don’t make the mistake of traveling a long distance to come pick Persian items here like us!

Mamata, the lady who works in the store is such a sweetheart and works so hard everyday!!

Worst customer service ever!!! I usually phone and ask for delivery. Every time they get my order wrong, or miss an item, or delay by 2 hours. And i live in the next building, 2 min walking distance. And last week i ordered water, which they completely forgot to deliver. And when i ask for fresh fruits or vegetables, they bring old ones. When asked for fresh bread, they deliver the one from yesterday. Even when i went to store and bought eggs, the cashier girl scanned it twice and didnt give the bill before i asked. When i checked the bill and showed her her mistake, she returned me the amount for the extra eggs by cash, and i had paid by card.

I wish there is less than one star. I live in the same tower that this supermarket is, the Filipina female staff are very rude and disrespectful, delivery boy is always late and being wrong stuff, the prices are much higher than the other supermarket, big don't buy from them or you face a bad experience with them like me, thank you

Prices are very good compared to neighboring supermarkets, The group of staff is excellent, they always take care of any order and/or inconvenience on spot with no hassle and go as far as sending someone to get a product if they dont have it and bring it to me,

One of the worst and rude customer service super market in Business bay, even if we ask for a items they'll show you in a rude manners as well. better to choose other near supermarkets their providing good services with humble and effortable charges.

I Don’t ❌ recommend to buy anything from this store cause they put 5x more over the original price totally doing legally fraudulent things !

First thing is Prices are too high compared to other similar Grocery. The other thing is Store person wont even give HandSanitizer to sanitize right after paying, Not following best practices and safety guidelines.

Very very horrible customer service lady. Always depressed. Trying to steal your money in many ways. Acting like a mistake when catching them. Delivery always 30mins late and I'm next building.

Just a small supermarket with no Persian items there

Small but they have everything that meet your needs! Very accommodating and friendly staffs! Owner that is very generous and respectful. Superb!

Jam E Jam is well organized supermarket containing Iranian, Russians and fresh bakery items as well there are few supermarket that are well managed hopefully one day it become a big chain in Dubai....

The most expensive supermarket! Nescafe red mug for 36.5 AED while in carrefour 26AED .. white tuna for 11.25 while in carrefour it’s for 6.25AED .. a pure robbery!

This supermarket is rejected costumer for small purchases and dont accept 100 and 200 note I visited there for cigarettes and I pay 200 because I dont have change money the cashier rejected my purchase and not change that money same time co

I Visited this super market and its very clean ..pouiled stuff and good variety all items speciall fruit vegetable and fresh beakery iteams.

To much expensive over charging 🤐 staff don't know about customers service they need to send I think so in hospitality school

The Cashier (Pakistani guy) is TOO BUSY PLAYING PUBG IN HIS MOBILE and can't even face his customers. Shame.

Very bad service and price is high and employee behavior is very bad. Everytime they don't have change also.
